We were in town for a wedding. This location was perfect. It was walking distance to the square. It’s a quite pretty neighborhood and the house was so cosy and felt like a home. The front porch is a great place to have coffee or am evening cocktail.
The propert management was just amazing, they responded immediately when we had a question. We will certainly stay here again

We were traveling with family to visit our son who attends UARK. The location was perfect - close to downtown, School and our son’s apartment, while in a quiet neighborhood. It worked out great because everyone had their own space but the common areas were perfect for hanging out and spending time together.

Overall, the SoFay Farmhouse was a good fit for our family. The layout allowed us to spend time together playing games, eating, and relaxing on the patio. Its location is convenient to hiking and biking trials, the center of town, and fun stores and coffee shops to check out. The neighbors were friendly. The few things that give the house a 4 rating instead of 5 were dirty hardwood floors that turned our feet black, not being able to check in before 3pm without paying a $90 fee, and the kitchen being short on sharp cooking knives and coffee mugs.

Other than the water pressure being very low in both showers this place met our expectations. A king bed upstairs would have been a bonus. There’s a blow up mattress but no pump to air it with so my grandson used the loft sofa to sleep on. Loved the windows and wrap around porch!

The house feels like home with great bedroom & bathroom arrangement. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is well appointed and has nice Kitchen-Aid appliances! I highly recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was lovely and worked great for our needs. We were very close to downtown and enjoyed going to see the holiday lights at the square. We needed to bring our two dogs and they were very accommodating to that.

I am pretty picky on cleanliness so I felt housekeeping could’ve done a better job, but overall it was a great experience. Very relaxing. Very nice house with high end appliances.

We had a great stay here! A cute house and right down the street from a park and splash pad that we walked to each day. We had an issue with the air upon arrival and they responded very quickly! The only drawback was that the bed downstairs had a board broken underneath it. It was uncomfortable to sleep in but we didn’t figure out what the problem was until near the end of our stay. Overall a great experience!

Great House
This house has a great layout and the covered porch is awesome. Very comfy and peaceful. We had a couple of issues when we checked in but the management responded quickly and everything was taken care of within an hour.
