Located in Smith Mountain Lake, this lovely condo for $396 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy this lovely lakefront condo at Mariners Landing. Both bedroom have a queen. The two-bedroom is overlooking beautiful Smith Mountain Lake and has a gorgeous view of the Mountains. The kitchen is complete with a full-size stovetop oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator, and washer/dryer sleeps 4 Condos stocked with dishes, silverware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and all linens. Amenities cost (Club Fee) Oct 1, - April 30 $20 a day. May 1 to Sep 30 $30 a day. Amenities include beautiful walking/biking trails, golfing, beaches, outside pool, indoor pool, cable, tennis courts. (pickle ball courts comings soon), fitness room, Day dock-slips, and internet. Boat ramp access is included. Trailer parking and boat dock fees are $50 first night $25 each additional day. Don't feel like cooking? Eat at one of Mariner's delicious restaurants. The Landing Restaurant is the perfect place to to have an upscale dinner using locally sourced ingredients to create chef inspired Peruvian cuisine. Bruno‘s Clubhouse Bistro is the perfect place for lunch, afternoon snacks, or dinner. The menu consists of hand patted burgers and Artisan pizzas with prices that will please both families and friends alike. Golfers enjoy the semi-private 18 hole championship golf course, an original design by the late Robert Trent Jones Sr. Our condo is located at Mile Marker, C6, by Water.

Loved staying at this beautifully decorated lakefront condo. The views of the lake and mountains were beautiful and the glass enclosure for the balcony was amazing. We were able to open it to allow the breeze in and then when it got colder close it to keep warm. The condo is well appointed and located in a nice community with lots of amenities including trails, beach on the lake, restaurant on site and much more! The beds and furniture were very comfortable for sleeping and lounging. We had great communications with the owner/manager at all times. We really enjoyed our winter get away!

This is the third year we have stayed for our anniversary. We had to stay in a different condo this time. Missed the other one (it's on the corner with more windows and a fireplace). But for an alternative, this one worked perfect.

Our stay here was wonderful. The unit was very clean and well kept. The furniture was modern and very comfortable. We loved the lanai that could be opened during the day and closed when it got too cool. The view was beautiful.

We were incredibly blown away with this booking! The view is absolutely stunning! The cleanliness of the unit was extraordinary & Mike the owner was very helpful with check in process as well as suggesting places to eat near us. We had a wonderful time. Look forward to returning.

We loved our unit. Communication with Mike was great. He was quick to respond. Unit very clean and well decorated. Air co worked great. Fantastic view from nice size porch with glass walls. Our pup loved the walking trails. We had most of our meals on the porch overlooking the lake and the mountains. Very relaxing. Will definitely return

The condo was immaculate, well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities - indoor and outdoor pools, trails, fitness center, Starbucks, Bruno’s Bistro, etc. We will definitely be back!

This condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The building and condo were easy to acces. Info from Owner was easy to understand. We had everything we needed. Every time I walked down the hallway I was in awe of the water and mountain views. Perfect for 2 couples, a small family or a small group of friends (who are comfortable sharing a bed).

For a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, it was exactly as most of the photos portrayed. It was clean and had great views; loved the patio windows that opened up completely to the outside. The kitchen had all we needed (as we brought our own spices/wraps/containers) for most meals and the electric grill was fabulous, pretty easy to keep clean. This is a 2nd floor condo, and we did have issues with guests above us, but that is to be expected. The grounds were fabulous and well maintained. We would and definitely will stay here again... hopefully for a longer period. Lots to do and not enough time to do it!

We were impressed with the cleanliness and the condition of the condo. Everything was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would need to include ice packes for our cooler. ❤️. We forgot ours. The bathroom towels were high quality. The kids were impressed with the toilet paper flower when we arrived. These details really speak volumes to the care and attention to detail the owners have regarding their property and making sure the quest is completely comfortable and has a great stay. The lakeview from the balcony was perfect. We could not have asked for any better view or accommodations. We will definitely stay again and rent this unit on our next visit. The condo was perfect! The views and amenities were great. The condo had everything we needed. It was very accessible,comfortable, and quiet. The resort and surrounding area had a great selection of activities to do. We highly recommend The Landing restaurant which is just a quick walk from the condo. We could have sat on the balcony and looked at the lake all day!!

This immaculate unit was like a model home and had everything needed to relax and enjoy the lake resort community. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to make complete meals. The furniture seemed brand new and the decor was simple yet stylish. The very best thing however was the wonderful balcony. We spent most of our time out there enjoying the view and the weather. We loved the louvered windows. Wifi signal was strong, but streaming TV shows proved difficult although the owner graciously said he would look into solving that. He offered his assistance and was always very quick to respond to questions. We can't wait to come back to this lovely unit. .

We had an exceptional experience during our stay at SML, Mariners Landing (Property ID 2070575). Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Mike provided great information and answered all our questions; the response time was fantastic. The overall property and location were great. The unit was decorated well and provided an “at home” feel. All rooms were spotless; beds and sitting areas were equally clean and comfortable. The balcony was our favorite place to be as the view of the lake was beautiful and accentuated by the large accordion-style glass windows, which fully opened to provide an unobstructed view. We would certainly recommend and stay at this location in the future. Thank you, Mike, for the great experience.

A 4 person group with our calm Sheltie thoroughly enjoyed 3 full days at Mariner's Landing, Smith Mountain Lake, in a 2 BR condo. The condo was beautifully clean with comfortable beds, a great view, and a fully equipped kitchen. The entire resort is well managed and very well maintained. Totally recommend this condo, and would book it again!

Although off season...Smith Moutain Lake is gorgeous....Quiet getaway, nicely furnished condo, very clean & comfortable...Mike & Allison were very accommodating Bruno's Restaurant was on sit and actually very good! Too cold for golf in March but course was being prepared and looked great. We didn't take advantage of the pool, jacuzzi or gym but assume that they would also be very nice...
