Nice location. Easy check in and out. Comfortable beds and pillows.

House was stocked with all daily needs, even had hangers, which I totally forgot to bring. Garage big enough for a midsized pickup and door clicker, even have the ability to keep the key at the place secured outside if more than 1 person doing multiple things throughout the day. Location is pretty amazing, meat market across street and stores within walking distance. There is a beautiful park about half a mile down the street. Would recommend and stay again.

Property was perfect for my wife and I during our short stay in New Braunfels. Was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and surprisingly quiet being so close to the interstate. Owner replied quickly to messages. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the location of this property as it was central to all events and attractions we were interested in. The house has plenty of room just very basic. No decorations in the house and dark paneling dated it but it worked for our stay. Debra was responsive to my inquiries.

Clean place with great location in the city. Right next to the highway and Buckeye's no noticeable noise from the highway. We liked how the garage separates the duplex.

The bed sleeps better than my bed at home. The only thing tht I would change is a ceiling fan in the bed rooms. Five star all the way from me!

The property worked well for our stay which included our 3 dogs. Having a back yard was an important feature. The proximity to stores, restaurants and downtown New Braunfels was very nice. Our stay overall was enjoyable.

It was a great short stay! Loved the backyard for dogs, and the location was convenient. There were not as many amenities included as others I have stayed at, and the address didn’t pull up the exact location on my gps. I think updating the entry method with an electronic keypad would be a nice touch. Overall, I think it’s a good place for the nightly rate.

We loved the location. We were concerned if it was going to be to far from floating the river and it wasn’t. It was close to everything and when we were done with the river crew we could go back to our cozy place. It was very clean! Debra’s place has everything that you would need in the kitchen. Def will stay here again when we come down again!

We had a fantastic three day weekend at this duplex. Debra is a wonderful host. Helpful from first communication. She is quick and responsive to all communications. She had the home ready for our arrival and everything was clean and neat. The yard was great bonus area to relax in The only word of caution is the driveway is steep so just be careful and thoughtful when walking All in all we could not have asked for a better experience. We had a small incident (our fault) during the stay and Debra was extremely helpful and understanding. We would stay there again if ever in New Braunfels. The location is close to everything, the meat market across the street had everything we needed and Uber was convenient. If you are looking for a great 2 bedroom rental we would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

Grandma's house Nostalgia
At first I was concerned about the geography of the location but it is perfectly placed for convenience and the home smelled like my grandmas house which flooded me with nostalgia upon entering. I loved my stay there as everything was clean and the beds and couches so comfy. Above all Debra was a saint.

Great Comfy Place
We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for my husband and I with our dogs. Super clean and centrally located. We felt very at home and were able to visit with my grand baby. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Super comfy bed too! I would stay again for sure.

My husband and son stayed while working in NB and they said it was super clean and comfortable. Very easy to find and close to everywhere they wanted to go.

Centrally located and convenient. Had a few minor issues at first but the owner was quick to fix and very helpful. Only complaint were the animals crying at the vets office next door overnight.
