About this house rental
Located in Miramar Beach, this charming house for $951 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to Sandy Stroll! This brand NEW HOME was completed in summer 2021! 3,400 square feet with additional decks and balconies that will give you plenty of space to spread out and relax! Within walking distance to the Gulf's emerald waters and white beaches or a quick golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and beachside bars. Sandy Stroll is incredibly appointed in coastal decor and includes: a private saltwater pool, free golf cart, and private beach access! Your reservation comes with $650 of property protection insurance to cover any incidentals that may occur during your stay! CANCELLATION POLICY: We do offer a cancellation policy for our guests based on the booking platform, as follows: -Cancellation Policy for VRBO: Only 25% of the booking total is withheld if written cancellation is received more than 60 days before check in. There are no cancellations once you are within 60 days of the check in date. -Cancellation Policy for AirB/B: Guests can cancel at least 60 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, but not the service fee (AirBnB will not refund this). If you cancel less than 60 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. We respect your privacy as our tenants, however will be ready to assist with any needs, questions, or recommendations on dining, activities, etc. Sandy Stroll is located within the gated Villas of Frangista community. You are a short walk to the beach, local coffee shop and wine shop or take the 6 person golf cart! Very close to the popular Whale’s Tale restaurant and beach access. There’s a private, designated beach access accessed via personal key code for you right outside of the community. Take the complimentary 6-passenger golf cart to the highly popular Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall, (home to 110 designer and name brand outlet stores), just 2 miles away. Also within 2 miles of the home are countless beachside restaurants (Pompano Joe's, Crab Trap, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's, and other favorites), Winn-Dixie, gas station, CVS Pharmacy, 2 large and popular public beach accesses, and so much more! Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and Sandestin's famous Baytowne Wharf are all within a few short miles. All of Sandy Stroll's entire property and amenities will serve as your private sanctuary for your visit! Along with the home's property, you will have access to a private, deeded beach access point dedicated to our community. On the first floor, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an open floor plan extending into the dining and living area - perfect for entertaining! The living area has a 60 inch flat screen TV with plenty of seating. You will also find two master bedrooms on the first floor complete with king beds, flat screen TVs, and private bathrooms. Located in the backyard of the home is your own private pool (heating optional) with tanning shelf/umbrella, sun bathing area, grilling station, and outdoor games to keep the kids happy so you can relax! The second floor features 4 king bedrooms with flat screen TVs and each with their own private bathrooms. The third floor features 2 built in queen over queen bunk beds, a bonus game room, full bathroom, and a wet bar/mini fridge to store snacks and drinks. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Max Occupancy: 22) FIRST FLOOR: First Master Bedroom - King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom Second Master Bedroom - King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom SECOND FLOOR: Third Bedroom - King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom Fourth Bedroom - King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom Fifth Bedroom - King Bed,Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom Sixth Bedroom - King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom THIRD FLOOR: Seventh Bedroom - 2 Queen over Queen Bunk Beds, Bonus Game Room, Flat Screen TV, and Private Bathroom *Weddings and events are not permitted in this home. If this policy is violated, you will be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and additional rentals fines. This is a non-smoking property. Additional Details: Pool Heating available upon request for an additional fee of $300 + tax. The golf cart will be fully charged when you arrive. Each home comes supplied with 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish pod, 1 trash bag per trash can in bathroom and kitchen. Things to bring: laundry detergent, beach towels/beach items, extra toilet paper and paper towels, shampoo and body wash, extra trash bags, dishwasher detergent pods. You might also want to bring extra blankets during the cooler months as we do not provide them. Sandy Stroll will have five (5) dedicated parking spaces. Parking on the street is not permitted within Villas of Frangista, so please be cognizant of this when planning your trip and number of cars in your party. Your home will have a complimentary six-passenger golf cart that makes traveling to and from the beach, grocery, and even restaurants very convenient! One thing's for certain, the cart will quickly become your favorite way to get around during your vacation!!

We had a great time being together with our extended family. The layout of the house was perfect, especially with two bedrooms on the first level that my elderly parents and in-laws could use. The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. One of the AC units was not cooling well, and they had a tech out within hours of us letting them know. It was great having a golf cart to use throughout the week and we enjoyed having the pool as an alternative to the beach.

Stayed with 10 adults and 7 children ranging in age from 3 to 13. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was exactly as pictured. Comfortable beds. Plenty of dishes. 2 large crock pots. The kids loved the pool. Aubrey was extremely helpful, great communication, he responded to texts within minutes. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working and he offered to bring us a bag of ice. He scheduled service for it as soon as possible.

Had a wonderful 3 weeks with my family. We had 9 adults and an infant. Even with all these people we had two empty bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable which typically is not the case in rentals (the pillows weren’t my favorite but can’t please everyone all the time). The pool was fantastic after a long hot day at the beach. The golf cart was very convenient. We never used the private beach but did use the public beach which wasn’t much further (private beach allows umbrellas but doesn’t allow canopies, tents, etc.). Parking at the public beach turned out to be really convenient actually and is right next to pompano joes that has a great happy hour 3-5. The beach was perfect, area is great and house was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family of twelve had a great time at the property. The gated community was quiet and welcoming. Our ages were from 75 to 11. There was plenty of space for all of us to do our own thing while at home.
The younger boys enjoyed having their own room with the bunk beds and the ping pong table. The amount of living space, the bedding, pool area and location were outstanding.
While our late mornings and early afternoons were spent at the beach, we really enjoyed the time lounging around, and in, the pool… coffee by the pool in the morning and at night watching television by the pool was very enjoyable.
Having a six passenger golf cart available for us during the entire week stay was greatly appreciated and a great benefit.
The communication with the host from the initial consideration of renting the property, during the stay, and up until the conclusion of the stay was commendable.
I would highly recommend the property without any reservation.

Great Home for a Family Getaway!
We had an amazing stay in this beautiful home! The location is just a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool in the backyard was phenomenal! When we arrived, the lower level AC unit was not functioning properly. We contacted the owner and the problem was fixed within the hour! Wonderful customer service! We would definitely return!

My family and I stayed at this property with 2 other families and we had the best time! Pool was a hit, along with the closet of goodies the kids used. Plenty of space for all. Brand new and perfect in every way

From the beginning of our booking Brie and her husband were amazing! They answered all my questions quickly! Hurricane Sally decided to visit right before we were supposed to check in. Brie and her husband both called me on the way down to update us on the property and made sure we were ok in our travels. The house is AMAZING! Very clean and beautiful! The house in the perfect location! My kids loved to ride on the golf cart with us! If you are looking for great service, beautiful house and perfect vacation DEFINITELY book here!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable and the best sleeping accommodations. 6 of the 7 bedroom have a super comfortable king sized bed and bathroom. We have teenagers that have far grown out of uncomfortable bunkbeds that most rental homes provide. The pool was great and the golf cart was so much fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans and utensils to make cooking at home so easy. These owners really know what vacationers want in a rental home!!! Highly recommended!!!

Love this house!
This house is as perfect as the pictures! Very clean, great pool, private beach access, and a great location. So close to our favorite restaurants but the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! The pool area had plenty of space for all the kids to play and lots of chairs to sit/layout. Another very important thing to us is air condition, we were very impressed how well this one could keep up at all hours of the day. Highly recommend, we will be back!
