Only a block and a half from the musical fountain and a mile walk to the lighthouse! Full stocked and ready so you only need to bring your suitcase and enjoy! New and comfortable furnishings and linens. Fully stocked kitchen for dining in. Ever wonder what living in a city apartment was like? Fantastic location to enjoy downtown Grand Haven. Only flaw was mattress was not very comfortable for the price.

Leanne kindly answered all our questions and made for a smooth check-in. The location was wonderful -- we even got to meet Barefoot Dave, who owns the store below and features a "Big Lebowski" rug that really ties the room together. We hope to return next year.

Loved our cute, clean and convenient apartment! Walked to shops, restaurants and channel. Things were hoppin Sat night and we were right there. Cocktails and musical fountain in the social district!

Great location. The apartment was decorated nicely and very clean. The master bedroom could use a new mattress. Not the most comfortable. Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment is in a great spot (it’s a hike to the beach so I’d recommend driving). Apartment has a lot of narrow, indoor steps to get to the door if that’s an issue. Overall, it was a good spot and super convenient.

Had all the amenities at a great price and location when meeting up with family from out of town for the holidays. Could have used additional blankets, but was otherwise very pleasant and centrally located. Very happy.

Leanne was great at looking out for our wants/needs. The apartment was exceptionally stocked. Location was fantastic. Being right in the heart of the Social District, we were able to walk to the Farmer's Market, Musical Fountain, restaurants and shops. Leanne's recommendations were on the mark.

The apartment was definitely cute and clean. Unfortunately quite noisy being right above the Main Street downtown. Also, unfortunately the cooling was pretty much non existent and the ceiling fan in the bigger bedroom didn’t work properly. There were no windows in that bedroom either, so it was quite stuffy and very dark and bad if you’re claustrophobic. I had to leave early after 2 days due to my pup not wanting to eat because she was too warm and the above issues. I asked if there could be any kind of an adjustment since we only stayed 2 days instead of the 7 planned and the owner refused. This place is not for everyone.

Wonderful! Nicely updated place in the heart of downtown. Very clean and well equipped. Parking space provided was a plus. Easy walk to the beach or just a few minutes to the musical fountain and all the activities there. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute apartment above store in downtown Grand Haven. Easy access to shops and restaurants and close to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to a question. Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay during a golf tournament.

The property was in a great location on the main street of downtown Grand Haven. Access to restaurants, the beach and many things to do. It was surprisingly quiet even though it is right next to a restaurant/bar. The only downfall was the lack of light and windows and the narrow old stairs to get to the room.
