Located in Round Hill Village, this charming condo for $501 per night is a great option for your next break. Permit No.: DSTR0990P Occupancy Rules: *Min age to rent any property is 25. *Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines. *You are only allowed 8 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have. *Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood. * Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin. **Parking: 4 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house. *Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow. This 4 bedroom condo is great for a family vacation. Close to town, access to the Lake Village shared pool and hot tub area, walking trails in the forest are right out the front door. The view from the deck is of the forest and is very relaxing. There is a 2 car garage and parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Very close to town, beaches, restaurants, shopping and more. The kitchen and living room are open floor plan, there is a deck off the kitchen with amazing views of the forest. This is a 3 story home with the kitchen and living room on the top floor. There is a new foosball game in the kitchen living room area. The bedroom 1 to 3 are on the level below the kitchen. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a cal king, a full private bathroom and a TV. Bedroom 2 has 2 twins and a tv. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The bottom floor has bedroom 4 with a queen bed, TV and full private bathroom. This house does not have AC. There is no BBQ.

Lots of space, games, and kitchen equipment. Fast wifi as well. It was the perfect spot and a short 10 min drive in town to ski. Initially thought the hot tub was on the balcony, but it is a community hot tub. Only cons: the wii did not work & fridge filter needed to be replaced. Overall an amazing stay!

Everything was perfect. The only issue we had since we had a little ones was the stairs but we managed to find a gate for it. Clean and cozy.

Overall good house, but they have a lot to improve! The house has lots of stairs which was not super clear on the description. If you have a child or an elderly person traveling with you be aware of that. The house had lots of big black spiders thats freaked out my kids. There was a strange messy loft over the kitchen which we thought someone is living there. Check out at 10 was a little bit too early and they were not flexible.The dryer and the grill were broken. I did mention everything to the property manager over the phone and all I heard was thank you for your feedback. I have to be honest the house was in a good quiet neighborhood and very close to Heavenly.

Enjoyed our stay. Only a few mishaps. Didn’t have the address to start with so was confused. Dryer at the house did not work. Overall was a very nice property. Enjoyed the foosball table and all the games and magazines. Great location, in the central area of all activities. Thank you for responding every time we called immediately. Very much appreciated.

The negatives:
1. This DOES NOT sleep 10. There are beds, linens (sheets and towels) for 8. The sign by the front door even states the townhouse has a maximum capacity of 10 but only sleeps 8. We had to sleep 2 on the floor. Management said they would bring linens over but never did.
2. There needs to be a lot more attention to the details in cleaning
- counters and baths were wiped down well but the master floors (carpet and linoleum) were not. It was like they used a broken vacuum and just vac'd the main part, but didn't move anything or get the edges.
-The bathroom mats in the master bath need replaced with mats that can be washed and aren't shredding apart. They were gross- needed wear slippers straight out of the shower (which doesn't drain well).
- cobwebs (big dark one behind door in basement bathroom), some small rodent droppings.
-inside the master closet needs vacuumed and gone through.
- The loft is a mess with storage and dust
- The washer was moldy and smelled up the basement and the dryer didn't work
- Wipe the inside of the kitchen drawers and clean the cabinet and vent above the stove (oily residue that hasn't been cleaned)
This place has great potential but needs attention!

The place is fantastic. Two rooms with private bathrooms. One room with double beds. That setting fits our group of 10 nicely. Very spacious place. The living room and kitchen and dining area nicely upgraded. Lots of pots and pans and plates and bowls. We cooked all our breakfasts and dinners and often 3-4 chefs were in the kitchen at the same time with no problems. This place is only 10 minutes drive from Heavenly. Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our refrigerator broke, and our food spoiled that we bought for the family. We lost all of our food. Which was a major inconvenience. I ended up spending double for eating out.

It was a bachelorette weekend. We had 5 girls and we stayed two nights. Location is great, the doors were a little wonky. The house did make a lot of noises (sounded like there was someone on the roof) frequently. It was roomy and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views were great. The toilets didn’t flush very well. But overall it severed its purpose.

Plenty of room for our adult group of 8. This was close to South lake Tahoe with great little neighborhood hikes as well. Home was quiet, in a nice neighborhood.
We could have used more kitchen linens and bath towels, but that's all that we found short on.
We hope to rent this home again in the future.

We arrived to ants all over the kitchen and living room, but the host quickly sent someone over to take care of it which we appreciated! It wasn’t an issue the rest of the weekend. The back patio was not in usable condition and the screen door was completely off the track. Kitchen could be stocked better and didn’t have some basic items (foil, plastic wrap, etc). Carpets need a good clean as the edges were very dusty. Some room for improvement but a good stay overall!

Based on previous STR experiences, the quality of the home was well below average. Broken or on the verge of broken items like chairs, tables, lamps, appliances(microwave) and unclean oven left us in disbelief. The stairs were covered with snow, access to the front door was pretty much unavailable, the balconies weren’t cleared of snow and not useable! We got snow overnight and the street was not plowed by 8am which resulted in the need to call a taxi with 4wheel drive. Light bulbs were out completely or had mixed colors. Overall cleanliness was well below average! And lastly, the amount of stairs should be well known, we had one person that was extremely challenged due to the amount of stairs and steepness. I would not stay again!

We had to move houses because the water pipe broke in the garage and they had to turn off the main water . Many maintenance issues with the house, Broken chair, cupboards, water shower head. The bath mats and oven were very dirty . Beware there are three flight of stairs to get to the kitchen from the garage .

Nice spacious rental close to Heavenly, restaurants, casinos. A bit dated of a place with lots of carpeting, but overall a clean home & the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cooking tools, pots/pans, etc. Beds were comfortable, everything worked. It is in a hilly location, so be sure to have snow tires or chains, which were needed to get into/out of Tahoe at this time anyway. The home is just outside of town and easy to find. Everything was exactly as communicated in the contract agreement, which gave easy directions. Clear and timely communication. As other reviewers have mentioned, there are lots of stairs and levels, but it was completely fine for our family (teenagers, parents, uncle). We enjoyed the movies and games provided, too.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house! The view of the snow falling by the windows was so amazing!! The kitchen is so nice and all white and it has everything we need!! The rooms were spacious and and comfortables. I liked they provided everything we need (towels, trash bags and all we need in a normal house). We stayed most of the time at the top of the house, and I think the only thing it needs to be replaced is the dining table!! But loved the house was the last one at the village so we walked and played with kids outside!! We also enjoyed the many stairs of the house, it was fun going up and down. The football table was fun!! I loved the view from every window of the house.!! My room had a forest view and I was impressed to see the pine trees !! We also used the grill on the balcony and it was so nice the experience!! I would love to came back again to this beautiful house!!

I loved this house! The view was so amazing during our stay, watching the snow falling by all the windows in this tall and cozy place. It was clean, the kitchen was so beautiful remodeled and it has everything we need. The room were spacious. The top of the house was the most atractive part of the house. Is the last house of the village so all the side was plenty of snow to walk and play with kids. We all really enjoyed the stay here. The only thing it needs to be replaced is the dining table, cause it looks a little used and old. Clean towels and all we need to stay comfortable. We brought some wine glasses but I didn’t know they also have some at the kitchen!! I wish I would come back soon!!!

We loved the place, location, neighborhood, amenities, and check-in process. However with being charge high enough for cleaning, didnt expect to be asked to take the trash outside. bagging them yes, put them all in the bin yes, but not removing every trash including bathrooms from he property.
Overall, nice and cozy house, close to heavenly and for sure recommended.

The kitchen and lower-level bed/bath were recently upgraded and were decent, but the three main bedrooms and baths are in need of remodeling/updating. The carpet is very dirty and worn. The bedding (sheets, bedspreads) seemed to be clean but were worn and really need to be replaced. Overall, the property is in need of general repairs (screens missing, electrical outlets are loose and plugs don't stay in outlet, hooks in bathroom hanging out from drywall, washer smells very moldy and the whole place has a very dingy feel). The temps were extremely high, and the upper/middle levels were uncomfortably hot too.

Rental could use a good cleaning. Vents and bedroom fan were dirty. Crumbs and beer bottle cap under the coffee table. The loft area needs a good vacuuming. Coffee pot needs to be replaced. Make sure you pour coffee over the sink as the pot leaks. Amenities, bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfy.

Overall our stay was excellent. I would suggest installing ceiling fans in the living room and all the bedrooms. On warm days when the air flow is light. It’s warm inside. There were a few maintenance issues that should be addressed like the tan ottoman loose, cleaning the barbecue, and a Beach umbrella was broken when we try to use it. The location is great and close to the beach and casinos!

I really enjoyed our stay at this property, it was the perfect layout and number of rooms. The only issue was that it was hot, not having the A/C meant it took a while to cool down at night. Also, there were a lot of stairs, I did not mind them but my mother did not like having to go up and down all of the stairs.

There were a few items of concern that need to be addressed 1) The screen door off of the kitchen keeps coming off track, several times I had to reinstall it and a couple of times it came completely off and we had to catch it before it hit the person sitting in the chair right outside on the balcony. 2) The dish washer has not been secured to the counter. When I loaded the dishwasher and pulled out the top rack, the entire dishwasher tilted forward. If it wasn't for the counter top, it would have toppled completely over on its face. 3) The outlets in the first bedroom on the left will not support anything plugged into them, whatever is plugged in falls completely out of the outlet. Its as if there is just retangled holes in the walls. 4) In the master bathroom the towel rack is missing by the toilet,although the rack mounting brackets are there, the towel rack is not, which required us to use the closet to hang the towels. 5) The faucet in the master tub needs to be tightened, if someone is not careful it is bound to come off in their hand. 6) The toilet seat in master bath was loose. 7) Did not have garage door code. It would have been nice to not have to go inside upstairs, then downstairs to the garage to open and close the garage door.
