This brand new home has hardwood floors throughout (no carpet), brand new mattresses, and brand new appliances. If you have a cooking aficionado in your group they’ll love cooking on our 8-burner gas stove range and oven. Our farmhouse is conveniently located minutes away from a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many other local restaurants. Coming to visit the University of Arkansas? It’s only 10-15 minutes away. We’re also down the hill from the Centennial Park for those interested in mountain biking. *For the moment parking is located in the street. The space is deeply cleaned between each guest in order to maintain a safe environment. All linens are washed and dried on high heat, highly-touched surfaces are cleaned using bleach-based disinfectants, and there will be minimal host/guest in-person interactions.

We had a wonderful stay at Violet’s Farmhouse. What a neat place. Brand new but the family replicated their family farmhouse in Kansas to make it look vintage! It is well appointed with all the necessities needed for a great stay. We loved the upstairs movie room!

Very impressed with the vintage farmhouse size and interior rooms appearance. Loved the large kitchen area with oversized gas stove with 2 ovens and extra burners.The Retro Fridge appearance was nice. Back porch had closeted , stacked washer/dryer, large farmers sink and more space. Yay! The living/ dining room area was very cozy with plenty space to sit & coverse or watch tv. The downstairs bedroom had TV, bathroom of good size. The 2 upstairs bedrooms & bathroom were nice. Upstairs had a bonus Rec. room with TV. The stairs going up could also be walked down other side to end up in kitchen! Parking was a bit tricky. Lots of construction in area so had to move our car a few times to have safe walking access to house, via sidewalk.The front screen door handle was broken & partially unhinged so it kept flying open & banging against the house. Some newly installed inside doorknobs kept falling off when pulled. Reported all this to the host. If not for the last few items, we would give this house a total 5 stars but will have to give 4 & a half stars. We would recommend this place to others & would likely stay here again.

Your place was great! Close proximity to Centennial park for our MTB race, it was large & spacious and had everything we needed. I also enjoyed the piano, thank you!

Last month, I needed to be in Fayetteville for a couple of weeks and wanted a place that would feel more comfortable than a hotel. Wow! Did I hit the jackpot! This home is a loving recreation of a very special family home that was a joy to get to experience. The detail that went into recreating such a warm, inviting place was impressive and obvious. It truly felt like a home very quickly. The vintage touches were so fun, and yet there was a very luxurious side to this home as well. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced. The bathrooms were vintage looking yet modern in their use. And everything was immaculate and clean. The kitchen was truly special. The 8 burner range was fun to cook meals on, the table in the kitchen to share conversation while preparing those meals, and the vintage looking appliances that are all new, high-end all added up to one of my favorite rooms in the house. The media room upstairs was perfect for movie watching or binge watching your favorite shows with plenty of seating. Honestly, this place was such a special retreat and it was hard to leave to go back to “the real world.” I am thankful that this family recreated such a special place and shares it with the rest of us, and I can’t wait to return for future stays!

Renovated retro farmhouse - very clean, well supplied, nicely furnished and decorated, and a great Fayetteville location. Very comfortable stay for adults and children attending the Ole Miss game. Host was very responsive and helped make the stay pleasant. Highly recommend and would rent again.

We very much enjoyed staying at the farm house. Comfy beds, tons of space for visits, excellent location close to our kiddos. Great nostalgic trip reminding me of stays at my grandmothers home with all the modern comforts of a great VRBO! Recommend it highly!!

We were in town for a family wedding and had 7 (3 were kids) in our party. House fit us great. It has a great history as a replica of the family farm house, lots of vintage features that just made it more fun. Owner had set out family photos that added to the history. Lots of board games to entertain the kids and several very nice TVs to catch some football.

We stayed here to celebrate and cook for my college daughter’s birthday. All she wanted was a home cooked meal and the kitchen was perfect for that. There is plenty of space for everyone and the media room was a bonus. The beds are comfy and 3 full bathrooms was such a nice addition. The farmhouse has all the details of the original house with some modern touches. I loved the decor and the family photo book of the house and all those who had been there through the years. We will definitely being staying here again. Ethan is super helpful and responsive with any questions.

Convenient location for all things Fayetteville has to offer. Plenty of space for family to ha e personal time. Master bedroom and bathroom was everything a weary traveler could want. Would definitely stay again!!!

Loved the vintage decorations/concept. Suggest that ice trays be available in the kitchen, a chair in master bedroom for putting on shoes, & a garbage receptacle outside the property. Otherwise a wonderful facility!

We had a great weekend, the house had everything we needed. We loved that it was a new “old” farmhouse! The beds were so comfortable, which was great after a long day of shopping:) the entire house was spotless! Loved this house, will definitely stay again!
