Loved staying here! Three couples enjoying a friend getaway and there was ample space and separation for each couple. Each floor had its own bed and bathroom which gave everyone their own area. The beds were very comfortable, and the owner even left us waters and snacks when we arrived. Beautifully decorated and essential supplies were provided, even salt and pepper which we were so grateful for. Hot tub was clean and definitely hot and relaxing. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Convenient location, right outside of downtown. Would highly recommend.

Property was nice. Property contact was very friendly and helpful. We had some difficulty in locating the main gate due to GPS. Written instruction from town would have been good...otherwise, our stay went very well. We were there during the holiday and Helen was very crowded. I'd pick another time next time.

Perfect cabin for our stay! My husband hates the steep driveways, and we were so ecstatic that this one was flat! Everything was perfect for us! We would definitely choose this property again :)

Great house!
This house was great! It's in a very close location to downtown Helen, but still not walkable. The hot tub and lower deck is awesome! Everything was in top shape and we would definitely stay here again!

There were many little things that needed to be updated. Examples, the faucets in the shower/tubs and the coffee maker was pretty gross. There was a dead plant in the kitchen. Just a lot of little things that were disappointing. Wouldn't choose to stay here again. Fortunately we went out most of the days anyway.

The property is lovely; spacious, well maintained, comfortable, and clean. It is easy to get to and not steep at all. The road to the cabin are curvy as expected but very well paved and maintained. Everything at the cabin was decorated nicely. The kitchen has everything you need. The front porch and back decks are perfect for peace and quiet. The only complaint is the very loud section of floor in the bedroom on the main floor. It is more than squeaky. We managed fine with it but would recommend that being fixed when possible as it will wake up others in the house. Other than that is is a perfect place to stay near Helen. Communication with the rental company was wonderful. Very quick to respond and helpful.

Hummingbird Lodge Family Getaway

I rented this cabin for a girl’s weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable and be able to relax. We all enjoyed watching the hummingbirds while eating at the kitchen table. Overall, it was a lovely cabin and we will be back.

Great stay with a ton of room
Had a great stay in this spacious property. There is a ton of room and we enjoyed ringing in the new year here! The only negative is some rooms weren’t as clean, and there were quite a few bugs found (to be expected in the woods).

40th Birthday
Rented for my daughter's 40th Birthday with her friends, great place to just chill out. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work but we did get a discount for that.

Nice
This house had such great potential and the owner responded quickly to all our concerns, I wish we could have given 5 stars.
The kitchen was fully equipped and was very nice - the decorations were lovely. The towels and linens were all great and we loved having a washer/dryer so conveniently located. The extra towels by the hot-tub door and the twinkle lights outside were nice as well. The porches are fantastic. The temperature between the 3 levels was significant - they provided a space heater for the lower level which was nice.
However, the beds on the main floor and the lower floor made quite a bit of noise and probably need to be replaced. The hot-tub did not work correctly, someone came to check it out but we were not convinced it had been fixed so we did not use it. The sofa in the living room tips forward and takes some time to get comfortable.
We would stay here again but would wait until those beds had been replaced.
