Welcome to our home! When you walk in you will be greeted by our open floor plan living room and kitchen. The living room features plush seating, a large smart TV, and 8-top dining table. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the amenities to cook your favorite meal or just make a cup of coffee. Upstairs, you will find our second living space that has a day bed and smart TV. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose between our 6 beds. 1. Our primary bedroom is upstairs and features a King bed, a large smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. 2. Our second bedroom is upstairs and features a Queen bed and a nearby bathroom. 3. Our third bedrooms is also upstairs and features a Queen bed and a nearby bathroom. 4. The fourth and fifth bed is a twin daybed with a twin trundle near the living room. 5. The sixth bed is a twin daybed in the upstairs common room. Guest Access: Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The management company was very responsive. The place was immaculate. We had to book our stay with short notice after our other accommodations from a different company not affiliated with Vrbo was not cleaned from the previous guests. We had 6 adults that needed accommodations, so we went to Vrbo and found this house. It was very easy to book and it fit our needs perfectly! We will be back for sure.

We’re having renovations done to our house and this property made for a great home away from home. We’ll furnished with everything needed to live for longer than just a weekend trip. Management company is very communicative. My only negative would be the process required to get registered as a guest prior to check in- could be very normal now, but was a first to me. Still made for a great stay and would stay again.

Decent place...poor service, no heat

House was roomy and in a good neighborhood. However, the heat went out while we were there, they sent someone out, but it didn't get fixed until the last day. They offered very minimal compensation for not having heat. The house was 52 degrees. Book at your own risk, if you have an issue, don't expect to be fairly compensated for a basic necessity like heat.

Our two families stayed at this property for six days and enjoyed our time there. It was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The neighbors were friendly and the place was centrally located, allowing us to get everywhere we wanted to go fairly quickly.

If you go to Fayetteville, you MUST MUST MUST stay here! This is a brand new house, very nice and has everything you need. It is pleasantly decorated, the beds are comfortable, the internet works, the TV works (although they didn't have FoxNews), the kitchen appliances/pots/pans/dishes/etc. are nice, plenty of dish soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash for your use. The only complaint from one person in my group is, the air conditioning unit runs very loudly in one of the secondary bedrooms so that he could not sleep well. Other than that, everything is clean and well kept, and the management team was in touch with me from the beginning to end. That is just awesome customer service! Thank you so much!!!

This property was exactly as it was listed. We comfortably slept 10 people. The master bedroom is huge, the 2 secondary bedrooms are good sized, the upstairs game room sleeps 2 on a day bed, and the lower floor sleeps 2 on a day bed in the den. There's lots of closet space. You could literally dance in the master closet. Everything was clean, from the kitchen to the bedding, to the towels. Speaking of towels, there are ample towels and face cloths. There is TP and paper towels, and there is also coffee provided. The house is in a new neighborhood, close to the university, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. Checkin/checkout was easy. There is also room for 4 vehicles. The house is light and bright and nicely decorated. The only two complaints we have is that we couldn't find the toaster, and there was no power cord for the upstairs tv. I highly recommend this property. Ten thumbs up!
