WINE TOURS NOW AVAILABLE...paid separate! Our Helen townhome has recently been renovated with new countertops, wood floors that are grayish, and the outside deck areas have also been painted Gray. All staying within the Farmhouse decor. It is within walking distance of downtown With an easy walk going down the hill, but a little steep coming back up. You can float the river, eat some of the best Barvarian food, visit Wineries, Vineyards Breweries, or just simply relax on the back deck with a view of Mount Yonah, and a large side deck for grilling out and relaxing! Rules & policy must be read before booking. Steps in & outside the town home. Board games are available. No wheelchair access.

Cute cabin with everything you would need for your stay. Communication was great. Any questions that I had they where happy to answer.

We (myself and family) throughly enjoyed our stay and experience during our holiday getaway!
The host was incredibly communicative and offered plenty of suggestions and advice on local favorites.
The property was perfect for our group of five, and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything was walkable, however the incline of the hill could be challenging for anyone with injuries or health issues. We have a couple of knee issues in our group so we chose to drive down each day, but this was a totally acceptable choice that actually allowed us to do more shopping and easily transport our goodies back to the property. :-)
All in all we loved it - I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Helen. This property is in the perfect location for access to everything in the area!! we rode the mountain coaster, did a wine tour and round in and out of the shops! Sandy was readily accessible for any questions I had leading up to our stay, and had lots of great suggestions for dining out and activities. Fun weekend!!

My fiancee and my two friend stayed over the weekend for Oktoberfest. The place was perfect. Right next to the main street. It was nice, clean, comfy, and quiet. They did such a good job with their updates. Would definitely recommend.

It's was our first family bike ride. My wife and I. My mom and step dad. My oldest brother and his wife and my little brother. The house is extremely nice. The view is awesome and the lounging area outsise is really cool. It's cooler in person then the pictures on the website. The owner spoke with me prior to the trip and was extremely nice. I nothing to complain about as far as the house. However aside from the house. Getting to the house is a little nerve racking your going up a hill and around a very very sharp curve at the last second. I recommend googling the road just as a heads up. But this place really is amazing and we had a blast.

Highly recommend staying here. This was the perfect spot for old friends to gather and enjoy what Helen and the surrounding area has to offer. Our Hostess was very responsive (although we didn't need much). The house was very conveniently located, well equipped and well stocked. Great memories were made here!!

The house we stayed in was beautiful ! Very clean and extremely close to everything! This was our first experience with VRBO & I would definitely use it again. It was very easy to work with

We are frequent visitors to Helen but typically grab a last minute hotel. We have been fully relying on VRBO for our summer adventures and I planned ahead and found this adorable property for a very reasonable rate. The location couldnt have been more perfect as it is a 2 minute drive to the start of downtown Helen and the Georgia Mountain Coaster. This trip was for my husband's 48th birthday and this property was perfect for our trip. We even found an extra burner for our crab boil which saved us! we did get a visit from a bear so keep trash up! Sandy was so easy to talk to and get helpful info from. Last but not least---the beds were AMAZING! my biggest qualm with any vacation home is the beds and all of the beds in this house are awesome enough I would own them :) book with Sandy and enjoy Helen

This is a super clean and well maintained house that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. The owner was great at communicating with us. It's also very conveniently located to downtown Helen and has a wonderful view of the mountains from the deck. I will stay there again with no hesitation.

My family of 5, all adults stayed at the townhouse for Christmas, while the other 20 members of our family had a big house 11 mins away. It was the perfect spot to be our base camp. We were able to prepare our contributions to the holiday meals, and have a space to be ready for our day. It was decorated so nice for Christmas and so festive.
The accommodations were very comfortable with everything we needed.
Sandy was a generous host, calling several times before we arrived to make sure we were going to be ok with travel during winter storm Elliott. She was easily available and even called to share about an event happening on Christmas Eve with her favorite local musician.
We would definitely stay here again. And the view from the back deck needs to be enjoyed, so we must go back in better weather.

The proximity to all of the Christmas festivities in Helen and Cleveland was great for us. Check in was super easy and the owner was great. The house was decorated for Christmas, which was great too. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The condo was just perfect for us. The comfort level was top notch. We felt pampered and grateful! We actually looked forward to going back to the condo each day! We had some rainy downtime and made a movie marathon. It felt like home away from home. We were very pleased with the condo and the host.

House was really nice with appreciated amenities (coffee/nice kitchen, etc) & check in was a breeze. My only advise is that if anyone in your group has any mobility issues and you’re planning to walk to town, this may not be the house for you. House is up a very long & steep hill and as a person with knee & foot issues, I found it necessary to drive to one of the public parking lots in town. Overall, we had a wonderful time and appreciated the hospitality of the homeowner and the beautiful town of Helen.

We truly enjoyed the property and its location. However, while it is conveniently located, walking from it to the main road may not be considered safe. We chose to drive down and park at the bottom of the hill.

Overall it was a great stay, when booking it was a little frustrating trying to plan because the address and code to the front door were not released until the day of our trip. By that time, we were already en route to the VRBO and I had to pull over and spend time sending out the information to 5 different people. This could have been avoided if the information was given out sooner maybe a day in advance. Some of us were driving from 6 hours away and this made it difficult to get everyone on the same page because it was so last minute.

This location provided a great Helen experience. While close to Helen, it was isolated from the downtown hustle. The view from the back porch offered even more seclusion. The owner called to check on us prior to arrival, provided great check-in information, and responded to text messages. It is on our list of places to recommend and/or return to.
