Summary: Located in a quiet neighborhood in West Fayetteville, this 3 BR/3.5 Bath home is set amidst other brand new cottage style homes. Enjoy easy access to all things Fayetteville; like the University of Arkansas Campus, the Downtown district, the Razorback Greenway Bike Trails, and Centennial Park. When you aren't out exploring, you can relax in our back yard oasis- complete with a hot tub, covered patio, grill, and string lights. The Space: The Space: Complete with a 2-car garage, fenced in the back yard, back patio- complete with a new hot tub, desk space, and a fully stocked kitchen for guest enjoyment. There are 2 televisions in our home, one 60" Smart TV in the living room over the fireplace, and one 32" in the master bedroom. Our home is decorated in line with the cottage-modern style featuring white linens, natural woods, plants, and scenic art. Plenty of restaurants are located within a 3-5 minute drive from our house, or drive 10 minutes and find yourself in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville. 8 minute straight shot to the U of A! Other things to love about Solitude Retreat: * 3 Private bedrooms - 1) Master bedroom is on the main floor with a luxury King mattress, featuring blackout curtains, television, private attached bathroom with walk-in shower, giant closet with laundry room, and Jack & Jill sinks. 2) Upstairs King bedroom with pillow-top mattress, featuring blackout curtains, a large closet, and an attached full bathroom. 3) Upstairs Queen bedroom with pillow-top mattress, featuring an attached full bathroom, plus a closet, dresser, and side chair. * 2 Twin-sized sofas with sheets (kept in master BR closet) that may be used for sleeping 2 additional people if needed. * New Hot Tub! * BBQ Grill * 2 laundry rooms! * Fenced in yard, with back patio seating * Creek & trees behind the house * Large living room with a 60" Smart TV in living room * Gas fireplace controlled with a simple wall switch * Large dining room with chairs for 9 - additional seating can be found at the kitchen bar where there are 4 adjustable barstools. * Desk with comfy leather chair and computer screen, perfect for those that need to work while on getaway/staycation * Dog Friendly with a small fee. * 2 car garage available for guest use - feel free to use our 2 extra camp/fold-up chairs, located in the garage. There’s also an additional charcoal grill in the garage if needed. * Fully stocked kitchen featuring a brand new fridge, pantry, microwave (located in the pantry), coffee station, dishwasher, and all things needed to cook a giant meal * Fully stocked bathrooms * Extra sheets & pillows for every bed * Exclusive location next to (within walking distance of) the up and coming "Centennial Park at Millsap Mountain" - home of world-class mountain biking / cyclo-cross trails & future home to the 2022 Cyclo-Cross World Championships. * Fantastic location for those looking to spend a weekend flea marketing in a nearby town, Prairie Grove (10 min drive) - known for its dozens of unique flea markets Guest Access: Guest has access to the entire home. We happily stock all basic welcome amenities for your stay - provided are amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note: Trash/recycle day is Wednesday, so if you're staying overnight on a Tuesday we'd very much appreciate it if you take to the curb. Trash bins & 2 recycle bins are kept in the garage. Please contact us about details in regards to handicap accessibility. There is mowing scheduled for every Friday. This usually only lasts about 15 minutes, but if you have personal belongings or a dog in the backyard, please be aware. Thanks! Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. the house was great. They supply the shampoo, conditioner and soap. They also have some kitchen essentials like coffee and coffee pods. Only one bedroom has a tv. The house was really beautiful. Nice neighborhood. You cannot park in driveway only in the garage. I would for sure rent again.

WOW! This property is absolutely perfect! It's beautifully decorated, conveniently located, and has everything you could ever need for a short or longer stay. We were extremely comfortable and enjoyed being inside and outside on the back patio. Thank you for creating such a welcoming place to share with visitors!

Property was beautiful and exactly as described! The neighborhood basketball court and pool was a huge plus! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed and many extras. The hot tub was great after a long day of exploring as well. I will mention that the home was clean yet contained quite a bit of furniture dust which would have been ideal to be removed before guests arrived and many bags of trash were left in the garage for us to throw away. In addition, this home shares a driveway with the neighbor and they parked their vehicle in the driveway making it pretty difficult to get in and out of. Overall though a wonderful experience!

House was in a great location and neighborhood was safe. House was as described and when we needed anything someone was there promptly to assist (get fireplace going). The only downside is that some of the area rugs and the sofas were a bit tired and could use replacing.

Booked home for 6 adults (3 adult couples). Floor plan allowed for privacy in all the bedrooms / bath. Kitchen was very well equipped with tools, gadgets, and spices for home cooking. Home was very clean and well kept. Would stay there again.

The good: Location Nice grass backyard Easy check-in/ Check out Dog Friendly Comfortable living room chair Large kitchen area Well equipt kitchen Cozy The not so great: Smelled a little like dogs and stuffy upon entry BBQ cover was filthy back patio was not clean Master Shower floor and lower walls were not clean (extensive orange bacteria present) Couches were visably dirty Quite suprised at the quality (or lack there of) of the towels in the master bedroom downstairs Dirty garage floor

We were in town for the CX World Championships in Centennial Park, so it was very nice to be able to walk there. (Otherwise nothing within walking distance. )The house is huge, new, and well-equipped; in a quiet neighborhood. It was winter, so we weren't spending much time outside, but there was dog poop in the yard. Also, be prepared to get hit with fees (e.g., $50 early check in; $25 "handling fee" for any item left behind, etc.). These seemed a bit much given how much we paid for the house.

Wonderful location with lovely finishes. Quiet neighborhood. Garage parking. The queen bedroom does have a low shower (probably 5 feet) but other than that there are no complaints about this property. I will stay here again.
