Nice, friendly staff, comfortable room, good for a one night stay, good value for money

A little hard to find, but a good location and good value for money. The room was not large, the bed was comfy but the bathroom which was spotlessly clean had a bit of a smell of drains about it. For a one night stay, it was fine, the check in staff were very pleasant and breakfast was perfectly ok.

Excellent location, clean room, friendly staff

Excellent customer service. Really clean and breakfast was decent. Parking is limited so please book early. Only a few minutes walk to the main area - Old Town and the bazaar. Room was big and spacious.

Lovely accomodation

Great, clean, tidy, spacious room, comfy separate beds for the kids &.small kitchen. Lovely shower. Lovely small, cool, salt water pool where you can swim about 5 strokes before turning around. Sauna & warm bed. Towels provided. Only a 10 minute walk into town, which was perfect.

The fridge didn't work & make sure you take the right route to the car park as the road is narrow at one end.

Great hotel in great location

Excellent hotel. Great pool and decent sauna. Peaceful and quiet room with a great view. Excellent shower. Very good choice of breakfast options.

Not so keen on the piped music in the pool area, though the volume was turned down for me. Some oat/almond milk for morning coffee and breakfast cereal would have been good.

Bedingt empfehlenswert.

Gute Lage, Altstadt fussläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Hotelbeschreibung zeigt nicht die Realität. Das Hotel liegt in einer schmutzigen Seitenstraße. Es gibt lediglich vier Parkplätze. Es gibt, entgegen der Beschreibung, kein Restaurant im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist das schlechteste, dass ich seit langem erlebt habe.

I really loved the hotel, its cheap, close to the centre, i took 63737262 photos of it and if I ever get to Sarajevo aga

The breakfast was perfect. You have big choice to choose what you want to eat. It’s between 7-10. The pool is also great! Depth of 150cm, looks very clean. The city view is beautiful. The room where we were was beautiful. Luxurious with a little bit of Bosnian touch with decorations. And the bed super comfy!!! And the people that work there were super nice.

There was nothing in the mini bar. Wifi was terrible! On mobile phone it was crashing all the time and on the TV it just didn’t work. The walls aren’t soundproof so you can hear people in the hallway and they can hear you /: And yeah the pool temperature was a little bit too cold for me. And also they said you get clean towels there but every time we went on the pool there were no towels.

Sarajevo is absolutely amazing!

Very close walking distance 10 min to the old town; White Fortress and 5 min to the cable cars. The hotel is located up the hill which might be a bit problematic for old people or with small kids. Extremely helpful staff. Breakfast was nice but basic.

Unfortunately, our room was not the one which we booked. Breakfast coffee was served from a coffee warmer, but from the coffee machine, we would have to pay extra.

Very good accommodation in city center

It is really nice that the accommodation has a sauna and a pool. The breakfast is pretty ok. The room was always clean. I loved that the bathroom floor is heated. The location is great, close to old city center.

We initially booked a Deluxe room with city view, but they didn't have a double bed, only twin beds - although the title said it can be double or twin.

Gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man zu Fuß erreichen, Personal Top, sehr ruhig, Frühstück ausgezeichnet, für jeden was dabei, sehr empfehlenswert. Ich würde nochmals im Hotel buchen.

Lovely stay in Sarajevo

Lovely modern hotel in a great location just a few minutes walk to the old town. It’s in a very quiet area - slept really well, it’s very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

Anyway, one night stay in Sarajevo was comfortable.

Room was big and view from the window was OK.

The room was not clean enough when we check in. There was some hair in the bathroom, and the bathroom was a bit small. It was a bit difficult to find the hotel as there was no sign on the street.

Modern, clean and friendly but not suitable for someone with accessibility issues.

Friendly staff and convenient for visiting old town attractions. Modern bright and clean. Close to trams and transport.

Limited breakfast - mainly cold items. Restricted access via a narrow uphill street. May not be appropriate for someone with accessibility issues

فندق جميل وستكرر الزيارة إن شاء الله

النظافة كانت ممتازة موقعه قريب جدًّا من المدينة القديمة في الحمام فيه bidet الغرفة واسعة الاستقبال رائعين وأخلاقهم حسنة جدًّا

موقع الفندق صعب الوصول له قليلا قوقل ماب يتوّه قليلا مواقف السيارات ضيقة جدًّا لازم تعطيهم المفتاح يوقفونها لك الفطور غير منوع لكنه يفي بالغرض خدمة الغرف ما ينظفون جيّدًا تم الدخول إلى الغرفة وقاموا فقط بتغيير المناشف بدون إزالة أكياس القمامة أو فعل أي شيء مفيده

Perfect people, everyday everytime with smile on their faces. Very polite and kind. Great location 5 minutes from the downtown - Bascarsija. Free parking place in front of the hotel. Tasty breakfast and freat swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Best Hotel closed to Bascarsija and Trebevic Cable Car 🚡

The personnel were really kind. The shuttle service is provided according to your time flight itinerary. The room where we stayed was big and comfy a lot. Shampoo soap and other bathing kits can be provided through housekeepers. The breakfast was good too. Everywhere in the hotel, including public baths, were really clean.

I wish the varieties of breakfast could have been enlarged. For example, during the breakfast, the cheeses sliced so thin. Sucuk as well. I could have anticipated that during the breakfast, we tried to eat more Bosnian cuisines. However, not.

I drove 600km with a baby that's 1.5 years old and fell into shock. The apartment we booked through booking.com was taken. No apology from the hotel they just sent us off and told us to fend for ourselves. A complete catastrophe!!!!!!!

The staff will go out of their way to ensure that you have a good stay

The staff here are incredible, they are all a major asset to this business!

The rooms are not soundproof, but this was raised with staff and will be improved. Also, a shower curtain and a mat in the shower would be great additions as the floors are a bit slippy when wet

Excellent choice in terms of price and location.

I loved the hotel's location, being less than a 5-minute walk from the city center and tourist spots. Additionally, the fact that grocery stores are open every day until 10 p.m. next door was very convenient. The cleanliness and modernity of the place are also significant advantages.

The few drawbacks include the narrowness of the street, but it seems to be a characteristic of Sarajevo. The Wi-Fi connection could be quite disappointing at times. The breakfast is delicious, but it could be more diverse in terms of choices.

the value of the payment comparing with the staying in this hotel is not worth it.

Very poor and so bad quality of breakfast, The System of the air conditioning is very bad , it doesn’t work properly ,especially with hot weather … The location is near the old town center but it is located in closed street in which I suffered to find it . The rating of the hotel is three stars, not four stars at all.
