Very bad customers service by Paris hotel and by Bookin com

Good location

I am having a horrible experience with Booking. I have prepaid for 3 hotels with Priceline. It asked me to list all guests name, which I did. Apparently , the system assigned all 3 hotels to 3 different guests in our party. The last hotel was reassigned by Priceline to Booking.com. the entire itinerary was fully prepaid in January. When we arrived at the last hotel , Paris Las Vegas I was told that our reservation was cancelled du to mismatch between the names on the credit catd and regostered reservation. This room was prepaid, I didn't choose to register it to another guest name, but we were denied the reservation. We had to take the room that was available at this time at much higher rate and pay again. I did not receivenotification from the cancellation, nor was I refunded the prepayment. After we returned home I called Priceline and was bounced to Booking com. I explained all situation and was asked to submit an original reservation and proof of payment and the 2nd invoice. Which I did right away. After a week nothing happened. I called back explained all over again and was asked to submit my credit card statements and bank account details. Now 3 weeks have passed I keep getting the requests to submit the same info again and again. It seems that they are just stretching the time in order to avoid d3aling with the issue. I get responses from a new person every time. No action have been so far. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. Booking has virtually no customer service support and don't care about your satisfaction. The mess up was done on their part, between Priceline , Booking and hotel Las Vegas and they make me suffer and pay the price of their mistake.

DO NOT STAY HERE

Location

Property accused us of smoking in our room because thier fresh air detector apparently went off. We advised this was not the case but they still charged us with no authorization and staff did not care to help. Shrugged us off and said nothing they can do and the ‘big bosses’ won’t do anything as there sensors are 100% accurate. Funny thing is they couldn’t show us the report for the rest of the trip. If you are considering this place, don’t do it! Stay somewhere else!

Disappointed

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys. Big room, great view of eiffel tower. Centrally located

New Versailles is a nice renovation of old Ballys,but not very functional. No fridge (but can request for free), microwzve (can't request), no instruction booklet, shower lacks inside shelves, ongoing construction was annoying (found loose carpet nails in room). Not worth the money

Overall, the hotel is nice and has nice restaurant options and an arcade for the younger guests.

Room was located closer to the elevator, not at the end of a long hallway, and quiet. Happy to have a regular refrigerator, not a mini bar. Liked the location of the hotel.

Bathtub surround was not fully cleaned. The soap, shampoo and conditioner were not good. It was disappointing not to have a coffee maker in the room. Amenities such as towels and pillows were minimal., "just enough". Disappointed that the jacuzzi was under construction and not accessible. Room service closed very early, we got back to our room around 8:30 pm and couldn't get hot water for tea or a dessert.

Rethink Paris Hotel!

Location

Room was dirty, window was so filthy you couldn't see out of them! Day 1 no water pressure, day 2 NO water, day 3 no hot water. Unable to shower for Valentines date. They did move us into another "newer" tower that didn't have view we paid for or fridge for meds. New room had zero "paris" feel quick is why we chose Paris in 1st place

Like the hotel in general! besides the long lane to check-In!

Well we did not get to use the pool. Check In was bad, We had to wait more than an hour in order to get our room. Our electronic code to check-In read Invalid! Other than that our stay was good! I like your hotel a lot!

The line to check In was horrific, we were unable to check in ourselves since the code we got through our email was apparently wrong, so we had to stay another hour to check-In with receptionist.

Love it and we will plan to return to Paris again with friends and family to experience the same.

Location was awesome and close to the venue for the U2 Concert and other hotels we wanted to experience, staff was great and the room was clean daily to our expectations. Thumbs Up To All!!

Pior experiência da minha vida em um hotel! E eu conheço 13 países!

Bem ampla. Da para dividir a habitação tranquilamente com algum amigo ou familiar. Tudo limpo apesar da televisão está instalada torta!

A 3 da manhã eu estava dormindo, um homem simplesmente abriu a porta do meu quarto e caminhou até a metade, quando percebeu que eu acordei pediu desculpas e se retirou. Acionei a recepção e veio os seguranças, achei o tratamento referente depois ao caso como não se importaram e nenhum momento o gerente veio perguntar se está bem ou algo. Pedi para que me trocasse de quarto, não veio nenhuma pessoa ajudar com a bagagem, quando vi um dos funcionários com um carrinho de bagagem e pedi ajuda, ele se negou, esse hotel com certeza foi a pior experiência da minha vida! Eu praticamente tive que chorar na recepção para que alguém pudesse me ajudar com as malas para trocar de quarto pela incompetência de segurança do hotel! Em pensar que poderia ter acontecido algo pior, com esse homem que entrou no meu quarto enquanto eu dormia! NÃO SE HOSPEDEM AQUI! ATENDIMENTO PESSIMO E NÃO É SEGURO!

Tired worn out property charging a premium

Location is pretty good but the bridges to get around aren’t great.

Place wasn’t maintained. Dirty floors punched walls. Weird smells. This was sad.

Definitely worth the value- but the casino is very Smokey and tired

Newly refurbished- excellent location-fantastic view of the Eiffel Tower - restaurant s fantastic- ate at 3 of them!

위치가 너무 좋았아요. 안좋은 후기가 많았는데…예상보다 청결했고 나름 깨끗했어요~ 스피어가 보이는 방이라 좋았어요.

체크인시 부킹닷컴에서 재공한 한글 이름 때문에 애를 많이 먹었고, 그 과정에서 불친절한 느낌을 많이 받았어요

Excelente ubicación, áreas del casino bonitas

El personal en general es regular, en el restaurant cafe americano; un mesero muy grosero y hasta cayendo en el maltrato, recepción muy llena y tardará, instalaciones del hospedaje le falta mucho mantenimiento como las alfombras muy viejas, rendijas de ventilación con mucho polvo. Calificó como regular en general, no me volvería a hospedar aquí

Lo unico la ubicacion.

Esta sucio. No fueron hacer la limpieza del cuarto. Las toallas son viejas y se ven sucias. El cuarto huele a sucio y polvo.

Me decepcionó.

La ubicación es buenísima.

La habitación ya estaba vieja, se notan detalles en los muebles. El agua en el lavamanos se estancaba. No hicieron la limpieza dos días, el cuarto tenía cristales en el suelo que mi hijo de 1 año agarró (no me cambiaron de cuarto que porque ya no había, nos dijeron que fuéramos el día siguiente y tampoco nos cambiaron) las camas por abajo se veían sucias y el armario estaba embarrado. No había minibar y en otros cuartos si los hay. Reservé el hotel con muchos meses de anticipación y me dieron una habitación muy fea. Ya me había hospedado aquí antes y no había problema, esta vez salí decepcionada, no creo volver.

Could have been much better and was partly due to Bookings

Paris location is great since it is in the middle of the strip.

Paris did not have a reservation for me from Bookings.com. The Paris staff found me a room but in the Horseshoe Casino tower which is a long walk from the Paris check in. Also, first night, there was a constant "Beeping" sound coming from the park garage below and the TV did not work. I was able to get a different room for night two.

It was clean

Too long line to check in, though I checked in online. There was quite a mess with the lines and no one of the staff to help. WiFi - only for two devices per room. So I couldn’t get WiFi for my iPad. The light in the bathroom was dim, it was impossible to use the bathroom mirror neither to make up nor to shave.

Would not stay here again.

The location was the only good thing about this property.

The rooms are outdated, the carpets are dirty in the hallway and in the room. The furniture is chipped there were holes in the wall.

Nicer places to stay for the cost.

Location

Expensive and nothing special about room. No blankets on bed, no coffee maker, no perks, staff was not friendly. Had a pool view room and the windows were so dirty you could barely see anything. Had to pay for every single little thing. Stunk like cigarettes everywhere you went in the hotel including the room. Pool was closed. No perks for what the cost of stay was and with having to pay the resort fee there was nothing to use nor perks for the fee we paid. They can at least give complimentary coffee or have microwaves and or coffee makers in rooms.

Very fun themed hotel in good location on the strip

Very fun themed hotel with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. Its like staying at a theme park for adults. Location is great on the strip. Right across from Bellagio. You can go to the rooftop bar and watch the fountain show straight from there. Rooms sizes are huge and we had a great view of the strip. Staff were good.

Be prepared for super expensive restaurants. It's disappointing that there weren't many/any plantbased options either. I didn't understand why the pool was closed. It was a nice warm day when we left and I would have liked to lounge by the pool while waiting for our flight.

Totally obsolete hotel. To check-in there is a, wait time of almost two hours.

Had to wait in line to check-in almost 2 hours. Everything in the Paris hotel looks dated and obsolete, including their computer system. I will never stay here again. Totally disappointed.

weekend trip

carpet was old an worn in room and in hallways. Bed was not comfortable. 2nd day no one came to make the bed and throw out the trash. Third day they did.

I asked for towels and no one came until much later (hours). we had two rooms and they were not on the same wing. Didn't like the beds were not made and trash not taken out on day 2.

Überteuerte, in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft in zentraler Lage am Strip

Ausstattung auffrischungsbedürftig. Überteuert. Nicht einmal die Möglichkeit, sich im Zimmer einen Kaffee bzw. Tee zu kochen, um den Gästen noch mehr Geld aus der Tasche ziehen zu können. Wartezeit bis zum Check-in: 70 Minuten. Vor und selbst noch nach der Abreise zahlreiche nervige Aufforderungen zu einem Upgrade.
