Large open concept kitchen with large island, Quartz counter tops and custom cabinets. Extremely big patio in a natural setting and very private back yard. Custom showers and King Size bed in the master bedroom. This home is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Located a few miles from Dickson St and University of Arkansas. Walking distance to many great local restaurants, a golf course, dog park and a natural creek. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. The Space: Luxurious beds with plenty of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 smart TV’s. WiFi access. Private back yard with large patio and gas grill. Our back yard backs up to a local ranch and is surrounded by trees. No neighbors behind this house, just next door. It is common to see deer grazing in the afternoon. Plenty of towels, extra blankets and everything you need to enjoy your stay. We know you will enjoy the space. Walking distance to many great local restaurants. Within a mile of 2 grocery stores. Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $100 fee per pet. (2 pets max). We may require a refundable pet deposit. There is a park close to the house and trails that lead to a pet park. • 3 BEDS (1 King 2 Queens) • Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code • 2 Smart TVs • Fast Internet • Large Patio Main Living Space: Spacious, with large windows. Includes a living room seating area with a 70” Smart television. Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, linens, coffee pot, toaster, serving accessories, and more. Outdoor Space: Large covered patio with seating, and several tables for outdoor use. Gas grill. Master Bedroom: King sized bed, private bathroom, closet, 65" Smart TV. Guest Bedrooms: Queen beds with firm spring mattresses, closet, and reading lamps. We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out. Guest Access: The entire house. The Neighborhood: Our street is at the end of the subdivision. Getting Around: You can get to all the main attractions in Fayetteville with a 10 - 15 minute drive. Walk to many great local restaurants. Other Things to Note: - If the person who makes the reservation will not be present during the stay we require an additional deposit for their “crew” or “company". Please notify us if you will not be staying at our place.

Excellent job on the remodel! The bathroom are top notch!! Very nice appliances. It is very nice and clean. There was a minor issue with the VRBO app and the owner helped take care of everything very quickly. Very responsive and very accommodating. Very nice covered patio for extra space to hang out. Excellent value for the price!

The house was very clean and updated. The size was great for 5-6 of us adults. Good location if you’re visiting campus. Would definitely book again!

Our family stayed here for a baseball tournament. The house was super clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. They included all necessary toiletries which was a bonus. Having laundry was a must for me and they even had detergent available. The back yard was so nice! The beds and towels and linens were first rate! The location was great, close to the baseball parks and food and grocery. Host was quick to respond. We would stay here again!!
