About this house rental
Nestled in Round Hill Village, this attractive house for $436 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Our 3-story townhouse is located at the quiet scenic Lake Village Community right off Hwy 50 (Lake Tahoe Blvd.) The studio unit on the first floor with its own entrance is reserved for the owners' personal use, and a separate stairway leads to the main house. Our house is spacious, nicely decorated, has high ceilings and is fully furnished. All bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry area are located on the 2nd floor, and living, dining and kitchen with adjacent family room are located on the 3rd floor. Cable TV, high speed WiFi and domestic phone service are complimentary. Our house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Max allowed occupancy is 8 guests (absolutely no exceptions). Master bedroom has a Cal King bedroom set, walk in closet, flat screen smart 42” HD TV and a bathroom with his and hers dual sinks. There is plenty of room for “Pack ‘n Play” should you decide to bring your little one. Pack 'n Play with mattress and changing pad are provided upon request. Guest Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen-size beds. Guest bedroom 2 also has a 40" Roku TV. Dining Room table can comfortably accommodate all guests, and kitchen breakfast island counter can sit up to 4 guests. High chair and booster are provided upon request. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities such as large and small modern appliances including dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Kitchen is also equipped with silverware, pots, pans, spices, oil, etc. - everything you need to make your perfect dish. Kitchen and dining areas have ceiling fans. Living Room has a queen-size couch, queen-size sofa bed and a flat screen smart 55” HD TV. ***Please note that the FIREPLACE IS FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY.*** Our guests are welcome to enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, BBQ grills (reservation is required) and a game of pool or ping pong at the club house. There is also a playground for the little ones. Recreation area use is limited to six (6) persons per unit. Swimming pool is open every day 10am to 8 pm, mid-May through mid-October, weather permitting. Hot tub and sauna are open 10am to 8 pm year-around. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles only - 1 assigned space and 1 unassigned first come/first serve space at the same parking lot - guests will need to display on a dashboard a Douglas County parking permit and Lake Village parking permit - detailed instructions on how to obtain both will be provided before check in. Smoking is not permitted on, in or around our property/premise and strictly enforced. Fines will be imposed by HOA, Tahoe Fire, and/or owner and will result in a loss of deposit. Minimum age to rent is 25 years, and a copy of the Driver's License is to be provided to the owner once the reservation is accepted. Check-in time is 4:00PM local time Check-out time is at 11:00AM local time unless agreed upon otherwise prior to arrival We have quiet hours between 9pm and 8am which are strictly enforced by the Douglas County - there are no exceptions to this rule. Fines will be imposed for any violations directly to the traveling guest. We are a safe, private, residential community with no tolerance for breaking our rules. Please be kind and mindful to the neighbors and community that surround you. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, RECEPTIONS, WEDDINGS, BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR, BIRTHDAY PARTIES OR ANY EVENT THAT COULD BE CONSTRUED AS PARTYING TYPE EVENT. All trash must be bagged and placed in bear safe can located just outside of home Guests must adhere to all departure instructions and rules sent via email to you. Please clean up and leave our space tidy when you depart and please double check departure instructions. Thank you! No boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, RVs, or vehicles over 21’ in length are permitted in Lake Village. The townhouse was okay. It was comfortable and the location to the Nevada entrance of Heavenly was great. For the price, I prefer the five bedroom house I rented in Tahoma across the lake. What was promised in the description of the place was a walkway cleared of snow. What we got was twenty feet of hardened, slick snow on the walkway and a parking lot, with a gradual slope, iced over. All the roads and parking lots in the area were cleared of snow and ice except this one. Since we had an assigned parking space we weren't allowed to park in a safe space, (HOA rules). My wife got here two wheel drive car stuck on this parking lot twice. Three of us slipped and fell in this parking lot. I'm just glad we didn't end up with any bodily injury or this might have a different ending. I won't be staying here again.

This place was perfect for my family and I. Quiet, close to snow resorts, and casinos. Lots of food options near by. I would recommend this place and will stay here again.

Elina was a great host! Nice property, well equipped, close to Heavenly without being caught in the mobs. Elina was quick to answer all our questions and gave us great tips on navigating ski resorts. Wish we could’ve used hot tub more but that was limited due to COVID. Would recommend!

Convenient location
The property is in a convenient location close to major attractions such as Zephyr Cove, Stateline, Heavenly, Lake Village. The property is clean with the kitchen and living area upstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The condo is located in Lake Village and it has several amenities such as a community pool, hot tub, playground, rec-room but the pool and hot tub were closed due to COVID-19.
I removed a star because we are a first responder family so we had to cut our trip short by one day/evening because my husband had to return to the fire station. The owner did not refund the one night we did not stay in the property even though we notified her once we received the phone call for him to return to work. Please note that we adhered to the check-out instructions and checked-out by 7 am. Other than this issue, the property was sufficient for our needs.

Great Stay/Location
We really enjoyed our stay. This property had everything we needed and was as advertised. The location was perfect for our day trips and a nice sanctuary to come back to in the evening to relax and enjoy our family. We were welcomed with a nice snack basket upon our arrival, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel.

Excellent home for skiing!
A few friends wanted a quick weekend getaway to ski at Heavenly. Location was perfect, less than 10 mins away from Stagecoach and Boulder lodges ag Heavenly (WAY less crowded then CA side lodges). The home was very clean and the homeowners were very communicative and responsive. Overall we had an amazing time and would stay here again. Thanks for having us!

kitchen upstairs when thermostat was in heat mode at any temperature

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome. It’s close to everything you would want while staying in Tahoe. Heavenly is a great place to ski the views are amazing. The only thing I would say is if your going to use the pull out bed bring some blankets. I would stay here again.

Beautifully decorated townhouse
Our family of four really enjoyed this property and it’s amenities. The house was beautifully decorated with 3 nice bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bonus for washer and dryer in lower level. The upstairs open concept living room had plenty of seating and cable tv was a plus. Small outdoor balcony looked into the woods and parking area. A short walk led to a beautiful sunset view of the lake. The pool and hot tub was a great perk and it was very close to two beaches - Nevada and Round Hill. Also close to Safeway and Stateline. Only drawbacks were lots of stairs (including bridge) to carry bags up, and no beach chairs or beach towels (but we brought them just in case). I would definitely stay here again, owner was easy to deal with.

Great Place, clean and spacious family room and kitchen
Lovely home, we enjoyed our stay at your home. Kitchen had all the pots and pans needed. House was clean and comfortable.
The only small comment would be that most of the VRBO homes we have stayed at also provided the standard body wash and shampoo, not a big deal since I brought just in case but the other family did not and we needed to make a trip out to the local Walgreens. Again, not a big deal.
Overall, the home is great, family room is right off the kitchen so was great to be able to have room for all to sit and chat while prepping meals.

We are a family of 4 and the space was great. The kitchen was very well equipped, mostly new appliances. The kids really liked the woodland setting and there were walks right out of the front door into the forest. It was a little difficult to get the luggage over the small wooden bridge and up the stairs but not a big deal. The walk to the pool is downhill but uphill on the way back and took awhile with the kids. Overall, we had a great time.

Condo was very hard to find in the dark but once we did we were delighted to see such a wonderful “home” for our weekend! Owners are very helpful and available with anything we needed. We will definitely stay here when we visit Tahoe again. 👍🏻

We had a great time staying here, clean and very comfy for our group of 8. Comfortable beds and everything you needed in the kitchen and baths. The clubhouse and guest amenities were very good as well, would definitely recommend and stay again.

We visited this place recently for Christmas, the location is so close to the Heavenly Ski resort, only 1.5 miles away. The whole house is very neat, well maintained, beds are comfy. We were surprised by the great quality and what we saw are better than what pictures here show. Well worth the money!

An excellent stay, excellent owner, excellent property
This is the best property experience I have had in Tahoe. I really have nothing bad to say about this lovely property. The furnishings throughout are up to date. Everything works well. Elina is very responsive and provides thorough check in and check out instructions. The HOA staff is pleasant and helpful and it was very nice to have access to the pool, BBQ's and other facilities. Some items are not provided, but these are mostly outlined in the instructions, so it not a surprise. Bring your own shower soap, shampoo, kleenex, lotion--some paper goods provided which would last a few days. The kitchen is FAR better stocked than most, but is missing measuring cups, a good cutting board, and a good spatula for flipping burgers or pancakes, so bring those to be safe. This is the first property I will check when renting again in Tahoe.
