This unit offers stylish furnishings, colorful artwork, and custom draperies. Unit B405 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All utensils, cookware, and tableware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large bar top table with seating. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, large TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a modern king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom also features a small nook with seating. Things to Know Beach service is included from March to October. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Waterscape is a great facility for the family. The pools and the lazy river in addition to the beach give the kids plenty to do to enjoy themselves.

Overall we enjoyed this condo. The view of the beach and ocean was absolutely beautiful!! It was the first thing I noticed walking into the condo!! The only complaints we had were there was not a remote to the main bedroom that controlled the tv. We had to share the remote from the living room. It was hard to find extra towels and the trash bags in the condo. Might be easier for people to know where everything is if there’s a paper stating where things and extras are located. Lastly being a first timer to this resort it was a bit difficult to navigate where exactly our condo was once pulling into the parking lot. We had to park and walk around the facility before knowing exactly where to park and go to get to our room. May have been easier coming while the front desk is open, but if you come later you’re on your own. Kind of hard to get there when the front desk is open though when you can’t check in till 4 and they close right at 5. Found out later on that we could have used the facilities and then checked into our room at 4, but we were already there when we found that out. Maybe send only one email/text with instructions instead of multiple.

We have stayed at quite a few Waterscape condos over the last 10 years. Each of them are furnished a little differently, but they are all usually nicely maintained and clean. This unit was exactly what we were looking for, with a view of the gulf from the balcony. Everything worked as it should, and I can’t think of a single thing they need to work on. Great stay, and our family loves the pools, lazy river, and beach chair/umbrellas. Will be back.

The room had a perfect view! It is perfectly situated to enjoy the balcony without a lot of noise. It is so comfortable and spacious. The pool area is one of our favorite spots to enjoy! It is perfect for kids of all ages. We definitely plan on visiting again soon!

The condo was furnished well. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well. The view was perfect! There was some water damage in the bathrooms to the trim. Lots of dust under the furniture. Under the bunk beds needed cleaned badly.

Waterscape was beautiful and we will absolutely be back. The condo was very spacious and had great views. It had everything we needed including a blender for daiquiris lol! The beds were so comfy we didn’t wan t to leave. All the furniture was clean and comfortable as well. There is a huge table that we loved sitting around for meals. The pools had plenty of grills for cooking and lots of available chairs. The beach was just a quick walk across the lazy river with complimentary chairs. We loved it here and can’t wait to come back to waterscape and ft.Walton beach!

We enjoyed our time here tremendously! The beach, pools and overall facility met our standards. The only thing that was disappointing was the internet service...we often were unable to connect to WiFi or we would get kicked off of WiFi and therefore downloading anything was very slow or didn’t work at all.
