Situated in Fayetteville, this attractive house for $139 per night is a great option for your next break. Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food! 🌟 Just 3 miles from University of AR Stadium and Bud Walton Arena 🌟 5 miles to Dickson St! 🌟 Easy commute to interstate (2 miles) to access Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville! This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging. Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly! You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio. Parking in the driveway is highly encouraged. Street parking is also available but please be mindful of the 'no parking' signs listed. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving for the MU/Arkansas football game. We hosted a Thanksgiving meal for our family and the house had everything we needed. The game room is an added bonus and the outdoor areas are wonderful..just a little cool for us to spend a ton of time outside during our stay. Communication was prompt. We would definitely return to this property!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet area and close to everywhere we wanted to go! I wish that the check in was earlier, 4 oclock is a late check in, in my opinion. There was an early check in option, for an extra fee. Also the game room is in an unheated garage/room and i do not recall that was mentioned in the description. Overall, a comfortable house!

I booked this property for me and my mother to stay while visiting grandchildren in Fayetteville. It was perfect. We had the grandchildren over Wednesday night for supper and they so enjoyed the game room. Absolutely 5 stars all the way around.

The host paid attention to every detail, coffee to start our day, fun games to test our ping pong skills and more, and a beautiful backyard to relax, not to mention all the details within the home. Only problem is that we couldn’t stay longer! Would certainly recommend and hope to come back!

We were not able to utilize the game room or numerous board games because we were in town for a funeral. This place is very well put together! Exceptionally clean, well appointed and in a quiet neighborhood. If need be we will stay there again.

We booked this property for a party of six, week long stay for graduation. The description is accurate and even more lovely. Everyone had their space in this well designed home. We thoroughly took advantage of the outdoor porch, and fire pit. After days of festivities this home is a great place to relax and enjoy the evenings. Will book again.

This place was delightful. Every appliance, linen, dish, and chair was the very best. Attention was paid to make sure that every detail was just right. The decor was lovely, the beds comfortable, the outside space--a sheer delight.

In addition, we were thrilled with the game room, great washer and dryer, extra blankets, excellent dishwasher, and comfy outside chairs. I cannot think of thing that was missed or overlooked.
