A property with a lot of history which the staff are glad to share with you. It was the first hamaam in Sarajevo and still has a small hamaam for use by guests.

Beautiful, well-maintained historic hotel building perfectly located across a short bridge walk from the core of the Old City. The room size was generous. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I used the laundry service and the price was very reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I also used the "hamam" while I was staying there and while the hamam itself was very simple (just a large hot tub), the massage was excellent (one of the best I've ever had).
The bed was a bit soft and uneven. There was no water in the hotel plumbing during the overnight. Apparently, this was a city-wide problem at the time, and not the fault of the hotel, which was running on its "emergency" water supply throughout my four-night stay. From 5:00 a.m. until bedtime, the water situation was perfectly fine. The water pressure was sufficient and the shower comfortable. But if you were to wake up in the middle of the night, there would be no water in the plumbing.

The location was the best thing about this hotel- it’s in walking distance of tourist attractions and restaurants which made it easier to get around. The staff are also friendly and were helpful in ordering taxis.
The actual room was quite dark and there was no iron which was annoying since our clothes were crumpled in our suitcases as we travelled a long way. The breakfast was also a bit tiring as it’s the same basic options each day not a lot of variety
