ED Refnr. 2758753 Two modern, recently renovated (2015) and centrally located holiday apartments, each with a private terrace and a traditional stone grill on the shared sun terrace in the enclosed, green garden These two holiday apartments are in a quiet residential area near the blue Adriatic and the old town of the Mediterranean metropolis of Dubrovnik, a listed UNESCO world cultural heritage site, in the sunny south of Croatia. Here you can experience a holiday by the sea, with easy access to the sights and leisure facilities of the multifaceted harbour town. The apartments occupy the lower floor of a two-storey residential house from the year 1982. The owner occupies the upper floor. Both apartments were completely renovated just recently in 2015 and provide all the necessary modern amenities for a comfortable stay. They each have their own separate entrance, so privacy is ensured. Both apartments have a private terrace and access to the shared sun terrace behind the house, with a traditional stone grill for meals outdoors. If you arrive by car, despite the central location, you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house. It is only about 1.2km to the old town, about a 20-minute walk. It is about 800 metres to the nearest beach. It is 100 metres to the nearest shopping facilities and a bus stop with regular, direct connections into town and around the area. There are cafés and restaurants about 400 metres away. Children will enjoy the playground right near the house, about 50 metres away. The 60m² ground-floor apartment provides a light living and dining room with an integrated, open kitchen, two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The air-conditioned (cool/warm) living room has a comfortable sofa, a digital flatscreen TV with cable and satellite channels, and a dining table with four chairs. Next to it there is the light built-in kitchen with a gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm and the other with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed measuring 160 x 200cm. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A cot and a washing machine are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge. Although the owner on the upper floor is always mindful of your privacy, she is also happy to assist with any queries. Your pet is also welcome. The living room opens directly onto your private terrace with a table and cushioned chairs, ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees.
