Located in the heart of Clemson SC and 1 mile from Clemson University, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath split level house is the perfect combination of style, comfort, convenience, safety and privacy to ensure a memorable stay while visiting the Clemson area. Death Valley, Clemson nightlife, downtown shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance; yet this property is completely removed from campus life for total privacy. Location, location, location! This stylish split-level house with cathedral ceilings is the perfect combination of spaciousness for gatherings and 2 levels of floor space for privacy. The main level features an open floor concept for the kitchen, breakfast room and great room-with a 70" smart TV visible from all rooms and has a "Tiger" themed decor. The great room has sliding glass doors leading to a deck for grilling and relaxing under the trees. Completing the main level is a master bedroom with ensuite bath, 2nd bedroom, and another full bathroom. Downstairs you will rest in the oversized 3rd bedroom; furnished with 2 queen beds, smart TV and fireplace. The oversized laundry/mud room features a full bathroom with shower, utility closet for washer and dryer, and sliding glass doors leading to the patio. The flagstone patio features 4 Adirondack chairs and a fenced in yard with total privacy for relaxing under the trees. I really liked this house and we had a great stay here for my son's graduation. The house is clean, comfortable, has a lot of space to socialize, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The dining table is a perfect card table. The location was very good for our purposes - graduation, downtown, and restaurants. The driveway has a short bit of steepness but levels out to park. Communication was Ellen was great. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ellen, for the welcome goodies!

Had a great stay visiting my son who is a senior. House was exactly as described. Clean, with amenities, plenty of space and very comfortable beds. Owner was very easy to deal with, super nice and responded quickly if I had any questions. One of the best owners I’ve rented from. 5 stars all around

Stayed at the Stoney Creek house for a week while dropping off our new out of state tiger and exploring the area. The place was everything we were looking for and more: clean, spacious, well stocked and very nicely decorated, with the great layout. We used the two bedrooms upstairs but it was great to have the extra space downstairs for some quiet time whether taking work calls or taking naps. Loved the very private, quiet location behind the municipal building and easy access to the university as well as the downtown. Ellen was super kind and responsive throughout our stay, even advising where to get the moving supplies we needed for the dorm. We would not hesitate to return.

The home was exactly as advertised. We had 5 adults for a Clemson PhD graduation/hooding ceremony. Located very close to city hall and police headquarters. The area is quite and calm. Kitchen is well stocked, all rooms comfortable. Truly a great Clemson football weekend type of place but good for any event. Go Tigers

We had a great experience staying at the property! If our daughter had not graduated we would be staying here again each time we came to Clemson!! So close to Clemson and right by a police station so we always felt safe!!

This is a great house. It's super convenient to everywhere you'd like to go in Clemson. You'd never find it on your own (tucked behind a municipal building) but it still feels woodsy and private. The bedding and pillows are super comfortable. It was very clean and had a surprising amount of space (bigger than it looks). It has a nice fenced in patio area that we enjoyed plus a decent sized deck upstqirs. This is a great spot to put on your "come back" list!

Comfortable and spacious. More than we needed, but wasn't sure if I'd have my sons come with us. We only used one of the three bedrooms and four beds. Living room/kitchen area was my favorite part.

This property does not appear to be well maintained. There's very little lighting in the backyard at night although there are pathway lights along a stone pathway none of them work. The lights on the front corner of the house that are supposed to light up the driveway were also not working. Upon entering the house it looked like food was stuck to the kitchen counter but after a closer look it was found to be burn marks in the countertop. After getting out of the shower Saturday morning I found a cockroach running on the floor in the bathroom. Then I went out to the family room and another cockroach was running up the wall. My husband and I immediately went to the store and bought 8 traps and placed them all around the house. There were also dead baby cockroaches on the floor leading out to the backyard. The morning we were getting ready to leave a huge cockroach was on the kitchen floor when I went out to make coffee. I notified the property manager about all of this and provided pictures of the bugs I encountered. I had to leave all of my luggage in the car overnight after returning home for fear of having some of the cockroaches somehow travel back with me and then I had to wash everything I brought with me on this trip. I also filed a complaint with VRBO upon my arrival home, however they have not responded in any way. After this experience I doubt I will ever use VRBO again and I certainly will never stay at this property again!

Check in was easy. Great location. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable. Only suggestion I have is the master bathroom needed a better blow dryer. Would stay again!

Plenty of room, clean, and well stocked. Beds were very comfy. My son loved all the Clemson themed decor - very jealous. There is plenty of seating in the family/living room (the nested table is awesome)

We rented this house for a weekend visit to see my daughter, who's a Freshman at Clemson. The open kitchen/living room area is set up perfectly for eating & enjoying football on the large television. The beds were comfortable, which is a big plus! The location was perfect. I don't think we could have been any closer without actually being on campus. It was 1.5 miles from my daughters dorm room. We hope to return again 😁
