Welcome to our 4 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE suite that sleeps 12 & overlooks the guitar shaped POOL! Directly on MUSIC ROW! * HeiarLivin has 10 properties in the downtown area! We have 1 BD, 2 BD, 3 BD & 4 BDs that can sleep any group size you have - just inquire for more details! * If you have questions on PRICE OR DISCOUNTS, PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE! We're happy to work with you! ALSO, we like to book 3+ nights on the wkds but just ask & we'll try our best to accommodate you! This is our NEW 4 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE SUITE! Sleeps 12 comfortably, has 3 showers & overlooks the guitar shaped POOL & downtown views! It was designed & decorated with a very CLEAN, MODERN & EDGY VIBE! Two of the bedrooms have an open design to allow for more natural light in the condo, yet private as well. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & is the only Penthouse in the building! Bedroom 1: 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 2: King Bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3: 2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4) Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (sleeps 2) MAIN: Walk in the front door to the open style kitchen & living room. The living room & bedrooms overlook the guitar shaped pool & have city views! The kitchen has all NEW slate gray stainless appliances & is stocked with the essentials to cook a small meal if you'd like. The kitchen island has 4 bar stools for plenty of seating. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy. BATHROOM 1: White floating double sink vanity & DOUBLE standing glass SHOWERS - embrace yourself as we designed two glass showers next to each other to maximize on efficiency in the bathroom. The toilet & showers all have their own doors to help with privacy in both bathrooms. BATHROOM 2: White floating double sink vanity & standing glass shower. The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter. ENJOYABLE AMENTITIES: * 24 hour keyless access with personal key code * High speed Wifi * Smart TV in living room * Controllable thermostats * Full length mirrors * Selfie ring * Hotel luxury bedding & linen * Pillow-top mattresses * Complimentary coffee with Mr Coffee maker * Full kitchen with new appliances, dishes, glassware & silverware * Community pool & grill * Pool towels * Washer & dryer * Free garage parking; two parking passes POOL: Most outdoor pools in Nashville are open May through October, depending on the weather. It is up to our HOA to determine the exact date of when the pool opens & closes throughout the year. Pool hours are 9am-10pm. PARKING: Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking passes. You will have TWO parking passes. The pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. Additional street parking is available across the street in front of the condo. EASY TO STAY WITH US: Guests will have access to the entire home, rooftop & attached two car garage. Each guest is given a unique key code prior to check in time. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security & more convenience not having to meet me for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time. Check-in: 4:00 PM CST or after Check-out: 11:00 AM CST or before We try our best to accommodate check-in/check-out times if you let me know prior to your trip. With 6 friends, it was great we all had our own bed. The place was clean and set up well. Short Uber to Broadway, easy walk to shopping and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to questions. I would recommend.

Suite is beautiful but a bit misleading as a 4 bedroom. One room just fits a bed and only has curtains no door and the bunk beds are only separated from the living room by a 3/4 wall. Lacks quiet and privacy that way. Had to tiptoe quietly in the mornings for the people sleeping in the bunk beds , Elevator was broken for 2 days (and someone stuck in the freight elevator, so not comfortable using that) so had to hike up 6 flights and no response from owner when reported. At minimum it would have been nice to receive an acknowledgement or apology for the inconvenience, especially given the owners were told we were with someone with mobility issues.

The unit is large, bright, modern & generally clean. We walked most places in the daytime and took Ubers home inexpensively in the evening. It was generally well equipped, lots of glasses but we were disappointed there wasn't a kettle for making morning tea. (There was multiple coffee makers) One bed had a hairball in it and another had dead skin/toe nail but it was otherwise clean feeling. We felt the place was a bit misrepresented as said it was a 4 bedroom but really it has 2 proper bedrooms and 2 other sleeping areas - one is almost a bedroom (1 bed) except there are no doors just curtains and the other sleeping area (2 beds)is behind a short divider wall. The thing to know about this is that these 2 sleeping areas are both close to the open kitchen/sitting area so
Noise can be an issue. We were here during a cold snap and found the unit rather cold especially at night. We adjusted all thermostats up but the temperature never rose above 68 - perhaps it has been over ridden to stay at this level?? Our issue was that there were no extra bed blankets in the unit and the beds all had very thin summer weight covers. Bathrooms are large & modern & very well designed for sharing with toilets, showers all separate from generously sized sink areas. Liked that there were multiple hair dryers provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would likely book elsewhere for a second trip to Nashville.

Condo was nice and clean. Great location. Property owners were great about communicating. It’s a little smaller than it looked in the pictures. Would have preferred that the room with the single queen bed had doors instead of curtains. Power outage was inconvenient and there should be a back up for people to get in through the main lobby. Security guard that let us in the back door was rude to us. Otherwise it was a very nice place to stay.

The property was exactly as described. It is spacious, modern and very clean. Check in was super easy and the hosts very accessible. It is located in the Music Row vicinity, very safe and close to all studios and within walking distance to many restaurants. The pool was lovely too. We highly recommend.

This place was outstanding,l! I must say the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was so spacious and perfect for the 5 of us. Excellent location, close to everything, yet out of the way from all the noise and busyness. Lacey was a pleasure to work with and was great at communicating, made everything that much easier, and she was always very responsive with any questions. Would 10/10 recommend!

This is not a true 4 bedroom property. Our family walked into the old, rundown building and when we entered the condo, we were dumbfounded to find beds built into the walls of a hallway and another “bedroom” separated only by a curtain from another hallway. We paid over $1000.00 per night and we were absolutely lied to. It is a complete misrepresentation of a true 4 bedroom property. We could not stay there for any duration of time so we left immediately. We reached out to the owners and they were horrible to deal with. They admitted that the property was not what we were sold but they refused to refund us. These owners should be removed from VRBO immediately. VRBO must protect the renting clients from owners of this nature otherwise it utterly discredits this company.

Nashville getaway
Very modern unit. Kitchen and bathrooms were amazing and living room was cozy. Only one bedroom had a closet and/or dresser but other bedrooms did have hooks and hangers to get some items out of suitcase. The little music row one block away was fun and had good food options without needing to drive or uber which was great for our first night in.

Beautiful property in a great location!
The condo is very large and it was perfect for us because there are 6 beds so we each had our own. We appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was - especially that you provided coffee. The bathrooms are large and they are well designed-plenty of space for 6 women getting ready. We enjoyed our trip to Nashville very much. Thank you!

Unit was beautiful, the building not so much
Building exterior and interior are well hidden from listing. Exterior in severe need of pressure washing, paint on walls around pool are completely flaking off, pool is very dingy around coping, tiles, walls. Interior common areas of building just old and outdated. embarrassed of the conditions considering the premium paid.

Spots are not reserved but once we parked, we didn't move the car again until we left so not a problem. Only complaint (very minor) was the wait for the elevator at times but really wasn't a problem.
My wife and I wished we had longer to stay. So much to see and do in Nashville and the condo was a great home base for our visit. Would definitely look to stay again on future visits to Nashville!

Derek & Lacey’s place was great! The outside of the building and the ground floor/elevator was a little misleading upon arrival. They appeared to need several renovations. However, when we stepped in our actual unit, it was totally adorable and very obviously well-kept. The property manager was excellent and very quick to respond to my messages. I would certainly recommend to a friend.

Plenty of space for over 8 -10 adults (maybe more)... only challenge was seating in the living room was sparse... but the kids made due on the floor. We loved this place. It was great!
