Located in Rehoboth Beach, this charming condo for $512 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Two bedroom condo half a block from the beach. Excellent location - 5 blocks from Rehoboth avenue. Ocean view from deck and windows in main bedroom. Amenities as follows: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious living room with dining nook. Half bath on first floor. There is a full flight of steps to the second floor of the condo. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and direct access to full bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 full size beds and a twin trundle pullout. Alternatively, the main entrance area of the condo has a den and a full size sofa bed. This condo can sleep 6 people comfortably. The condo has two parking spots (front to back). High speed internet and 2 Smart TV’s included. Coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker are all in the unit. Basic cookware, dishes, and utensils provided. The condo is located on the second floor of the building (Mariners Court) and there is elevator access. Additional information: - Cleaning Fee: $150.00 per rental. - No Pets allowed per condo association rules, no exceptions. - Luggage trolley available for use. - Community pool (not heated) for use in season - Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. - Small front loading washer and dryer in condo. - High speed internet with 2 Smart TV's. Please note there is no cable service. You will need your own Roku, Firestick, or other streaming device to access cable tv. The TV's do have Amazon Prime, Hulu, Netflix, etc apps available with your own log in information. Please log out prior to leaving. - Small deck located off living room with 4 chairs and a table with umbrella. - Covered parking garage under condo building with room for 2 small cars or one oversized vehicle or SUV/truck. Clearance to garage entrance is 7 feet. No roof racks, trailers, boats, campers, RV's please. No EV charging available. - Bed and bath linens NOT provided, but available from local linen service for a fee. If you would like to rent linens, we recommend Grand Rental. Reserve linens ahead of time by calling 302-227-7368, or online at www.227rent.com - There are no beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, or beach towels provided. Please bring your own. Very pleasant and convenient condo. Exactly as advertised. Lots of space, stocked with the usual necessities of home. Very close to beach and Funland (yes, you can hear people yelling on rides from the deck, but didn’t disturb sleep of our 2.5 year old upstairs). Would recommend.

The property was great until the elevator stopped working. We had small children and strollers. Mild inconvenience -but property management didn’t seem concerned. Local is great and we would rent again.

Great location in a beautiful beach town! I stayed in the condo with my family of four and it was ample space for the week. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. You can see the beach from the condo. It’s walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our visit here! You can’t beat the location. We had access to the property pool and you are literally steps from the beach. It is two stories and the perfect size for our family of 4 plus grandma. It was clean and all instructions were outlined very well. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was so clean! It felt bigger than pictures looked. The location is great—especially with kids who can easily walk to the beach. The property manager was super responsive and helpful!we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay this past week. The apartment was clean and it had all the necessary amenities. My only suggestion for improvement would be that the bedrooms could use some room-darkening shades. We would have preferred not to have to wear sleep masks in order to sleep in on our vacation. Otherwise, great location, pool, and apartment!

This could not have been a more perfect location! Quick walk to the beach, boardwalk and funland. The pool was so nice and easy to get to. The house was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint is that the curtains didn’t shield any morning light which was a challenge for our baby who is used to a dark room. I wish there had been shades that could pull down. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Property was so close to the beach, easy to walk back and forth, perfect for our family. Parking in a garage was great as it kept our vehicle cool for when we went out. People were all friendly and quiet environment. Internet worked great, AC worked great. Property was clean for the most part. Carpet looks clean but when my kids ran around, they did end up with black feet (carpet could use a cleaning). Couch/beds were comfortable, some stains on couches so we used our blankets to sit on the couches. Unsure if the bedding is cleaned after each persons stay, when I pulled the comforters off, there was some hair on each of the beds. This is one of the downfalls, I would have liked to see clean mattress covers and comforters. There are NO bed linens so you do have to bring your own. There are no towels, you have to bring your own. Washer and dryer was great to have on sight, free of charge. There are no blinds on the windows which was another downfall. It was so bright in the rooms so my kids were up so early. I am not sure why there are no blinds and only sheer curtains. When we arrived, there were a few things broke. I would recommend the owners to go through every time and double check property. Board on the bunkbed was loose so I did not let my child use the top bunk. Main light in master room was broke. Fridge handle was broke. One of the dinning chairs were loose. Kitchen was set up great, with everything we needed. Bring your own toilet paper, as there was very little when we arrived so we had to go out right away to get some. Overall, we enjoyed, we just wish we knew exactly what we needed to bring before paying in full. Owners communication was great and quick. Would recommend the property.

The condo is exactly as pictured (and even closer to the beach than we thought!). Beds were super comfortable, lots of room for 4 people to spread out, great outdoor space, well equipped kitchen - even books and puzzles for us to use. Communication with the owner was prompt. We highly recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clean and well kept. Being withing walking distance of everything was a major plus. Our only suggestion would be to install blinds on the windows and sliding patio door. The sunrise is around 0530 and it was not a pleasant way to wake up while on vacation. During the night we felt exposed in the family room while watching TV. Other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a great time! This location is ideal for families. The proximity to the beach, funland, and having a pool is wonderful. Communication with Shawn was easy as well! The sleeping arrangements are great for families as well! My advice for families with young ones is to bring something the cover the windows with because is does not get super dark (excellent safety feature though!!). We would absolutely stay again.

We go to Rehoboth alot - this is a great place to stay - really close to the beach/boardwalk and all the restaurants and shops. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms and kitchen are updated as are all the beds. We'd definitely stay again!

The Wi-Fi did not work at all and there were only (2) other units occupied, so there was not a high demand for Wi-Fi. For (2) nights it was more expensive than the local nicer hotels which would have Wi-Fi and cable. I would not recommend this rental
