Nestled in the residential area of Northern Pacific and Juniper Avenue, this PET FRIENDLY home offers seashore relaxation while still in fantastic proximity to Goodnight Irene's and Wildwood’s entertainment district. Located two and a half blocks from the Beaches and Boardwalk, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom second floor unit must be experienced in person to truly be appreciated. Each improvement has been installed with the Families trip to the Beach in mind and updates are consistent. If you need more space, be sure to tour the first floor using VRBO ID Number: 9462012. The property owner(s) provide 2 parking permits for metered spaces out front on Pacific Ave. The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Please ensure TRASH and RECYCLING are taken out during your stay. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 Trash Fee. VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final. Fee Break Down: (These items are included in your quote) Base Rent + The Following: - $75 Processing Fee - $75 Accidental Damage Insurance - $250 Pet Cleaning Fee (For Reservation with Dogs) - $150 Amenities Fee - 3% Credit Card Convenience Fee (Removable with payment via check) *Cleaning fees applied to reservations less than a full week*

It started out rough but ended decent. Some upgrades could be used in the unit especially one or two more tv's. Several areas in the unit were not cleaned well. I dropped something under the bed and was appalled with the amount of dirt and dust under the bed. The fridge needs to be replaced as it was dirty and had broken shelves. However the unit was in a good location.

Great location near the boardwalk. We appreciat that grocery and liquor was near. it wasn't super clean. chewing gum on the floor of the children's room, dirt on the fridge door and lots of trash under the beds and furniture.The master bedroom mattress was too hard and one of the double mattresses in the second bedroom was saggy. The oven was broken 10 days out of 14 days, we would have liked to have been notified before our arrival, because we had brought several meals that had to be reheated in the oven. However the communication with the people of the agency was perfect and very polite.

Family of 5 with Grandmother stayed in the 2nd floor apartment. Upon arrival the place was clean and all towels, and linens were available in the bin as mentioned. We were missing one of the bunk bed linens, but the cleaning company quickly brought it over. The apartment is close to the wildwood beach / boardwalk about 3 blocks away. A very easy 8 minute walk. The communication was good as well. We just wished we had access to the downstairs as mentioned on the ad, but it wasn't available to us as the party downstairs took over the entire space. Be mindful that it may not be available during your stay depending on who's in the bottom floor.
Overall, a great location, and we will definitely return!

We needed a pet friendly rental, and found this condo. It is 2 and a half blocks to the beach/boardwalk, with plenty of room for our family of 4 adults, a toddler and a small dog. It’s across the street from a dog park, which was very convenient. The only challenge that we faced was parking. There are meters on Pacific ave and free street parking on Juniper, if you could find it. We had use of a shed in the yard for our beach chairs and tents. All in all a great vacation spot.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Everything was as described and the hospitality app had all the answers to our questions. Love the location as there is a park directly across the side street for our dog to use and a pet friendly bar/restaurant right across the street with live entertainment. The house had everything we needed and we already want to plan another trip back.

We use to travel to Wildwood many years ago n shyed away from coming back due to that we had a terrible experience!! We found this place now n we're staying more weeks then before. Never an issue with are stay n management is easy to get along with. Would recommend them to everyone n they won are hearts back n were committed to always coming back each n every year!

The condo is as advertised. One thing to be aware of is that it is right across from a bar, which is VERY loud at night until 3am on the weekends. It also could have been cleaned better, nothing terrible, but during a pandemic you expect more (things were dusty, still glass marks on tables—things like that). All in all, I would stay again. It was a reasonable walk to the beach, we were able to find free parking close by for our extra car, we enjoyed the deck and back patio area, dog park right across the street was convenient, and even though it was loud, we liked having easy access to Good Night Irene’s.

Good condo
The condo is as advertised. One thing to be aware of is that it is right across from a bar, which is VERY loud at night until 3am on the weekends. Home away from home
The whole family had a great time, the boys really enjoy there stay! Unfortunately for our 10 year old he was sick due to his appendix n they ruptured. He had to get emergency surgery.. The place was very nice, clean n a good location from the beach. The owners were really nice when a problem arose n took care of the situation promptly. We can't wait to stay next time n it for sure will be longer. Thanks again for making us feel like a home away from home. God bless n stay healthy.
