- The city of Bologna is easily accessible by public transport, the bus stop is located right next to the accommodation;
- Easy self check-in;
- Excellent communication with the host;
- Price/quality ratio
- There are very few buses to and from Bologna that does have AC thus during extremely hot weather it almost impossible to breath on a bus. This has nothing to do with accommodation but it is important to take into account while taking a bus.

Very clean with precise directions.
It is too far from bologna Centre for a short stay. I didnt find any towel to use and theonly toiletry was a hand soap.

It’s close to bus stops, bars, pizzeria etc and the room was super clean and comfortable.
It’s not really anything wrong with the property but it’s a bit out of town. But that’s reflected in the price and it was a short bus ride from the centre so not a problem.

because of the shared bathroom, it wasnt always clean but thats not on the property!
although the shower is a bit mouldy

Andrea was very helpful suggesting places to go to that were close to the rental. He was very attentive and responded immediately to any questions I had. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is well connected to the city center by public transport and it's close to the station. The room was clean and spacious, the neighborhood is quiet.

The owner is absolutely nice and helpful person.
Bathroom is ugly, not comfortalble, shower cabine very small and not very clean (the door), but the worse was "breakfast" - few junk food sweet snacks and small juice, nespresso cafe also avalible.
Window from the room opens for very noisy street, so it's constant noise in the room.
