About this condo rental
Situated in Provincetown, this charming condo for $551 per night is a great option for your next break. This special spot has it all, located in the central west end, just steps to commercial with views of the bay, and a stone's throw to the boat slip for t-dance, Spiritus, and all the nightime action. A short morning walk to Joe's for coffee or literally roll down the hill to Cafe Heaven for Breakfast. Come in to town on the Ferry and within five minutes you're at the door. Drive into town, and park in the driveway with one parking spot alloted for the unit. Either way, leave your bags, and your car, and go right out on the town. Amenities include central AC, a fully equipped kitchen, sunny private deck, common patio/grilling space on the lower level, in unit private washer/dryer and huge closets in both bedrooms. You will not want to leave, and will likely plan your return before you do!

We had a wonderful time on a weekend getaway to Provincetown in this unit. The location was great for access to both ends of town and the unit was very comfortable.
Communication with the owner was excellent both before arrival and during the stay.
Would definitely consider this unit again for a repeat stay!

Super quaint 2 br condo. Tight quarters, but efficiently designed for 2 couples. Everything was tidy and well appointed. Stay here for the prime location! Right in the heart of town. We stayed in shoulder season, so things were a bit quieter. There was a little bit of noise the first night, nothing crazy. The second night we used the white-noise machines in our bedroom and noise wasn't an issue. Communication with Sharon, our host, was great and easy. Would highly recommend and stay again!

The loveliest home in the most convenient location in PTown. Every single aspect of this trip was uncomplicated. The owner was warm and communicative and I can’t wait to book another few weeks for next summer. Just an outstanding place.

Staying here will spoil you! The location can't be beat. It is in the heart of the P-town, a few minutes walk from just about anything in the village. The beds are comfortable, as is the living room, and the deck is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air. You can see the water from the living room and deck and also view people strolling down Commercial St which is fun if you like to people watch. The host is fast to respond to any questions or issues that arise (like accidently locking yourself out, my bad!) I will definitely stay here again given the opportunity.

Wonderful stay with views of the sun shining on boats in the water and wafting scents of delicious Spiritus Pizza… Great location and everything we needed was there! Sharon was very responsive with any questions we had.

The photos on the listing don't accurately show just how central this rental is to Ptown's downtown attractions! The fact that this rental was comfortable, nicely sized, and featured great outdoor amenities AND was a two-minute walk to Tea Dance was worth every dollar.
Our stay happened during Provincetown's now infamous Sewer Debacle of 2022, and Sharon's communication throughout the messy situation (which was very much not her fault!) was perfect. We're grateful for our time there.

Nice rental, clean, great location and Sharon was very responsive and attentive when there was minor parking issue due to a dead battery. Perfect size for 2, 3 or 4. Lovely view of the bay from the back upper deck. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect location and accurately described
Check in instructions were simple and easy upon arrival. We found the place with one set of clean towels per person and freshly cleaned bedding. The unit is exactly like the photos. The patio to sit and enjoy the coffee was the best.
Overall clean minus a few dust bunnies in some corners but overall amazing place.
Feedback. Would request 2 full sets of towels per person and hand soaps refilled. We ran out of soap on the last day.
However we Would absolutely stay Here Again and communication with Sharon was easy . Thank you!!

Perfect Place
My wife and I were back in PTown after a visit once before 40 years ago!
We loved PTown then and we loved it even more this time.
But what made it special this time was the 4 nights staying at Sharon’s property.
Sharon had thought of everything to make a stay comfortable and effortless even down to equipment you might want to take to the beach.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped,the outside area for drinks and nibbles fantastic before hitting the town and the tv’s with Roku boxes brilliant for when you needed a rest from the downtown buzz.
Sharon’s part of the house is just the upper floor but it was a perfect size for the 2 of us and the location just perfect, right in the heart of the action but far enough back from Commercial Street for undisturbed sleep.

Great Location - Great Week - Two Thumbs Up
One of my best friends and I spent a week at this location and highly recommend it to others. While the condo is on the smaller side, it has everything you need including central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wifi, and an amazing deck. There is this beautiful tree that provides tremendous shade most of the day - we enjoyed many breakfasts out there.
The location is perfect - just around the corner from Spiritus on Carver Street - and the owner was so easy to work with. It was also very clean with plenty of towels provided.
Two thumbs up from these two friends.

Cute 2 bedroom at an amazing central location!
We were a bit shocked how centrally located this property was! We are used to staying a bit further from the center of town, so now we feel spoiled after being so central to everything! The apartment itself is also great, we were worried it might be on the smaller end but it was great for the three of us. The outside space is also really nice to enjoy the sun and get a tiny peak at people walking along commercial street. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again! Also, host is extremely responsive which was very nice to experience!

Fantastic property, location and property owner!
This place was perfect in all the ways, from location (within a stones throw to the center of commercial street), cleanliness, amenities, fully engaged and responsive property owner. Sharon was awesome to work with, and she literally thought of everything when it comes to home amenities--including technology gadgets, chargers and tv platforms.
Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for cleanliness, access, and embracing the full P-town experience.

The property is positioned on the hill in such a way that it gets fantastic sea breezes—we rarely turned on the A/C. The owner is the most communicative and thorough we’ve worked with in all the years we’ve been renting in Ptown. We are already planning our next stay here.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Ptown!
This apartment is the perfect place to stay in P-town. Located just off Commercial St in the West End, it is steps from restaurants and shops and a 10-minute walk from the pier. Sharon was a wonderful host; she was pleasant to communicate with and ensured our group had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the deck with coffee and a book, with a view out to the water. We highly recommend the P-town Palace and look forward to returning for another stay!

Beautiful beach apartment in a perfect location!
This listing is exactly as advertised, and the location is unbeatable. Sharon (the unit owner) was quick to respond to any of my questions and had perfect communication making the renting experience as seamless as possible. The unit is right off commercial street, a perfect location near the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. I definitely recommend Sharon’s place for a relaxing Ptown getaway!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The location is ideal -- just a stone's throw off Commercial Street and steps from the beach. The place is flooded with light, and while it's cozy, it was super comfortable for two adults (although the deck would comfortably seat more.) The back deck was quiet and surrounded by lush greenery and we saw humming birds. The bay was visible in the distance and at night twinkle lights made for magical evening dinners on the deck. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. We didn't use the grill but thought about it! I spent three blissful weeks here and loved every minute. We got to know our wonderful neighbors and the tandem parking was not a big deal, especially since our downstairs neighbor Michael is such a terrific guy. (And we barely needed to use our car anyway) You are steps from so many great restaurants and fun bars. We had daily walks to Joe's coffee and walks on the beach at low tide. My daughter walked 15 mins or so to the West End breaker water wall (make sure you only go at low tide.) The grocery store is a 3 minute drive away. There are three candy stores, a convenience store, a pet store, a pizza place, many great restaurants, clothes shopping and weed stores all just steps away. I can't say enough good things about this home, the location and the wonderful host Sharon. Check in was simple. All the instructions were clear and she checked in by text just when we needed it to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would recommend this place to everyone. Note that theres a normal staircase for bringing your luggage but you'll end up using a spiral staircase off the deck to come and go. It's more private and convenient, but a person with mobility limitations would find it difficult. Five stars!
