Spacious and clean.

Driveway was a little rough.

Location of the apartment. Surrounding views are amazing.

The location was good and the dwelling is a good size. it could definitely use some TLC. The railing to the upstairs is not securely fastened to anything. Not very safe for young children to hold onto. the walls in the main floor bathroom are peeling. Could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. The carpet could use a good steam cleaning. The island in the kitchen is also not securely in place. The toilet paper provided was so thin that I had to purchase some better quality for our stay. Not a big deal but why offer something so cheap. There is also no stopper for the tub. When I attempted to play a DVD which resulted in blowing the power bar. There were so many things plugged into that bar. So the internet went down, which didn’t go over well with our kids. It did reset and all was well. However, i didn’t attempt to play a DVD a second time. There is a laminated card that tells you all the things you need to do with regards to garbage and what is expected of the guest. Perhaps they could provide laminated cards with instructions on how to operate certain appliances, such as the stove, oven, DVD player and the main electric heater across from the island. All the others worked fine. That particular one was not heating very well. Over all we enjoyed our stay, but it’s definitely not “ Magnificent”!

Was a awesome place all the comforts of home and more!

Location was great. Kitchen well stocked. Was very bright and airy in the unit. Huge dining table. We enjoyed our stay!!!

The location was easy to get to by GPS. The property was as advertised on the website, the kitchen was well equipped.

My personal experience could've gone better. I got ready for bed at 1h00 am, as I'm getting ready to go to bed, I sit down on the bed to remove my socks, and the bed frame falls apart. I immediately took a picture of the situation to document the incident (you can clearly see in the picture that the bed was fully made without a wrinkle) and emailed the owner the next minute, to make sure nothing is blamed on me the next day. I had a terrible night of sleep because I couldn't sleep on the king size bed from the fear of everything falling apart even more. In the morning, the cleaners showed up for a property inspection and I showed her everything, I even asked her if they sit or sleep on the bed after every rental to make sure every piece of furniture is still intact and she replied saying no they dont, they only change the bed sheets and move on to the next one. The moment I checked out of the property I decided to call the owner to talk to him, little do I know I'm being called a liar for damaging his property that he's gonna keep the 1500$ hold on my credit card. Instead of asking if anyone was injured during the incident, to make sure all his guests were okay, he raised his tone and threathened me to either agree to an arrangement or he'll keep my 1500$ hold. I immediately got scared, I got scared because I cant afford something like this to be charged to my credit card and would definitely never put myself in a situation where I'd have to be responsible for any damages to the property. Before the call ended, I was told the costs would be split halfway, no matter the total (still unethical at this point since I didnt get to use his bed as it got broken the moment my buttocks landed on them, I'm an average person, not overweight might I add). My moral had gone down, I was very disappointed by how this situation was handled, the owner did not acknowledge anything of what I told him and blamed me for everything.
