It was good.

The location was good. Rooms at least mine was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

No light over the kitchenette area.

AC worked well.

No fridge. Tub poorly done (latex peeling in multiple areas). Not enough room in the microwave to warm up my take out.

the 10 - 15 refund policy is horrible and when the front desk agent don’t refund guest

it was close to the event center

the motel front desk agent didn’t refund my 50 dollar deposit. after 10 days , i had to call and talk to the manager for my refund . i had a friend in another room he wasn’t refunded either. until we called the manager 15 days later and she didn’t see the refund in the system either. i want be staying here again ! unacceptable!

I need the kind staff and welcome from a long road trip.

The staff at check in were wonderful with answering questions and hear about the area. Very Helpful

I enjoyed my stay.

The young lady that checked me in was very nice and patient. The house keepers are also nice (they need to do a better job with cleaning the entire room.) The bed was very comfortable and relaxing.

No one would answer the desk phone on my 2nd day there. The floors were not swept and food and other debris were present. The ironing board was broken (reason for me calling the front desk) which I couldn't use. There were spiders and cobwebs in the bathroom and behind the doors. Also, the area above the bed where the light is needs to be cleaned and dusted.

Decent location for my trip

All the employees I encountered were nice, friendly and extremely helpful. The check in was easy and the trash was emptied and the used towels were changed daily. I had the studio room and so got a full fridge which helped me store my prepared meals for my stay. Pots, pans, utensils and dishes and a 2 burner counter stove etc., were available for pick up from the front desk as needed. There was a desk with desk chair as well as a small table with 2 chairs for dining. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well.

Unfortunately, there were small roaches in this room. I checked with the front desk and they looked for a spray for me. They didn't have one, so I went to go buy one and sprayed the room my self. I was offered the opportunity to switch rooms, but, declined since I was not sure if the next room would have the same problem or more. Towards the end of my stay, it was no longer as quiet as it have been and there was broken glass on the stairs. Even though I informed the front desk of this in the morning, the glass was still there at the end of the day. My last issue, was that since there's no smoking in the rooms, people apparently just went to the parking lot or just in front of their rooms and smoked leaving a lot of cigarette butts on the floor of the parking lot etc.

Awesome service and room

I felt safe. Even though the door led straight outside, I didn't feel the need to block the door with something heavy. All the employees I encountered were nice, friendly and extremely helpful. It was a little dusty. I had to remove a little bit of cobwebs from the top of the head board. Also, eventhough the blinds were able to close, the width was not enough to completely cover the edges of the window. The pillows were not very comfortable for me, so I will bring my own next time.

Very clean rooms... Nicely located. Service was warm and welcoming..

TV size could be a little bigger. Especially given the quality of the room and structure. Big screens are very cheap now days.. It just wouldn't be a bad investment in my opinion

Staff was amazing. Room was clean. Very clean.

Lights did not work in room. Only by sink and bathroom.
