Stay in, sip a hot beverage, read a book, play a board game, take in the inspiring landscape views. Take a dip in the pool, picnic on the lawn, unwind at the fire pit. —2 bedroom/2 bath guest house and separate bunkhouse. —Guest house has 2 en suite bathrooms for queen and double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining/living room with comfortable twin sofa-sleeper. —Separate cozy, heated pine paneled bunkhouse (without bathroom) sleeps up to four, just about 15 fresh air paces from guest house. (Double bed and twin bunk beds) —Easy access parking next to guest house. Lighted walk way between bunk house and guest house. —Our fully equipped Guest House kitchen is supplied with organic milk, half-and-half, butter, bread, local farm fresh eggs, as well as coffee, tea, cocoa, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. —When the blueberries are ripe experience the joyful bustle of the U-pick season (mid-July through August). If you're looking for some quiet downtime, you'll find it at this beautifully decorated guest house. The view from the picture window is spectacular. (Plantings beneath the window attracted hummingbirds throughout the day.) The kitchen has everything you could need by way of dishware, cookware, cutlery and small appliances, and there were plenty of bath linens provided for our two-night stay. The grounds and pool are well maintained, and the flower garden is worth the short walk to get there. This is a fantastic property with great hosts and we hope to book another stay!

My daughters and grandchildren joined me to celebrate my birthday at this beautiful and peaceful guesthouse. The hosts are extremely hospitable and the house is very clean and airy. Even though the weather wasn't perfect we still enjoyed the pool and the property. Many puzzles were completed and wonderful bonding. Ellicottville is not very far and we enjoyed a trip for dinner. Not a place to be skipped!

We loved our stay at the blueberry farm! Amy and Beth were amazing hosts and made us feel so welcome! My husband, I and our two young sons stayed for a week and loved relaxing and spending time together. Amy & Beth made us fresh blueberry lemon muffins for breakfast and they were delicious. The guest house was so clean and beautifully decorated! They did not miss any detail to ensure their guests have a comfortable stay. Although some may not care, the bedding was great quality and so comfortable and the water for the shower was always extra hot! These are 2 things that are usually hard to find! The kitchen was also well stocked with all of the cookware we needed. Highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be going back!

We had the most wonderful stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm! The property was just beautiful and so peaceful! We had a busy schedule with sightseeing the weekend we stayed, but would have loved to just have a day to relax and enjoy the beauty of the property. The hosts are beyond kind and attentive to any questions or needs that you have. Amy made us the most delicious lemon blueberry muffins! The house was spotless, decorated beautifully, and had everything we could have possibly needed to make it a great time away! Thank you, Amy and Beth for your kindness! We absolutely loved our stay at Burdick Blueberry Farm. Amy and Beth were gracious and welcoming hosts, and clearly put a lot of effort into little details that made our stay special and memorable, from warm blueberry biscuits gifted to us by Amy in the morning, to a S’mores kit set up for the fire pit at night. The home is lovely, exactly as described. We would stay here over and over again.

Beautiful place that the pictures do not do it justice. We went us to fish for Steelhead, but the river was little low so fishing was below average. We enjoyed staying at the farm, which is a blueberry farm, with 30,000 plants. Bedroom and very nicely done and two have private bathrooms. Loved sitting out side and drinking wine and watching the sun set. Kitchen works just fine, if you want to cook. There are multiple towns within 15 minutes to drive to for restaurants. Loved walking around the farm and just enjoying the beautiful of the place. Will return.

This place is perfect! The home is clean and I loved how it's decorated. Everything you need is there just bring groceries so you don't have to leave. Amy and Beth are so kind and welcoming. Amy made blueberry lemon biscuits for us that were DELICIOUS! Staying at this property was so wonderful we booked our next trip back as soon as we got home!!! The beds are so comfortable and the view from the living room is priceless. You're missing out if you don't stay there!!!

Amazing property and hosts
We loved our time at the blueberry farm and our hosts were so kind. We were treated to a truck ride around the property and walked through the lovely flower garden. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and delivering us delicious muffins. Would definitely return!

Slice of Paradise
My wife, 20 month old daughter, and I had the most relaxing and tranquil weekend at Burdick Farm. Amy and Beth were so helpful throughout our stay - they responded quickly to any questions via text message, whether to suggest a specific row of berries we should check out, or to pull out the charcoal grill for our family cook out, and at the same time, were very respectful of space and did a lot to make us feel like we had the place to ourselves.
The farm is absolutely beautiful - rolling acres of trees, hills, and a breathtaking landscape; a view just as beautiful in the fresh morning sun as in the evening. The gardens, pool, fire pit, and surrounding property are very well maintained. The home itself is very clean and neatly furnished; comfortable beds and very nice linens, and the refrigerator is stocked with milk, cream, farm fresh eggs, and butter. Plenty of coffee, tea, and pantry items provided as well.
We look forward to making this an annual family trip, especially as our young family grows.

Wonderful hosts in an idyllic family setting
I can't say enough good things about this property and the hosts, Amy and Beth. It exceeded any expectations I had from the listing. The house itself is very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was stocked with sufficient equipment for us to prepare several meals. The beds are excellent, with high quality linens. The bunk house was perfect for my 8 and 11-year old boys. The view from the living room, out over the blueberry fields, is like something out of a dream.
The property is such a wonderful place to spend time. There are multiple areas where a family can sit and talk, eat, etc. The fire pit has comfy seats and an abundance of kindling and wood. The pool is perfect. And the blueberry fields are right there, heavy with berries. Being out in the field in the early morning, picking some berries to eat with your breakfast...it was like a dream.
Amy and Beth went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They brought out their croquet set so we could play a family game. They sent my boys on a hunt to find "the largest blueberries" and marked a spot with some contenders. They were always very responsive and present, but not in a way that felt intrusive.
And for those people who need more activity, Ellicottville (a resort town with many nice restaurants and shops) and Holiday Valley (a resort with both winter and summer activities) are a short drive away.
For our trip, it was just my wife and I, our two boys, and my mother. But the house could comfortably hold two small families. I'll be keeping this house in mind for future trips. I feel very lucky to have found it and stayed there.

Beth and Amy thought of everything a guest on a quiet property would need to feel welcome and added many thoughtful touches from the eggs, milk, bread, coffee, tea and cream to family games and puzzles, books, a well supplied kitchen, cookbooks, yoga mats, and maps for hiking the property. Good bath products, spare toothbrushes, etc. Wish there had been more snow to enjoy the cross country trails in addition to the property walks too. Beds are super comfy and the views are beautiful. Our girls enjoyed the sleeping “cabin” too. Location was great for downtime and easy access to Ellicottville and ski resorts. We skied, hiked the Allegheny National forest, spent a day at US Niagara and some time in Ellicottville. Loved hearing about the history of the family farm too. We will book again without hesitation- next time in blueberry season! Oh yes, Amy and Beth delivered the most delicious blueberry biscuits warm from the oven one day too.

The main living area looked out onto the bueberry farm and we saw deer in the distance and the sun setting. Just a truly lovely property with truly lovely owners. Amazing Gem
You cannot find a more homey shared property in Ellicotville. We went skiing nearby at Holiday Valley and it was always a pleasure to wake up in this cabin and a relief to come back here after a long day on the slopes. I hope to come back during blueberry season!

Warm, cozy, welcoming guest house, fully equipped and many extras...coffee, tea hot cocoa, milk, eggs, butter, bread, sugar, half and half, all paper products and linens, soaps. Super comfy, beautiful grounds, trails for all abilities, fire pit with wood and smores kit! We took walks, played rummy, did jigsaw puzzle, read, painted rocks, hung out and spent quality time together.

The owners and property was amazing from start to finish . They had the fire pit ready for us to have a fire every night , made us homemade blueberry biscuits and gave us a tour of the property before we left .They left us not needing anything inside the guesthouse from teas , coffee, organic eggs , flowers , toiletries . We highly recommend them and will be back !

Kids enjoyed. Amy was very flexible and also let us use her golf cart for a fun drive in her farm which kids loved. Overall a very good relaxing family vacation.

Total Relaxation
My husband and I were looking to get away and unwind for a weekend and we sure did pick the right place. The Guest House at Burdick Blueberry Farm was so cozy and comfortable! The special things, like fresh flowers placed throughout the house were wonderful. The beautiful views, walking trails and pool were just what we needed to forget about the day to day grind. Our host Amy was very nice and more than accommodating. Amy took us on an ‘open truck’ tour of the farm when we got there so we knew where everything was and answered all our questions about the farm and blueberries. We woke up on our last day to homemade blueberry lemon biscuits, yum! We hope to go back again for a visit, maybe during blueberry picking season so we can take some of those delicious berries home.
