My stay was great until Michelle scammed me out of $250 and refused to give me corporates number.

Michelle falsely charged me for room damages. I was charged $250 for dog hair in the room that I didn’t put there. When I called Michelle to speak with her about the issue she was unprofessional and refused to give me corporates number.

Breakfast was goog

Floor was filthy i mopped it. Turned my feet black. No good chair to sit in. Bedspreads were cheap. Sheets scratchy

Great value for the money, will definitely stay again

The room looked brand new; clean fixtures and no visible damage; the beds were great, the bathroom was clean.

The floor was not carpeted, it had that fake wood tile; and walking around after my shower my feet were dirty because the floor wasn't mopped (likely just swept/vacuumed) so I ended up washing my feet and wearing socks/shoes in the room.

First the woman put us in one room that someone else was staying in. Then moved us to another room and there was no shower curtain on the shower

the property was great the only thing is this is the 2nd time I’ve booked thru booking and once I get to the hotel they can’t find my booking or confirmation # even tho I paid when I booked online I had to turn around and book another room and pay again so I could have somewhere to sleep the first time was may 22-23 at red roof inn I paid $55 online the had to pay $77 bc the could t find my booking info where I made the payment in anderson sc the second was on june1 at the days inn in Clemson sc I paid $98online then had to turn around again bc they couldn’t find my booking info where I paid it

thankful was there only to sleep and shower before a 4H event at Clemson.

The breakfast was not what my daughter had hoped for. The packets of oatmill/grits, pkged muffins, and small yougerts were nothing we were excited about.

The loud adults that partied all night on the bottom floor and all the beer and booze bottles we had to walk over going for ice.

I had a great time. The hotel is 10 minutes from where I was working.

The coffee with creamer! And the banana nut muffins

The toilet paper is the cheap kind

Wooden floors instead of carpet. Made room feel cleaner.

Room was a little spartan. No comfortable chair to sit in while watching tv except the desk chair. Steps to second floor near office were rusted out. Handrail loose. Appeared unsafe.

Was just bread with either butter or cheese Comparing that to my breakfast experience at Day's Inn New York some years ago, I would say this needs a little of improvement

would not stay here again

close proximity to football stadium

shower has no pressure (actually was a small stream of water). single serve coffee pot did not work and reported it to office but nothing was done. On site vending machines for soft drinks was broken and reported only to be told it hadn’t worked in three years.

The property was adequate.

The location was great. The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. Check-in was quick.

The rooms need some TLC. We stayed 3 nights & never had housekeeping. The door was very hard to open. There was open space under the door & a gecko got in the room - is probably still there. Shower water temperature fluctuated quite a bit.

Staff were courteous and helpful! The shower had good water pressure also.

My small son took off his socks and walked around the room on the laminate floors. His feet were black. They needed to be mopped. Everything else seemed to be in order.

Staff was happy and friendly.

The only thing I found as a dislike was the smell of the room. It had a old smoke/cigarette smell. It may have come from the air conditioner.

Nice stay but the regulars will make you not come back.

It's at a convenient spot. It was easy checking in. The room was comfortable and clean. Nice on the go breakfast. We will stay again.

Some regulars must stay there with vans and leaves trash in parking lot. They need talk to them cause they make business bad sometimes.
