Good location, Disappointing property.

The location was good. Center of the strip. Dita Las Vegas show was awesome.

They did not have the room I reserved when I got there. I had to take a lesser room. In fixing that issue, they made me come back between 12-2 pm the next day with all my luggage in tow, and then they could put me in the room I reserved. So we had to plan our day around being back at the hotel and re-packing everything just to have the room I booked in the first place. None of them seemed to care very much that they were unable to fulfill the booking and I had to ask for a concession (all they did at the end was refund a $45.00 resort fee). The room never got very cool. So when you come back home after being out and you are hot and sweaty it takes a long time to get cooled off. The rooms appear to have been updated, But the vanities are all beaten up in both of the rooms we were in. The shower door did not keep water in the shower so every time we showered we had to clean up water. That is how we noticed that the floors were very dirty in the bathroom. We mopped the entire bathroom with the towel and it was quite dirty. Of all the casinos we were in during our trip, the Horseshoe did the worst job of managing the smoke. With all of the nice properties on the strip, I would not stay here again.

The worst staff !

Location

Unfriendly staff, they asked my wife to go in the room or go outside from the ground floor because she dont had id . I ve spent a lot of money and they dosent allowed my wife to stay with me . Other hotels staff was very nice with us. Don t go at this hotel, you will pay and you will be kicked out by the security after you spend money in their casino. I will never go back there !

ホテルがメインのストリップ通りに接しているので夜でも危険を感じなかったし、シルク・ド・ソレイユОの会場から近いのが良かった。有料のモノレールが近い。機械のチェックイン・アウトカウンターがある。

たまたまかもしれないが2日目の日はハウスキーピングサービスがされなかった。ドアノブに掛ける札が両面「部屋にいます」になっていたので、掃除されなかったのかもしれない。シャワーの扉に隙間があり洗面所の床がビショビショになる。紙コップの交換がされなかった。ポット(ケトル)がない。ラスベガスに着いてからバリーズの名前で看板などを探していたが、どこにもバリーズの名前がなくチェックインする場所がわからなかった。(Horseshosで探し回ればすぐに分かる)

Nah am Strip mit großem Parkhaus,

Großes Zimmer, Ausstattung soweit ok, Zimmer war sauber, die Kaffeemaschine laut Zimmer-Beschreibung war nicht vorhanden

Getränke an der Bar total überteuert, Rauchen im Casino ist leider gestattet und das ist unangenehm

Worst stay ever! Do not stay here

Everything It’s overpriced they overcharge you The rooms were not clean I found hair in the shower wall ! It was like an oven in there we could not cool it off. Can’t even crack the window to vent air come in. ! The beds were uncomfortable Worst experience in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in Motel 6 would’ve been better than this Take my advice and save your money. Do not stay here.

I would consider staying there again if the cleaning was better and maintenance issues were better addressed.

The location was great, very central to lots of restaurants and walkways

It was dated, our room was not very clean, and the heater did not work.

Had to switch rooms due to the unsanitary and unclean condition

The location was the only thing good about this property

We had an incredibly unclean and unsanitary room, which we asked to relocate to a different room. The bathroom floors were sticky throughout, especially around the toilet. under black light the mysteriously sticky floor glowed everywhere. There was splatter left on the toilet seat, as well as hair in the shower. there were hand prints on the headboard, that clearly hadn’t been cleaned/wiped.. All throughout the hotel room, there was lots of dust, and the carpets did not look like they had been vacuumed.

Great cost-benefit

The room is large and clean, I loved the view from the window and the TV technology

The reception attendants are very grumpy and rude, difficulty to leave with the car, I had to return to the reception to validate the card

In regula pentru fun și distracție, dar pentru cupluri nu.

Locatia si faptul ca s-au putut modifica datele de sejur.

Camere acceptabile, cu mobilier uzat, zgâriat, desprins, deteriorat, draperii arse cu Țigara și la geamuri erau coji de semințe. Aerul condiționat nu încălzea, am inghetat.

große Zimmer, bequeme Betten. Ballys liegt schön zentral

Einchecken hat ewig gedauert. Die Schlange ist immer sehr lang und es waren immer nur zwei Schalter besetzt, was definitiv zu wenig ist für die Größe des Hotels

Lag pal aan de (nieuwe) strip. Ruime kamer met 2 zit stoelen en 1 bureau met stoel. Ruime badkamer

Wat touch ups nodig en maar voor 2 apparaten wifi beschikbaar. Prijzen online fijn zonder extra kosten voor het hotel.

Quarto amplo com camas confortáveis. Boa localização e melhor custo benefício comparado aos outros hotéis dessa mesma região.

It was fun staying here. Casino is very nice in the lobby. There are many restaurants and coffee shops so you can enjoy

Great location… if you don’t plan on staying at the property much.

I loved the location and overall the staff were very kind, courteous, and helpful.

This had to be one of the dirtiest hotels I visited in many years. I am an avid traveler and understand that hotels with a lot of foot traffic can be a bit missy at times but there was sheer neglect at this property. there was gum, literal gum, stuck all on the outside of the elevator bank and not ONE person cleaned it for the entire stay. but let me be clear, that gum looked like not had been there for WEEKS! my husband and I called at 11:00 am to request the pee stains doin the front of the toilet be cleaned and the sheets changed because they had make up stains, not mine, on them. We left for the day and returned at 10:30 pm and guess what?!? Not ONE thing was addressed. I literally had to call FOUR times to get the situation addressed. Helpful hint: guests at your hotel want to speak with personnel on-site. it’s not helpful when the person you are speaking with doesn’t even know what hotel you are in! 🙄

was super close to the strip - perfect location. rooms are spacious and clean.

the line for the ckeck in was quite long, we had to change rooms twice since our non-smoking room smelled like smoke and there was a $500 fine if you smoke in a non-smoking room. since we are both non-smokers even the employees told us to change the rooms, since otherwise the hotel could have charged us... I think these rooms shouldn't be "sold" as non-smoking rooms.
