Back deck overlooks the 7th fairway and is approximately two blocks walking distance from the recently remodeled Glaze Meadow Recreation Complex. Features of the complex include: indoor, outdoor and toddler pools, exercise facility, children's water play area, spa, sauna, snack bar, and tennis shop. Tennis and pickleball courts and a children's rock climbing and play area are adjacent to the complex along w/ full basketball, bocce, and horseshoe courts. Also, just 15 miles from Black Butte Ranch to Hoodoo Skiing/Sledding. A WONDERFUL PLACE TO GATHER! Remodeled space with friend and family gatherings in mind. Our home is light and bright, with a full wall of windows overlooking the golf course in the living, dining and breakfast areas and has an open floor plan. The living/dining area has vaulted ceilings with a lava rock wall and raised hearth fireplace. The kitchen has plenty of counter space with both an island bar area and breakfast nook. Additional features include Sub-Zero refrigerators (one refrigerator only and one side by side), 2 new stainless steel dishwashers, a new stainless steel double oven and cooktop, and all new dish/cookware that you need to prepare, cook and serve your group with ease. The deck faces east and surrounds the golf course side of the house. It is the perfect place to spend balmy summer evenings and has a gas BBQ, table, new lounge seating (2021) and a private hot tub(new in 2024). Also don't miss mini basketball hoop, darts, cornhole and ping-pong table in the garage....Along with bike storage with a large selection of newer bikes. The main floor primary bedroom has a king size bed and doors opening to the deck and hot tub. Two additional bedrooms have queen beds and a fourth has a bunk set and single bed. The bonus room also has a bunk set and a trundle bed. There are three tiled full baths. In total, there are 10 beds (1 King, 2 Queen, and 7 Twins). All beds have new mattresses and bedding as of 2021. THE RANCH: UNMATCHED BEAUTY AND RECREATION! Black Butte Ranch is a unique resort nestled in a Ponderosa pine, fir, and aspen forest and is surrounded by seven snowcapped, majestic Cascade mountain peaks. We have been going to Black Butte for several years, and this was by far our favorite house. Lots of room, several refrigerators, two dishwashers, short walk to the pool and so much more. We had every kitchen utensil we could have wanted, and many extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The host was VERY responsive and kind. We also appreciated having cable. We will definitely stay here again!

Recently, we had the most wonderful experience staying at a stunning property in Black Butte Ranch. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and was remodeled recently - modern finishes despite preserving Black Butte's unique ranch feel.
What made our experience even more remarkable was our fantastic host AD. Their proactive and friendly communication via text message kept us informed about getting to the property and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. They were always just a call away, ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. It was a pleasure staying at Black Butte, and you can't go wrong here!

It was an ideal place to gather our entire family, given all the amenities of the home and the Ranch. Our three college-age grandsons were never at a loss for activities inside or out. The house was well-supplied with everything we needed and more and the owners made themselves readily available for answering questions. We highly recommend this home as a gathering place for friends and family.

Great location. Grandkids, aunt and uncle, adult children, grandparents…we all fit comfortably. The best stocked kitchen in a rental ever, so clean, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers with large table for dining together inside or out. On the 7th fairway of GM but set back for privacy. A quick walk across the fairway from the GM rec center. Ping pong table in the garage was a bonus and the hot tub was a good size for multiple people. Two bunk rooms are adjacent and one is a walk way to a bedroom, bath, and other bunk room so good Family space. The other two bedrooms are very private. Owner is the manager and very responsive. We will book again!

We have been renting in Black Butte Ranch for many years. We found this property to be one of the best we have stayed in. It was very clean, well-organized, well stocked, and the location couldn’t have been better. The house was supplied with plenty of bikes, helmets, tennis and pickleball equipment, cornhole, and a ping pong table. The large back deck is a stone’s throw from Glaze Meadow’s 7th fairway. The short walk to the Glaze Meadow Rec Center was particularly helpful, especially with toddlers. There was plenty of room for our family of 9. 10 of our Oregonian relatives also rented a house in the Ranch. They were over for dinner on several of the nights. There was plenty of room for all. AD was very attentive to our needs and proactive in checking in on us, throughout our stay, to ensure that we had everything we needed, even while traveling abroad with his family. We would definitely rent again. Thanks AD!

The house is perfectly located, walking distance to the pools, playgrounds, and courts. AD was proactive in reaching out and making sure we were taken care of during our stay. I was very impressed with how helpful and easy AD made everything. The house is stocked with all the activities and things a family could possibly need for time in Black Butte. Very clean, great appliances, nice deck space, tons of room and we could have definitely fit another family or two (just 2 adults and 2 kids during our stay). We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Black Butte this year with our family. The house is in a perfect location to the activity center and right on the golf course. The beds were comfortable with enough space for 6 adults and 5 busy children. The owner was always checking up with us to make sure our visit was running smoothly which I greatly appreciated. Would rent again!

Beautiful deck for dining or lounging with view of trees and golf course. Huge kitchen well stocked. Ping pong, games, great location for walks or bike rides on endless bike paths. Quiet. Excellent beds, layout. We will definitely return!

Amazing kitchen, plenty of sleeping room, fully stocked. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Had every comfort of home. Black Butte is an amazing neighborhood and the town of Sisters is one of the funnest towns we've had the pleasure of being in. Hoodoo ski resort is one of out favorite ski places.
Great host for this home checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be renting again. There was nothing about our stay we didn't like.

Before we arrived communication and service were top notch. We arrived to one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve ever stayed in. The kids loved morning breakfast in the nook and we all settled in to amazing couches. Layout offered a kids wing while adults had the bedrooms on the other side of the house. We felt welcome and treated as true guests. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Came here with extended family for a winter getaway. Great property and great location. I contacted the property manager because I had trouble with the hot tub (my fault entirely) and got a response back almost immediately. Would definitely rent again.

Owner was very easy to communicate with and attentive. We cooked a lot and kitchen stocked with all our needs. Kitchen has tons of work spaces. Beautiful view through the living room, dinning, kitchen, with lots of natural light.

Wonderful home, with everything you need for an amazing Black Butte vacation. Very clean and nicely updated - loved the fireplace, the big dining room table, and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Excellent service from the owner checking in to make sure we were having a great stay. The garage was nicely set up for our kids to play various games. The sledding was so much fun! We will be booking again for our next Black Butte get away!

This home is very clean and comfortable. We had our family Thanksgiving here and the house was supplied with everything we needed. The view of the golf course is beautiful and the location is close to a lot of fun activities. Best of all, the owner is an excellent communicator and provided me with all the information necessary! Highly recommend this property. We hope to stay again!

Loved everything about this place. The little things count and this place had lots and of them. From enough kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, great TV’s with clear directions, bikes and other toys in great shape. Outdoor furniture was plentiful and again in good shape. The location is great, the view from s wonderful and the peace and quiet ideal. Well done AD. We will be back.

This home was fantastic on so many levels. We enjoyed the great layout, golf course views, expansive deck and well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and reclining chairs in main room were fantastic. The owners have provided a huge array of recreational sporting equipment including a ping pong table, corn hole set, bikes, pickle ball and tennis racquets as well as multiple board games. Great communication and quick responses from the owner when we had any questions. A great home for a family vacation!

Everything was clean and tidy. The only thing I would want AD to be aware of is the cob webs in the master bathroom on the walls and the corner behind the door.

Had a great time at this property. Swimming pool in walking distance. Several bicycles- So many games for all age groups, Wiffleball was our groups favorite. The kitchen has Two refrigerators- Double over-Two dishwashers.
Well stocked kitchen. Amazing for a large group, we didn’t have to go to store for any supplies.
The only surprise was the fee from Black Butte, maybe I just didn’t see it on listing, but it’s a 9.00 fee per night per person over the age of 6. With a large group it adds up- however once you in you don’t have to pay for pools, tennis courts etc. Definitely would book again!

Beautiful home, very well equipped, super comfortable, everything in great condition, ideal central location, fantastic communication from owner! This is our second year renting this home for our 3 generation family (teens to grandparents) and we’ve already booked next year. We’ve stayed at many Black Butte homes over the past 15 years and this is by far our favorite. Thank you AD and family for providing such a perfect place for us to enjoy!

The location is the best! Walk to Glaze Meadow pool, bocce and pickleball courts just across the fairway. Spacious deck with lots of chairs and tables, and the house has plenty of beds. Newer floors and furniture and kitchen appliances, but the kitchen counters are a little dated. The AC is great to have but the fans are definitely still needed upstairs as the AC flow to the bunk rooms is not that great. The garage was spacious with a ping pong table, darts, bocce and horseshoes and good bikes. The host was very helpful for any questions and very timely at getting back to me. Overall, a really great place to stay! We would definitely come back.

Quick get away
The owner of this property was very communicative and the home was as described, comfortable and with every kitchen utensil, spices, basics you could ask for. Bonus points for having two refrigerators and two dishwashers! Located within a quick walk of the glaze meadow pool. We enjoyed our evenings on the deck listening to the breeze and looking out at the golf course.

Family gathering
Our family of 11, 4 married couples and 3 children 4 and under had everything we needed at this house. It was well stocked with supplies and items for entertainment, bikes, tennis rackets and balls, pickle ball, ping pong, bocce ball, board games. It’s in walking distance to access all the courts for tennis, pickle ball, bocce ball and a great community pool. The deck is large with a hot tub and lots of deck chairs and loungers. We will definitely choose this house to return to. The owner was very friendly and reached out to make sure all was going well.

Perfect Location for Many Activities!
This property is the perfect choice and location for a family gathering. AD is a very responsive host, quickly addressing any issues. The house is a couple minute walk to the rec center with both indoor and outdoor pools, rental bikes, pickle ball and tennis courts. There's also golf, and we took advantage of horseback riding at the onsite stables.
The home was immaculate with the most well equipped kitchen I've ever seen in my many years of renting VRBO properties! It lacked for nothing and made eating most of our meals there so easy. Bikes are in the storage area of the garage along with a ping pong table where we spent a few fun evenings. Comfy beds, evenings in front of the fire, and a great host...what more could you ask for!

This was our second time staying at this property. Love the location and the bedroom set up worked perfectly for four adults and six kids (two families). Ownership changed since we last rented. New owners are wonderful! Extremely commutative and willing to help with anything we needed! We will be back!

A great family getaway at Black Butte Ranch
We've been visiting Black Butte since the 1980's. This time we stayed at a new house (new to us, new in terms of recent upgrading) on the Glaze Meadow golf course. GM 133 was spacious and accommodating. We had three adult couples and one toddler, and the bedroom setup gave us all our respective domains and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped and living area was full of comfortable leather recliners and a brand new flat-screen TV. Being right across from the Glaze Meadow Rec Center was another plus. Easy to take the little guy over to the playground for a runaround. House manager AD Smith was responsive and extremely helpful. Recommended for vacationing families with kids.

Our stay in this home was incredible. From the golf course view, incredibly stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and all around good feel of the house was just what my family needed. The communication with the owner was great! We will be back next year!

Great getaway!
The house was perfect for our needs. Our 2 young kids loved the bunk bed rooms and especially the garage, which has been converted into a playroom. The hot tub was a plus after a day of skiing. The wood burning fireplace was also a nice bonus compare to a gas insert. There was plenty of wood available. Overall we enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful location! And amazing host!
We love BBR and come often. This was our first time staying at this property and it was a perfect getaway for our family of 5. Loved that the location is so close to the pool, which is a huge plus for our kids that love swimming. Also, the host was incredibly communicative, checked in frequently to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful stay.

Great Black Butte house for family and friends
We really enjoyed the layout of the house (large kitchen and main room) and the location (very close to Glaze Meadow pool). Our kids loved the garage/game room with darts, ping pong, and mini basketball hoop. Would recommend staying here again.

We stay in BBR every year the week after Christmas to go skiing at hoodoo with our kids, nephew, and grandpa and we have all declared this is our new favorite house! The remodel and new furniture is amazing. Beds are sooo comfortable and the kitchen ! 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers AND 2 ovens is amazing! It’s also well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could ever need and more! The pots and pans are in amazing condition as well, which never happens. AD was so welcoming and communication was on point. This was literally our best experience! Thank you so much we will definitely be looking to rent this house year after year!
