The property is clean and very comfortable. It is right in the middle of the Auburn campus, which made things very convenient for us as we had business on campus this week. I appreciate the care that went into every detail.

Perfect property for a stay, right in downtown Auburn! Walk to everything! Nightlife can be loud, but to be expected AND the noise machines provided in each bedroom definitely helped to sleep soundly! Clean, cute and convenient! Would love to stay here again! War Eagle!

Three stories up - wedged between two of the biggest party bars in AU. Loud music and people until 2am each night. And barf on the steps two of our three mornings when heading out to exercise. It would have been nice if we were told about the three flights of steps up and the loud noise - so loud we couldn't sleep until after 2am each night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great, check-in and parking was easy, and the clean up instructions weren’t over the top. I had a small cut on my leg that lead to a small amount of blood on our sheets and I hope I didn’t leave any belongings. Thanks for a great weekend!

Location, location, location! Right in the middle of downtown Auburn. Appliances and cabinets are dated but extremely clean and fun local. It IS loud at night as you're nestled between the two biggest party bars on campus. We knew this going on and were prepared. We'll definitely stay again!

This apartment is so cute! It's in the absolute perfect location for visiting the university and downtown. Because of that, there is definitely bar noise, so if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. They provide white noise machines and my daughter and I slept great. Just something to know. :-) Communication with the owner was speedy and comprehensive. Will definitely stay here again!

It was a little run down. The beds are super low. We stayed in the bigger one and it was much much nicer compared to this place. It was not cheap so was expecting it to be way nicer

Cute little condo in a VERY convenient location for walking to the stadium, shopping and eating downtown, rolling Toomer's Corner etc...but terrible location on a home game weekend for those that value their sleep. We had 3 noise makers in our bedroom and wore earplugs, but nothing could drown out the thumping of the bass that continued until the wee hours of the morning. I knew that it would be loud going into the weekend, but thought the extra sound machines & ear plugs would do the trick. Alas, I was wrong. Oh well, despite that, it was a nice condo especially during the day!

We stayed here to attend an SEC / Big 10 football game. Property was immaculately clean when we checked it and accurate as described. We thought the location was perfect - could walk to restaurants, bars, the campus and the stadium. It was loud , as described, but we expected that, and what the heck...it's a college town. Communication with host was excellent. On site parking was awesome. We parked our car when we arrived and never needed it again until we left for the airport. We would stay here again without question.

we had a great Auburn football experience. The condo is perfect location. We could walk to restaurants and shops and it was 1/2 mile walk to the stadium. Very clean and easy!!!

Place was as exactly described. Great location and walking distance to all we needed. Our daughter lives above Toomers so this was great proximity to her apartment. Yes, the bars were loud until 3am but we were so exhausted it didn’t bother us. I would suggest adding a dresser to each bedroom to put your clothes in and put the 2 mirrors (in hallway and living room) above the dressers. With only 1 bathroom that would allow people to get ready in the bedrooms without having to wait until the bathroom is free. We ate out during our stay but had occasion to need a fork and there were only 2 (there were 4 of us)—-maybe add more utensils. Overall a great place and I’d stay there again!

This was the perfect spot and location for my daughter and I for a weekend visit and tour of Auburn University. The unit was very clean and the description was accurate. This is a great spot if you want to be able to park your car and walk to all the restuarants, bars, etc. Yes it is noisy while the bars are open but I was prepared for this so it didn't bother me too much. You are right in the middle of all the action and it was very easy for us to walk to the tour, around the campus and get a feel for downtown Auburn.

This is my second time to stay at this location. The last time I stayed in a different unit but both have similar layouts and the same cozy beds. It’s in a great location and in the middle of everything. Even though there are bars close by I slept like a baby. They have sound machines to help with this if needed but it wasn’t needed. I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment one day and the owner had someone there within just a couple of minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

This place couldn’t have fit our needs any better. Great price point, clean, well lit, full kitchen (there is even a crockpot!) I 100% recommend this stay. We stayed during the week (Tuesday-Thursday) you can hear some of what is going on in the bars but it’s not obtrusive. There are sound machines in each of the bedrooms. The parking was safe, close, consistent which is very rare for downtown auburn.

The location was perfect - you are in the heart of downtown and next to campus. Once I parked, I didn’t move my car until I left. Very important - you are directly next to the bar, Southeastern, and you will certainly hear (and feel) the music on a weekend. While both rooms have a sound machines, you may want to bring headphones. **we were there on a Saturday night** I would also recommend an eye mask because the blinds don’t block out the sun the morning.

This was so much fun! We were here for my son to tour Auburn. The location was fantastic!

The location was perfect to get a feel for the campus. Amanda was prompt in responding to questions and very welcoming. The bar noise was too bad at night with a sound machine. Our only issue was the limited parking. It all worked out though! We would stay here again!

Stayed here for a weekend visit with my student daughter. Apartment/condo was comfortable, clean, and surprisingly roomy. As noted by the owner, there is noise in the evening coming from the nearby bars. However, it didn’t bother us or interrupt our sleep. The noise machines included in the bedrooms were enough to drown it out.

The apartment was so comfortable and very convenient to Auburn for E Day. We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and also on campus so easily. It was noisy at night, but the sound machine and ear plugs took care of it.

Was in town for a wedding and also to visit some friends. Right in the middle of downtown so it was perfect for me to just walk to the bars. It is loud during nights but nothing that earplugs won’t fix! Would definitely recommend if you’re wanting to enjoy night life.

As usual with Amanda’s properties this unit was sparkling clean, well stocked & very comfy! The location is perfect for exploring everything Auburn - campus, restaurants, shops, bars, sports. And all without getting in your car - easy walk to all! Love this condo & this host.
