Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill. House was very spacious and clean. Just small hiccups like power outage on one side of the house for 12 hours and water temperature where lukewarm at times. But all n all we enjoyed our stay!!!

The house was great. Very spacious, clean, and in a quiet location. We initially had issues with temperature regulation, but figured out that it was due to the automated schedule on the thermostats. The ice maker on the refrigerator doesn't produce a lot, so we purchased bags of ice and put them in the freezer drawer. The house does not come with face cloths, so keep that in mind. We knew that going in so it wasn't an issue. Trash pickup is early morning. Make sure all trash is in a trash bag or it will not be picked up. If you put it out at night, the raccoons will tear them open and the buzzrds will get to them next. These are minor issues. Don't let these sway you from this house. It's a great house.

BED BUGS! We found bed bugs our first night. We called to report them. We were told someone would check it out, and they would call back to provide an update. We were not home during this time. Despite their committment to call us, we had to call them later in the day. We were told the house was treated. No other details were provided. We asked if it was safe to return to the home, if we needed to close off any of the rooms, if we needed to take any additional precautions for all of our items that were in the home. All we were told was it had been treated and we could go back in the house. At that point, we directly asked if we could be moved. They didn't answer the question. During our stay, our family did countless loads of laundry to ensure we didn't bring any bugs home with us. Upon returning home, we rewashed everything. This added significant stress to our trip, and the communication (or lack thereof) was more than disappointing. I emailed the company when we returned home to express my disappointment with finding the bugs and their lack of communication. They offered $100 as a way to 'make it right.' Considering the cleaning deposit was more than 3x that (and the home was not clean), this offered reimbursement was insulting.
We also found a cockroach in the game room, and the main gaming machine did not work and the pool table is wobbly.
I do not recommend any propoerty operated by Executive Villas Florida.

The house was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. We felt safe and everyone said they slept well since the beds were clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s family oriented book this house. You really don’t need to leave the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Due to our flights we was never able to to stay. It was our family frist time traveling to Florida. You guys never informed us about getting the insurance to
Secure our money. We got the insurance for incidentals. I do think that we was not informed fully. I don’t think we will be recommending your site to any of our family or friends.

This was property was as described. You do need to be prepared to run to target to get all necessary things. Toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning materials for kitchen, paper towels, hand soap, laundry supplies ect. This was disclosed ahead of time. What I was NOT prepared to buy was wash cloths (house only has towels), and bath mats for the slippery floors after a shower.
In the game room only some of the games worked, didnt really effect our stay but should be noted.
On a side note, there is a local racoon that ate our trash almost daily(9 days in a row), and scared me to death a couple times in the dark lol.
Otherwise this was a great house with plenty of room for everyone! Would rent again!

1.hot tub never got warm
2.in the pictures posted it shows that there are gaming consoles as well as some toys in the upstairs living room that were not present on check in which was disappointing because we had 4 children. arcade game didnt work

the sun was all day on the sundeck, the pool was very good and to be relaxing with all the wild life surrounding you, alligators, deer´s, bird life was exceptional.
only down advantage was the drive was a bit long just to get out of the neighborhood about 10 min but that does´nt have to be depending on how you look at it. area was calm.
the house the rooms and the kitchen had a very nice setup.

Check in process was simple, we had to check in early due to family arriving earlier than planned and had no problems with that. Walking distance to the shopping plaza. I have already giving booking info to my in laws. I would definitely use again.

I picked this house mainly because of the game room. There were 6 people in their 20s and 3 teenagers on this trip. All looking forward to gaming . Not one game was working or working properly. After the work order was put in the service man did come. He did get the tvs working so they could hook up their play stations and was able to fix hockey and pool table(sticks). Arcade game was out needs to be replaced and Foose ball table needed additional parts(it still didn't work properly). We only had a couple of days to enjoy the gameroom somewhat. We enjoyed the rest of the house it was beautiful. Pool was dirty when we first arrived. We cleaned it out with the net and enjoyed the pool.
