The property is large enough to accommodate a large family gathering very comfortably. We all thought the beds were very comfortable! Loved the close proximity to the ocean. Property hosts are quick to respond to any questions. We would book this again.

A couple minor things that management should address:

We had a family function staying here. The house was very comfortable with plenty of places to enjoy each other's company. The design of the house is fabulous. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was fun multiple times of the day.

The home is perfect for a large group. Beach is a very short walk. We had a fantastic time. Owners were immediately responsive to communications.

This house is fabulous. I recently stayed here with a group of 12 women. We've been getting together for 17 years and this was the best house yet. There was plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared and it's one of the only houses we've rented that had a large enough dining table and enough chairs for all of us. The beds were all comfortable and the rooms have great views for either sunrise or sunset. Overall we loved this place and will likely rent it again for our next gathering.

We loved staying at this house. So beautiful and roomy. We each had our own bathroom. Very nice pool. Loved that it was a gated area. Very close to the beach. There was beach and pool goodies for us to use. Just so relaxing. Bonus, it has an elevator which we did use. Highly recommend this house.

This place is beautiful. Easy check in & out. Lots of room to spread out. Everyone had their own bedroom & bathroom. There was plenty of pool & beach stuff to use. Gated community, which was cool. Pretty neighborhood. Going back :)

Our stay was great! There was plenty of space for our family. The elevator was a plus, however, had some problems with it but the host response was very quick. We were a little surprise to find that the kitchen and living areas were on the second floor. There were no problem with the check-in and we would definitely rent again with Evolve.

The house was absolutely wonderful for our large group. We enjoyed the large kitchen and the easy walk to the beach. We had one small issue and the owners more than took care of it in a quick and generous manner. I highly recommend the home and enjoyed working with the owners.

It was simply amazing, the atmosphere was set from the moment we arrived on property. Everyone was excited about the house and their rooms. The house was perfect for the space we needed. We enjoyed the beach watching the sunrise and the walk on the beach. Which was minutes away from the house.
I truley recommend this home for your families and the property owner was amazing in any of our needs and concerns. Thanks for making our time spent Amazing!

We loved that the beach was in a walk of the house. The space was perfect since everyone works together and doesn't live together, it was nice that everyone had their own space for the stay. Everyone had a wonderful time and it was a great relationship builder.

We found the house to be lovely with a very nice layout that broke it up enough to provide quiet and private spaces for when we needed a break from each other. (As always, tile floors make a house loud when there are a bunch of people together.)
The property had a private view of a lake in a quiet neighborhood. The elevator was helpful for moving luggage and groceries. The furnishings were nice in all spaces, including comfy beds, pillows, towels & linens. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment & dishes we needed for 6 days of cooking (including Thanksgiving dinner)! There were a ton of beach towels, beach toys and a beach wheelbarrow, making trips to the beach with kids a dream.
The neighborhood is quiet & the clean beach is very close, as are 2 community pools. Publix (nice grocery store) is within a couple miles of the house. There are walking & bike trails through the community plus a huge playground for kids of all ages a few miles away.
However, we had several issues that came up during our 5 night stay, & fortunately the owner was quick to respond to most of them. When we arrived the disposal didn’t work, but the plumber showed up quickly and repaired it. The beautiful jacuzzi tub in a second floor bathroom, when drained, flooded into the bathroom below it. For the rest of the stay we could not use that tub. The drier was “due for service” and would not complete a dry cycle without being opened to cool down. The jacuzzi would not heat up every time we wanted to use it. Fortunately we had 2 engineers in the family who could prime the pump when we wanted to use it (multiple times each day). The owner gave us instructions and expected the pool company to fix it (but that never happened).
A few minor issues included the fact that there was no hospitality binder. In every VRBO we have rented there has been a binder full of restaurant and local entertainment recommendations, plus instructions for equipment or televisions. That was disappointing. A few of the Bedroom Rokus did not work. On arrival we immediately had to shop for dishwasher detergent, paper towels & bathroom soap. But there was plenty of laundry detergent & drier sheets for the entire stay. The ice maker does not have the capacity for ice for 8 adults + kids even in November. But there is a 2nd fridge in the garage to store bags of ice. The 2 provided bikes are not fit to ride.
We won’t rent this property again, but possibly another in the neighborhood.

July 4th in December
Six couples had postponed a July 4th weekend due to COVID…and December was our best alternative date! Weather turned out perfect but even better was the house…well equipped (make that extremely well equipped); comfortable and spacious; lovely view; attractively furnished; each couple had private bath; open design allowed us to cook, play cards, read, talk and watch TV all in same area!
While we did not use the attractive pool and hot tub, we did use the fire pit one night.
Beach is a short walk…we pretty much had it to ourselves!
We would recommend this place without hesitation. Our only challenge was the Coffee Maker. While instructions were clear, our understanding of them was not. Bring your own pot and don’t worry.

34 Cinnamon Beach Way
Everything was great. The home and furnishings are beautiful. We couldn't figure out how to get the coffee maker to brew hot coffee and we had a few glitches with the elevator. Otherwise, everything was great. We would recommend the home to anyone looking for a quiet vacation spot.

Wonderful Beach Rental
Beautiful home in a gated community. Very comfortable. Well decorated and well equipped. Everything you could possibly need.
The pool and hot tub are very nice - and guests also have access to the other two community pools.
Short walk to the beach. Access to this area of the beach is limited to the residents (and renters) of this gated community so it isn't crowded at all.
There is a small restaurant/grille by the community pools. Other than that, there isn't anything within walking distance of the house/beach - but Publix, restaurants, and everything else you could possibly need is a short drive away.

The home is beautiful and well decorated. The kitchen is stocked with top of the line appliances, pots, pans, utensils along with plenty of dishes and cutlery for a large group. There was plenty of space inside and out. The private pool and hot tub were especially convenient with the younger kids. We've stayed at Ocean Hammock in the past and love the pools at the resort. The walk to the beach and pools was .25 miles so the wagon came in handy! The owners was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Everyone had a great time!
