An amazing 17yrs anniversary weekend away

The Place was absolutely clean n neat. Location was spot on.. close to the beach n ushaka marine world. Kids really enjoyed the pool n balcony.. excited to see the ships come n go from n into the Harbour Very quite peaceful n relaxful. We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary getaway.

There wasn't anything not to like... Only thing was😟 it was too short of a stay. Kids want to go bak😁😁

Overall, it was a good stay but the hosts could work on the above.

It was comfortable and clean and a suitable apartment for two people, i wouldnt recommend this apartment for four people. The agent that handled this apartment was extremely organized and helpful in every way which we loved. Also, the area is really secure and safe, there is security all around which is a blessing. There is also safe indoor parking available which is a bonus.

It stated that it was a luxurious apartment however it was quite small for a family of four. The kitchen did not have mugs and the dishes were quite limited. The apartment on the 7th floor met more of my expectations and was way more comfortable than this apartment. The apartment walls were rusted and the bathroom was extremely small, the bin cupboard coukd not close fully and rhe curtains were not hooked properly - the apartment could use a bit of maintenance and an upgrade.

The host was wonderful

The apartment was really nice, in a quiet decent location next to UShaka Marine for kids activities. Generally my stay was awesome and I would refer more people

The security guard at the reception was not friendly or atleast cooperative as I did not know the arrangements on how keys are collected for the apartments and he told me I should talk to the person that was helping me on Booking.com 🙄 The other thing was there is a lot of hair on the floor which I recommend that the floor and rugs should be vacuum cleaned once after every visit, besides that I was really happy with the host and everything.

Worst experience ever

The apartment was dirty. G5-12. Dirty linen; dirty shower, Wi-Fi out of bundles. 2 days into our stay, Nozuko called us to say she’s moving us to another building because she has already accepted another booking for the apartment we were occupying. We refused because we had booked way in advance. She kept on hounding us with calls begging us to move out. Worst holiday experience ever.

The location was great! The clean up service was good too. Staff members were quite friendly as well. Overall the flat was beautiful

We had so much fun and the apartment was clean and beautiful, the stuff was also nice, thanks to my host Nozuko was also very helpful 👌 😊

We loved everything about the place everything is nearby and greate we'll be very happy if they can a braai area 😀

Certainly not luxurious!

Staff were helpful. Close to the Point beach. Comfortable bed, spacious lounge and balcony.

Dated and limited kitchen equipment, including broken airer and old pots and pans. Several light bulbs out and none in bedside lights. Damaged walls and views not as shown. Local information would have been helpful eg bus, supermarket and eating options. Need to do something about the pigeons too, had to clean the balcony on arrival.

The receptionist was absolutely friendly and the security was helpful

The apartment was very lovely however just needed some touch ups. The pool was a disappointment as we didn't know The pool closes at 6pm and you had to book.

We loved everything 💜 ❤️ ♥️ . Clean ,spacious and comfortable. Though we had 2 rainy days but it was still great.

Lol that we booked less days.😔😔An additional two days would've been a bonus.

Excellent, superb & Beautiful

Everything about the place is luxurious me and my family enjoyed our stay. The place is very nice and clean from the outside.

The fact that they didn't have the generator, while we didn't even have the rechargeable lights on the apartment nor the load shedding schedule. And the leaking shower 👎 it's a mission after using it

There was not enough crockery or a choice of glass sizes The bathroom extractor does not work. All the spot lights do not work The bathroom and passage way has water damage The room has mould due to the water damage The Aircon in the lounge does not work
