Guest Access: The Resort is the Signature at MGM Grand, with 3 towers connected by short walkways. The unit is in Tower 3, which is best for having a pool and gym right downstairs, and an unobstructed 180° view of the Las Vegas Strip (not overlapped with any of the other towers). The Resort is shared between a hotel and private units like ours. My wife and I stayed 4 days for our anniversary and it was a nice homey place. Very quite and clean and comfy. Only thing was maybe it needed a little more lighting overall. It was easy to get a hold of Louis and Marie if we needed anything and they checked on us as well. Great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

This was my third year staying at the MGM Signature for the World Series of Poker. It works well for me as you can take the monorail from the MGM to the Paris/Horseshoe. The check in process was not good as it was a hassle to get my bags delivered to the room. Minor in the while scheme of things. I stayed almost 3 weeks. The cafe in the Tower 2 is handy and good. The Food Court in the MGM is also handy. There is a Starbucks and convenience store in Tower One that was very handy. The host was very attentive. Needed extra hangars and got them in 20 minutes or less. All in all a good experience.

The signature property attached to the MGM was a perfect location. The property has a completely separate entrance that was super easy to access and valet parking was extremely convenient. The pictures and description of this property were exactly as described which was very much appreciated. Very easy one block walk to the strip and all the restaurants and hotels. Communication with the owner was perfect. She checked on me before, after and during the stay to make sure everything met my satisfaction. Room is super clean, very nice view toward the strip, and massive bathroom. Definitely would stay here again!

Louis and Marie are great hosts, always answered our queries promptly and efficiently. Lovely property, well equipped, extra blanket, toilet rolls, complementary toiletries, extremely comfortable 6 foot king size bed, oodles of storage, very spacious suite, huge shower and jacuzzi bath… highly recommended.

We had a great stay here. Our room was on floor 3 which we really liked so we didn’t have to wait forever for an elevator. Room was clean and had a good view. Staff was extremely nice. It was super convenient to have access from our tower to the MGM Grand, especially with the 115 degree weather. Definitely will come back on our next visit to Vegas.

I had a great time at Marie’s condo. There was a strange smell like nail polish or cleaning product but everything was clean, plenty of space. Close to elevators but still quite. This is a little ways off the strip so make sure you don’t mind walking. A great find for the price.

My husband and I rented this property for a few days of fun in Vegas. It was clean and spacious. The MGM pools were crazy booked and not many people could get in, due to Covid restrictions, but we found that the pools at each of the towers were great! They still had poolside food and drink service and cabanas that you could rent. It was a short walk to the strip and other casinos. Will stay here again!

My kids and I LOVED this place!! Very spacious and clean. Location puts you in the heart of the strip. Absolutely loved having the kitchenette.. comes in handy with kids that are always hungry!! The hosts were amazing.. easy to reach and quick in response. Will definitely go back!!

The property is perfect for families with small children like ours. It’s nice to rest at night with peace and quiet from the whole day hussle and bussle of Las Vegas fun, crowd and entertainment. This place is located conveniently close to the strip and is connected to MGM grand. And our view is awesome! The property manager is easily contacted and are very accomodating. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a decent experience, there were some issues with parking and some communication issues about housekeeping, but overall Marie and Louis are great people and very understanding and respond so quick to situations, I will stay again :)

The room is beautiful. I wish there was more communication from the property owner. We had issues with the refrigerator upon arrival and the sink. Everything else was fine. There was alot of police activity outside of our window. Dont know what happened
