Located in Rehoboth Beach, this lovely condo for $215 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ***There are 21 steps from ground level to 2nd floor. Ideal for for a small family ( maximum a couple and a minor). Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood,but close to beach(1.6Miles) ,outlets(1/3Mile) .Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile, local farmers market (temporary closed)with cookies and ice cream just across from our neighborhood .Hiking/biking trail is a block away. * Please note, linens (including sheets, bath and beach towels) will not be included. There WILL be pillows and comforters on each bed. * We provide dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags ,paper towels and toilet paper You control your own AC, ceiling fans, washer and dryer in unit , full kitchen with microwave ,Keurig, toaster and large refrigerator. Check in 4PM ; Check out 10:30 We prefer to rent Sunday to Sunday if you choose weekly rental.. We are owners live on first floor. The basement is also 1 bedroom suite without kitchen for Summer rental only and both rental units share the same walkway . .

My spouse and I booked this property for a winter birding getaway. Property was very clean, accurately described and all appliances were fully functional. Location was residential and ver quiet. It was close to our excursion sites of Indian River Inlet, Gordon's Pond and Cape Henlopen Park. Rates were very economical. A very good property for couples who wish a quieter atmosphere and better value than a Rte. 1 motel

My husband and I were on a birding trip and this place was mostly perfect for us. The host was great about our Wed to Tues stay, even making a last minute adjustment. I know in beach towns Sun to Sat stays are the norm. Location was both quiet for us to sleep and no one else for us to disturb when we left at 6:30am each morning. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus. And insect repellent by the outside door was a knife-saver! Two cautions - lots of steps to the apartment so might not be good for everyone. And bathtub was slippery and there are no handrails. Our only complaint/dislike was the extremely uncomfortable chairs in front of the TV. Really nice smart TV with cable, but sitting there for any length of time was impossible. We were too tired to watch much anyway, but if we were stuck inside on a rainy day... But again, overall a good value for the money and we would recommend and stay again.

Spacious, clean, close to everything including beach, economical. Will definitely rebook next year. Minor thing was the bathroom didn’t vent well, but in the end it was overall a five star place.

Very clean with everything we needed. Coffee and creamer, shampoo and shower wash, even a hair dryer. We were going to a wedding and Quang also lent us an iron and board. We also borrowed bikes for the trail to Lewes. This was a beautiful bike ride. Thank you so much.

Our first impression when we pulled into the driveway was how beautifully maintained the property was. Parking and entryway was convenient. The living space was neat, clean and immediately comfortable. Every room was large and exceeded our expectations. The appliances were spotless and worked flawlessly. The bed was very comfortable. We would not hesitate to rent this property again and feel fortunate to have found such comfortable accommodations!

Stayed here while coaching at the Sports at the Beach Tournament in Georgetown DE. Place was great; it fit all of my needs. The futon was a little small, but there was an aerobed airmattress in the closet that sufficed.

They need to have a comment in their listing that there are quite a few stairs to climb. We are both disabled and it was terribly difficult to go up and down. However I will say they were very gracious and carried our things up and down the stairs for us. I highly recommend this rentsl

the apartment was very clean. owner gave us privacy but responded to an issue we had very promptly and had it resolved in minutes. the queen bed was incredibly comfortable. we didn't use the futon so i can't speak to that but it doesn't seem like it would be comfortable for an adult. the neighborhood was cute and very quiet but still close to everything. would definitely stay here again.

the one bedroom apt was perfect for us- easy drive to beach without having to venture onto US 1 Apt had fully stocked kitchen- good wifi, big screen tv- and was clean--21 steps up and we did fine-we are in our 70s but might be of concern to very elderly- but perfect place to relax in rehoboth beach- yes we would return again

My stay here was so pleasant, I wish I could keep it a secret so I could go back any time I want. It's the perfect, private space for one (like me) or two who want a quiet, restful getaway close enough to the beaches but blissfully away from the crowds. Bring your bikes for easy trips into Rehoboth or Lewes, or make this a great landing spot for side trips anywhere in southern Delmarva. Just marvelous!

Nice quiet place, great for a holiday get-a-way for my wife and I. Located in a quiet neighborhood not far from the outlet malls but what we really liked was being able to walk to both the Junction and Breakwater trail and over to Revelation Craft Brewery.

We enjoyed our stay at Quang’s comfortable and spacious beach house. It was private, clean, close to the Junction and Breakwater trail as advertised, and we felt very much at home here. We just finished camping at Cape Henlopen, and were glad to find such a nice place to stay in order to extend our time in the area.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to get away. We brought our bikes along, and didn't drive the car the entire stay. We were able to store the bikes in the garage overnight, which was great. The Junction and Breakwater Trail is super close to the property, which made it easy to get the to beach and restaurants. Communication with the host was easy and he seemed to always be available. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our three night stay. The location was perfect to get in to town and the beach and right next to the bike trails and outlets. The property was very clean. We appreciated the large TV and the washer and dryer. I only have one suggestion for future travelers. If you are planning on using the futon as a second bed, I would suggest bringing an air mattress instead. The futon is great to sit on, but when folded down it is not the most comfortable to sleep on. The apartment is very spacious, so there is room for an air mattress.

Nice clean apartment with easy access to Rehoboth, Lewes and surrounding area. Bring your bikes - easy trail access just up the road. No "bells and whistles" here, but still a great getaway. Need some comfortable seating in the living room and some more kitchen supplies, but this property is a nice find at a great price. Super quiet neighborhood allows for a wonderful night's sleep too. This property is in a perfect location, nice quiet neighborhood just as it was listed. The stairway description is totally accurate. We got our cardio workout at least 3 times a day while we were there. Its within walking/biking distance to the beach, via the trail. The outlets are within 3 blocks of the property. Easy access to Route 1 also. Quang let us know that he was available anytime for any need that may have arisen during our stay. Our privacy was totally respected.
