Property seemed recently renovated and very clean. Jeremy was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to emails. The place was perfect for our large family.
The only drawback was the pool sticks didn’t have any tips. All in all we had a great time!

Every single person in our group mentioned wanting to come back and how perfect the house is. The property is beautiful—so many places for hanging out or getting away from the rest of the crew! Bedrooms and baths were large and so nice. We fished, grilled, cooked s’mores over a fire, played cards on one of two outside spaces. It was an amazing weekend wit three families—the kids had a ball! No complaints — we will be back!

The property was beautiful! It was a sabbatical for my family. I would like to share a couple things for future guests. Don’t be afraid of the magnificent byozoan at the dock. It looks scary but very harmless. We researched it and had a science class with my grandchildren. It was a beautiful thing. Also there’s a switch by fireplace that turns on deck lights. Beautiful time and experience with my family!

It’s a great secluded spot where our kids and grandkids gathered and swam off of the dock. Plenty of things to do for everyone. The grandkids favorite part was renting a pontoon and tubing. Most of them had never done it before. The only down side was I felt the front porch and sliding door tracking should have been swept and clean before our arrival. The livingroom with big windows does get warm during the day and you can’t turn the thermostat below 70. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful house, great host, exactly what we wanted and would go back again in a heart beat. Only complaint was dusting on light fixtures and tables and the amount of bugs in the inlet upon arrival. It was possible that it was cleaned and not stayed in for a while, just had to clean off some things ourselfs. Beautiful home!

The rooms were nicely arranged for a large group of people. The various bedroom plans allowed for each of our varied groups to find the right spot to have personal space and the large gathering areas provided lovely spaces for being together. The kids loved the billiard table and the shuffle board; however, the shuffleboard left a lot of sand on the floor. Two of the billiard cues lacked felt tips. The availability of the pontoon boat was great and the kids loved tubing. The kayaks were great for heading to goat island from the pontoon. We were grateful for Jason's help in getting us set up with these items and for warning us that carp might leap into the boat. He was right! But with warning, we were able to manage the exciting event! The kitchen had almost everything that we needed for meal prep and we were able to have our traditional marshmallow roast in the convenient fire pit. The little raccoon who came by to eat graham cracker crumbs was polite. One of our group would have valued having a book of instructions for using TVs (not all of us have such complicated systems at home) and please make it clear that no one is to touch the little box by the door (which turned out to be the alarm system -- yikes!). All in all, a lovely stay with helpful managers willing to help. Thanks!

Windsor Way was just what we needed to get away from the busyness of life and enjoy the lake! Our extended family enjoyed all the house had to offer. The kitchen is very well-stocked and spacious. We had plenty of counter space for food and snacks. The house was clean and the bedrooms were perfect for our family. The kids loved the bunk room! At night we would sit out on the deck and play games and listen to the cicadas. In the morning, we would sit out on the deck with our coffee & watch the geese, squirrels, and hummingbirds. It was so relaxing! We also took daily walks/hikes and the hills provided some good cardio for those who liked to workout while away from home! Our kids swam off the dock and had so much fun. We also rented a boat and really enjoyed exploring the lake. We loved this property and this area of KY!

Beautiful home with everything you need on Lake Barkley tucked away in a quite cove. Great area to ski, tube or just float and enjoy. Boat ramp is only a 5 min, and Cadiz is a quick 13 min drive should you need anything. Stayed here w three families, 6 adults and 8 children (11-18), plenty to do to keep everyone occupied. Jeremy is great to work with and responds quickly to questions if needed. Would highly recommend!!!

Our stay at this home was fantastic! The property is exactly as described but the beauty of it is not evident until you open the door. The space is breathtaking and the attention to detail is evident in all the small things. The furniture was comfortable and we were able to sit 10 around the table for dinners. We enjoyed the game tables and the table games for kids. The fire pit was a hit in the evening for some tasty s'mores. While the walk to the doc was a bit steep, the curved path let us older folk stop and rest along the way. We were fortunate to rent the pontoon boat and enjoyed fishing, tubing, and swimming all week long. This was a perfect vacation for our family and all of us are eager to return.

This house was just what we were looking for. Great sleeping arrangements that allowed for privacy while providing enough bathrooms for everybody. The only discrepancy I saw in the description had to do with the "new" grill. Jeremy was very responsive to any questions we had. Even the questions that were already answered in the instructions we received before arrival. Sorry about that Jeremy. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home! The area is filled with very friendly people and we enjoyed golfing at the Boots Randolph course.

We can’t say enough about this house! The location is perfect, with beautiful views of the lake. We had more than enough space for our group and the house was very clean. Beds and other sitting furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had no issues cooking all weekend. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property! From the furnishings to the amenities to the surrounding landscape…we could not have asked for more! Jeremy went totally above our expectations in insuring our family had the best accommodations possible. Our original booking was cancelled two hours before check in so we were in quite a spot. Thanks to Jeremy and his graciousness our trip was saved and was the best ever. We will definitely return next year. Peace, happiness, and well wishes!

Our family enjoyed a great weekend at Lake Barkley. The owners were great to communicate with and the house was just perfect for our getaway. The lake view was awesome, too! We would definitely recommend this lake home and hope to return again ourselves!

The house and property are gorgeous! We had a group of 7 and had more than enough room. Our group was there to celebrate one of our friend’s 50th bday! We relaxed thanks to the peaceful location, enjoyed great food thanks to the kitchen that was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, crockpot, bowls, and utensils as well as the grill. We would rent this location again without a doubt.

We had 6 couples. Plenty of room to spread out. This home is beautifully furnished and very well stocked for cooking. Includes two refrigerators. All the rooms are spacious with adequate bathroom facilities for all. The views are impressive and the abundance of deer to watch is entertaining. Highly recommend.

Overall it was exactly as described except for a few minor cosmetic issues (please contact us for details). Overall it was a very satisfactory and relaxing get away. The bed downstairs below the master bedroom had a very noisy mattress as stated several times by previous guests. It was so bad the couple using the room had to move to another room, which lucky for us was available. Next, we contacted the host concerning the game table and chairs downstairs. Our family members are avid game players and we brought over a dozen games. In one photo the game table showed 6 nice padded chairs with backs. In another it only showed 4. So when we made contact we were told that it only had 4. Once we arrived, there were 6 metal stools that were cute, but absolutely non functional as they were too tall for someone to sit on and slide under the table. This was a major disappointment for us. Next, there were 3 pool sticks, all of which were broken and unusable. Had I not brought my own (which we had to share) the pool table would have been useless. These need to be replaced with new ones along with chalk. Finally, the dining room table was nice...but only had 6 seats when it could have comfortably seated 8. Metal bar stools were pulled over to use so we could eat together. Why have a home that sleeps 14 people but only a dinner table for 6? Also, more (different) photos could be a big plus on your listing on Vrbo as there were none of the extravagant ensuite with a huge walk in closet. The host didn't get back with us in a timely manner to rent the pontoon from the owner so we rented one elsewhere. It would have been much better to have it waiting for us upon arrival. The furnishings, decorations, and lighting were all top of the line and beautiful. The fully stocked kitchen met all of our needs perfectly as we cooked all of our meals there. We were not able to use the coffee bar downstairs because it required K-Cups which we did not realize and didn't bring with us. The indoor shuffle board was a big hit with everyone, children and adults alike! We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit multiple times and plenty of firewood was made available prior to our arrival.

This house was perfect for our family reunion. With three generations, the layout was perfect. The open kitchen and two family rooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and still be with together. The house was well stocked and very clean on the inside. We loved the deck over looking the lake. There were a couple of issues the steepness of the backyard to the dock (no stairs). It was difficult for the older people in the group to go to the lake, no lounge chairs on the dock as pictured, the upstairs living room gets pretty toasty with the afternoon sun and the front step had tile that was not attached. Jason did point it out so we were careful. Nothing that would stop us from coming back again. It was a very private area. We had a wonderful time and recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our family 7 adults and 5 kids. Plenty of room. Very quiet rural area. Deer everywhere. Of course the big draw is the lake swimming and boating. With 5 grandchildren we kept them busy swimming and boating.

Lake Family Fun
The well-equipped house and covered dock provided for an excellent family vacation. The house is wonderfully arranged with two family spaces. Adults enjoyed card playing upstairs while the kids enjoyed a movie downstairs. There aren’t any lounge chairs on the dock as pictured. We were able to dock our own boat there. Our only real issue was the steepness of the backyard to the dock. It made it very difficult for some of us to make multiple trips to the water. We loved the area with its private cove.

Great Place for Family!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house plan is ideal for a family. My daughter turned thirty and we had family and some friends to join us throughout the week. House was very clean and well maintained. We rented a pontoon for the week and the dock area made it so convenient. TV is every bedroom! Owner was very responsive to us with the few questions we had. Would definitely recommend and would be more than happy to stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation-Summer 2022...
Had such a great time and the home was perfect for our family!! So beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, plenty of space for everyone, and the pool table and shuffle board games in the basement were a wonderful bonus! The dock is amazing as well and we had no trouble fitting a pontoon and two jet skis with room to spare. We have 8 kids (+ 2 spouses & a grandbaby)--most of them were able to be with us at some point--and every single one of them said we HAVE to book this place again. Looking into a week that works for our family for next Summer 2023 and hoping this place is available. We loved swimming off of the dock in the cove, the water was perfect for all the water sports--never too choppy, and the marina was a short boat ride away (the car ride was not bad at all either). We all love fishing and caught enough panfish and catfish right off the dock for 2 nights of having a fish fry; and still had some to bring home:) Any questions were quickly answered by Jeremy! Thanks for a wonderful week!!

We had a great time at the house. The dock and outdoor areas are great. And the house is large with plenty of sleeping areas. We didn't even use one whole room thanks to the kids bunk room. We had a great short trip! The property manager who rented his boat to us was super informative and kind as well!

Great accommodations for siblings and spouses from around the country to get together. We had reservations for 4 couples and there was plenty of space for everyone to have private bedroom and their own bath. The common areas had ample room for sitting, cooking and eating. We enjoyed sitting down on the dock, enjoying the quietness while we read and relaxed. Also enjoyed the back deck and used the fire pit two nights. We all learned that none of us are very good at shuffleboard.
Jeremy quickly responded to our communications. The pantry was more stocked than we expected. They had all the necessary kitchen supplies, pots, pans, drip coffee pot, Keurig. We were happy to get our laundry done in a full-size washer and dryer, so we didn’t have to do it when we got home.
Guests might want to grab a bag of ice from up on the corner if you have a large party staying as the ice machine was a little slow in replenishing its supply. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. We will keep it on our list for future reunions.
