Ameneties were not provided in sufficient amount : such as toilet paper, garbage bags etc were only 1 pcs which was very inconveninet to have to run and look for these items which you are supposed to have spare 2-3 pcs. Attitude of owner/ manager of property when we asked for a check out at 11 or 12 they said no before even checking, while in reality we anyway stayed in the apartment untill 1 pm and noone came to clean/ take the keys, meaning they could easily aloow us to do a late check out, they just chose to say no.When we texted them to ask about safety box which was available but no key available for it they saw the message but ignored it. I felt that at the price of 1500 EUR for 3 nights that is not acceptable level of service/ flexibility/ hospitability from their side and will not stay at the palce again, even though the aprtment itself is very convenient.
