Nestled in Seabrook Island, this attractive villa for $354 per night is a great option for your next break. This villa is a wonderful hideaway among the natural splendor of Seabrook Island with plentiful amenities. This is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee (or something stronger) after a day in the sun and surf. The multiple furnished decks offer ample opportunity to enjoy the sea breezes in comfort. Spacious enough for the whole family or friend group to relax. There's no better place to take a deep breath and recharge. Seabrook Island is a welcoming oceanfront community just miles from historic Charleston, South Carolina. Immersed in natural splendor, the private coastal barrier island is home to a lush maritime forest, serene marshes and pristine beaches. Seabrook Island is home to a SIC Audubon Sanctuary Golf Course as well as an Audubon International Certified Sustainable Community. There are many beach access points across the island, including one just a few minutes walk from the villa. There is also a beach club with a beachfront restaurant, the Pelican's Nest. The beach club includes a children's pool and large heated main pool with a poolside bar and towel service. There is also direct beach access from the club grounds. Access to the beach club requires the purchase of an amenity card for a daily rate. Just a few minutes drive outside the gate are Bohicket Marina, home to various shops and the Salty Dog restuarant, and Freshfields Village with a grocery store, restaurants, and high end shopping. There is a dedicated bike path from the island to Freshfields. Charleston's historic beauty, incredible restaurants, and plentiful shops are only 30 minutes away by car. There are many local companies that rent bicycles and other beach activity equipment for your enjoyment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It’s spacious, clean and has plenty of sleeping areas. It has great views and seating from every porch. It’s a very quick, simple walk to the beach, however the boardwalk gets hot in the afternoon making for a grumpy walk back with two young kids and elderly mother in tow. :) Just keep in mind when timing your beach time! The owner went above and beyond to help my family after check-out. We were very thankful for her gracious, thorough communication!

The villa was the perfect size for 6 of us. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful peaceful golf course views. Quiet neighborhood. Communication was great with the host. Highly recommend it.

Great location, we knew going in that blinds were broken, but some electrical outlet’s were loose and didn’t necessarily work right. Bedding and furniture very comfortable the only major disappointment we had was the master bathroom had somebody’s hair lip was attached to the clean towels and loose hair in the sink

This place was nearly perfect. Reasonably-priced, a communicative host, good proximity to the beach, and the place came with a bunch of great amenities (bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc.). The single downside is NOT a knock on the property, but more a result of the size of the island--if you want to travel off-island, it does take quite a while to get somewhere! Betty was a great host from the beginning--she answered questions pre-booking, sent us several messages about our stay in advance, and was available for questions while we were there (we didn't need anything, but it was nice to know we could have contacted her). The house had a nice lived-in feel with lots of personal touches, which we enjoyed. The A/C worked just fine, as did the dishwasher, washer/dryer, and refridgerator. Separate sleeping spaces for our children worked out well, especially the loft area, which my 2 girls loved. Don't expect views of the beach (blocked by trees), although it was a pretty short walk (just over 1/4 mile, I think). It is too bad that we came from far away and probably won't make it back again. This was a great place to stay!

Sealoft Villa was a perfect place for our cousins reunion. The house was clean, comfortable, and had just about everything you could need for a relaxing stay near the beach. With three sleeping areas and two bathrooms, the layout of the villa was ideal for our group of four. We especially loved the peaceful golf course neighborhood location. Communication with the owner was exceptional. She really seemed to care that her guests enjoyed their stay. I would love to go back one day!

Enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island in your villa. Everything was as described. My husband and I both agreed, the blinds should be replaced. The one on the door had bent rows and some of the window ones, the rods to open them were missing. Just takes away from the cute villa and looking out at the golf course. Just our opinion but would definitely stay there again.

Two sisters and two cousins on a spring break getaway. Even a little rain and cold couldn’t get us down. Very comfortable and easy rental. Clean. Communication with host was great and immediate. Very helpful. Beds super comfy. Proximity to beach and beach club was fabulous. Loved all six days!

This villa was perfect for a short get away for my husband and me and our daughter. The location is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the bikes provided. The kitchen is small but adequate for light meals. The villa is clean with new living area furnishings. Easy communication with the owner. Overall a great stay.

Minutes from the Beach. I would drive to beach access #5 or #6 for a shorter walk to the ocean.. Beautiful Island and this house has a great Golf Course view. Very clean with all the amenities of home.

This property is as advertised. It is clean and in mint condition. It really does sleep 6 comfortably. No pull-out couch. The host is very responsive. Bikes and beach chairs are provided. Coming from New England, we loved the warmer ocean water and expansive beach with no rocks. A full grocery store and many small shops are close by. We prepared most of our meals and the kitchen and dining area were perfect for this. Everything is clean and well ordered.

This is our second time at this lovely beach house in the Sealoft area in Seabrook Island. It’s a comfortable home a minute from the neighborhood pool and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Great for small families.

Our family came to Seabrook for a mini getaway. This property was perfect. It is very close to the beach accesses. We loved having the bikes and used them every day. The pool was also so nice to cool off in and very close. The property overlooks the golf course and pond, which is beautiful at any time of day. Our teenage daughters enjoyed the loft bedroom and board games available. It was such a special trip and this house made it even better.

My daughters (17 and 20) and I just returned from four days at this property and we only have wonderful things to say! The home was clean and communication was timely, friendly and comprehensive. Everything we could possibly need was in the home, including bikes that we used to bike around the island one morning. The beach is a short walk and the pool and clubhouse are also walkable (or a very short drive in our case). We purchased amenity cards so we could take advantage of all the island had to offer. SI is our favorite regional Beach and we would stay in this property again in a heartbeat.

This spacious stay was very comfortable and overlooked a portion of the golf course. Wildlife was everywhere, except no alligators to be seen. Even when it was raining we enjoyed to cozy amenities there.

Five friends and I descended upon Seabrook Island for a 3 night getaway and had a great time in our Sealoft Villa.. The house was clean, well-located to the beach, and perfect for our group. My wife and I loved staying here while visiting Seabrook Island. The villa was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Betty, the owner was very communicative and very helpful with helping us plan our trip by offering recommendations and details on what the island has to offer. One of our favorite parts was being a short walk from the beach accesses and the bikes included with the property which we enjoyed using to explore the island. Definitely would recommend!

Wow - this home was such a wonderful home away from home. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We have large age ranges with our kids and it worked for all. The homeowner's communication was amazing and super thorough. The house came equipped with so many fine touches (soaps, extra TP, detergents....etc.) that as a mom I greatly appreciate - I felt like I was being taken care of! The location of the home is perfect and the community calm and serene. We've stayed in many homes over the years and by far I was blown away with the total experience with this home. Thank you for such a great experience!

The property is beautiful. 3 decks overlooking the 12th hole. Very comfortable accommodations. Close to the beach, and only a short bike ride/walk to the Island House amenities. Would highly recommend this villa. The charm of Seabrook Island is like no other.

The property is exactly how it is portrayed in the photos. Very clean, very good condition overall. The Owner was very helpful and informative to make the whole process of checking in and getting settled seamless. When we arrived and got settled, we didn't feel like we were in a rental property; we felt like we were at home away from home. The neighborhood is very clean and well maintained as expected. There was some minor "construction traffic" due to new construction builds going on but it was barely noticeable. We did not take advantage (by chioce) of the amenity buildings, we spoke the majority of our days off the island site seeing the Charleston area. However, we did visit the beach which is a short walk from the Villa. It is very private and secluded which we like!

Enjoyed our stay on Seabrook Island. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach for beautiful sunrises. Great place to ride your bikes. Nice villa with plenty of room for four, and great views from the upstairs deck. I do wish we had known about the high cost of amenity cards. These are even required for playing on the outside basketball courts.
