Featuring a private heated (additional fee) pool, Summer kitchen with gas grill, generous Gulf views, and an effortless one-minute walk to the private community beach access, you'll experience the carefree essence of seaside living from the moment you check-in. Welcoming you with lavish interiors and fine finishes "High Noon" offers an open concept first floor with roomy living, kitchen, and dining areas, complete with direct access to the large pool deck. You'll take delight cooking a gourmet meal for your closest friends and family in the chef's dream kitchen, featuring a six-burner gas range, dual refrigerators, and dishwashers, and ample counter space for meal prep; you'll then savor that home-cooked meal at the dining table with seating for twelve, additional seating for five can be found at the breakfast bar. The house is a great option for those looking to have a large group in 30A. The house is as described, with quality decor/finishings, comfortable beds, clean & modern bathrooms, plenty of towels, dishware, etc. The house also comes with bikes available for use, and beach chairs that were set-up daily on the beach (without needing to call!). There is an alarm prompted by opening the sliding doors to the pool, for safety. Guests have approx 5-10 seconds to exit after resetting the alarm, which took a bit for everyone to get used to! Property group is responsive, all questions were addressed and responded to within 24 hours. There was no early check-in or late check-out offered, but timeline consistent with what is disclosed in the listing. House is walkable to downtown Rosemary Beach area, walkable to the beach with private access and gated street.

House was beautiful, tall ceilings, fine finishes. Location was great (walking distance to beach, shops, and gated community). Very well stocked with towels and dishes. Only nits are the dishes (glasses) looked dirty (maybe water stains) and ping pong table equipment wasn't in great condition. But both can easily be fixed or overlooked given how immaculate the property and location are.

The house was truly spectacular and met everyone expectation and more. My only complaint was the limit of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, etc that was provided. For the size of the home and the cost that someone is paying it would be nice to have those things provided in much larger quantities. But truly, the house and our stay was amazing.

nice accommodations but oven didn’t work or the 3rd floor air. The manger put portable air conditioning on that floor that helped. Location is great with a semi-private beach. All had a great time.

There were 12 of us for a tennis weekend and we drew for bedrooms. Even the person that picked last was thrilled with their selection. The kitchen is fantastic with 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers plus a dining room table that seats 12. Loved the pool and all the balconies. Plenty of room to spread out or come together as a big group. Wish checkout could have been later than 9am, but otherwise a perfect stay!!!!
