This unit is on the 1st living floor and so close to the water, the sound of the waves will put you to sleep at night. No waiting for the elevator, as direct flight of stairs is right by the condo entrance. The Seagate Condominiums are directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the beach-front community of Indian Shores, located south of Clearwater Beach and north of St. Pete Beach. It offers the beauty of beach living with the convenience of being located less than 90 minutes away from the major Florida attractions. This 3 bedroom/2 bath condominium offers amazing views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony that is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. Stunning features and furnishings. Master Bedroom has King Size bed, walk-in closet with lots of storage, writing desk/vanity, and full bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has two queen sized beds, a bunk bed with additional trundle (to sleep 3), and attached full bath with double vanity. The private third bedroom has a new queen bed. All bedrooms have cable tv, alarm clocks, laundry bags, & luggage racks. Luxury kitchen with stainless appliances and granite. Blender, toaster, all dishes and utensils/tools provided. There is a wine and coffee bar with a pantry cabinet for all your food and beverage needs. The living room seats large groups comfortably and has a custom built tv unit (dvd player available) with electric color-changing fireplace. Fireplace can be used with or without producing heat for cozy evenings. Games are provided in storage ottoman. The spacious gulf front balcony directly overlooks the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico and is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. It is the perfect spot for your morning coffee and evening cocktails and for watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two assigned parking spaces with one under cover, high speed internet, baby pack ‘n play, box fans, heated pool, washer & dryer, outdoor grills & picnic tables, volleyball net, & beach chairs/toys available for your use.

Beautifully decorated and so well stocked. Everything you will ever need is provided. The beach is beautiful and the pool was refreshing and not very crowded. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

Loved the views of the ocean and the access to the beach. Matt and Brandi were excellent hosts. They responded to all my questions promptly and were so welcoming. This is a great place to stay with multiple people who are looking to enjoy the beach.

Usually stay in Indian Rocks which is closer to some restaurants etc. However we really enjoyed this location & the unit was very nice. Best stocked unit I’ve ever stayed in - many small extras made it pleasant. Every possible consideration - even salt water taffy welcome candies! Owner was responsive. Beautiful view. Nicely decorated.

Big hang out space, nice rooms, nice coffee bar. Everything was current and nicely updated. Terrific beach front view. The only way to make this place better is add a third bathroom. But we would happily stay here again as is.

We came for Phillies spring traing for my husbands 60th birthday with our three children and their partners. There was plenty of room for everyone at Matt and Brandi were so great to work with.

This was a beach-facing condo with plenty of room for all of us (kids, teens and adults) to enjoy ourselves. We had a sunset view of the beach from our first floor deck. The accommodations were well stocked, plenty of linens as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Brandi made the check in procedure easy and quick and she answered our questions with quick replies. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo more than met our expectations! So many extras were provided (beach chairs, umbrellas… even sunscreen!) that it made this rental stand out even more! The unit was spacious, clean and the decor was beach perfect. We loved being on the first floor with easy access to the beach. The owners were responsive and provided us with all the information we needed to settle in easily. We would love to visit again!

I was so impressed with this wonderful property. The condo was beautiful decorated and so well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy and quick. They were friendly and helpful. I rented this for a relaxing bachelorette getaway for the bride. It more than met my expectations. The morning views and falling asleep to the waves was perfect beginning and end to the day. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We were walking distance from great restaurants. Perfect location. Would rent this place again anytime

The condo was as the pictures showed plus the owners were generous with stocked items like sunscreen, coffee, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels and more. We didn’t have to buy any of those items and really appreciated it. The owners were very responsive when we had a question and the beach and pool were great.

Mother-in-law and care giver stayed at this property for 4 months. Family was in and out the entire time. This place was paradise from the cold Indiana winter. I would highly recommend staying here. Brandi is great, met us upon arrival and answered every text within minutes. They took care of the minor issues very quickly. Condo is very clean and the perfect location on the beach. Amenities were plenty and beds were comfy. Even sitting on the balcony was wonderful as there is beach volleyball right outside the condo so there is usually something to watch. Nice TV and fireplace inside too. I would rent from Brandi again and I would recommend staying at the Seagate 103!

I can’t say enough about this property. The owners are super communicative. Every time I turned around I found so many different things included in the condo. So many special touches. It had everything we needed and truly felt like home on the beach. I’m ready to rebook ans go back. I’d definitely return. It was a special birthday for me and hard time d’or my family and I couldn’t think of a better place to celebrate it all.

Check in simple. Pictures of condo accurate. Umbrellas and beach chairs and towels provided. Fantastic view from balcony. Beach not crowded. Small problem with AC and fixed within the hour. Great communication with host. Highly recommend this condo. Kids also loved the pool.

Extremely easy to find this location. Parking was ample during our stay, even with 3 vehicles between the family. The owners were very responsive and pleasant. The rental unit was fully equipped for hosting and with beach supplies. I would stay here again.

As pictured - beautiful condo and beach! Kitchen and condo were well stocked with all the basics, way more than any other property we have visited. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Was the perfect location for a bunch of friends wanting to hang out on the beach and not worry about anything. Would highly recommend!

Amazing condo! Clean, comfortable & convenient to everything. Wonderful hosts. Always answered any questions I had. We had an amazing time with my family, mom, dad & my sister & her family. We had 6 adults & 3 kids and had plenty of room. Will be booking again In the future!
