Gather for movie nights on the 40-inch TV or challenge the family to a foosball tournament. The open kitchen has plenty of countertop space to prepare home-cooked meals. When dinnertime rolls around, there's room for the whole family to dine together at two tables with six chairs each. Sleep comfortably in three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a TV. The primary bedroom includes a gas fireplace with beautiful stonework and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity. Additional amenities include free WiFi and a washer/dryer. This three-story Lake Village townhome is located near Stateline and Zephyr Cove. Drive just a few minutes to Nevada Beach, casinos, shopping, and dining. Things to Know The vertical ladder is not for children under five. This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. We enjoyed our stay at the house. The property manager was responsive when needed. I would say that my only feedback is that, for a house that sleeps 10, the fridge is extremely small. If you plan to cook a lot at the house, there is limited space in the fridge for storage, you will be making trips to the store more often. It was nice that they offer the community pool but they were so strict my kids did not want to go back after the first swim. They only allow a maximum of 6 people, when there was 8 of us. Once in the pool, there are no balls, no floaties and no games allowed in the pool. My kids said, "there is no fun allowed". This again is not at the fault of the homeowner as its the rules of their community, but it seemed to be a bit much!

ALOT OF STAIRS!!!!! Very spacious but there is a lot of stairs. Bring your own towels! Club house is nice place to hangout out for adults and Kids.

This property has a lot of stairs and a lot of rules from the HOA. Rules aside, it's a nice place to stay.

The property, rooms and amenities were nice. For the price, there were many areas needing attention. Many doors & windows did not slide easily or close at all. The kitchen area needs work most notably the pots & pans were dirty/greasy and some broken. The gas barbecue grill was bent and very dirty - we bought our own grill. The kitchen light cover was cracked. There was dirty laundry left with the washer & dryer so not usable. The cigarette butt holders were filled. We rated the stay 7 out of 10 - not bad but very pricey for the conditions encountered.
