Our family’s stay at Sarah’s condo was everything we thought it would be. Easy and close access to the beach, clean pool, comfortable furnishings, and felt just like home for the week. Our only recommendation would be that it may be helpful to have more than one set of gate keys in the future for families with more than 2 adults visiting. Indian Rocks beach itself it’s gorgeous. We had excellent restaurant recommendations. Crabby Bills has live music every night and a family friendly atmosphere on the patio. We loved the Colombian for a fancy date night. Not much for brunch options directly by the condo but a few minutes up the road is Sweet Sage which we recommend for their brunch. We rented a golf cart and had an awesome time taking in the views. We stopped at Sand Key Beach a few times for “calm” water swimming for the kids. Thanks again for letting us stay in your beautiful condo! My favorite part was the view from the master bedroom.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and spacious. The balcony overlooking the gulf was our favorite part. Could not ask for a better location, the pool and beach are right outside and also very walkable to plenty of restaurants. Also just a short drive if you want to go check out Clearwater which we did once on a rainy day. Sarah is beyond accommodating and responsive - I didn’t need to contact her for any issues with the property the entire time, just a question about the area. Could not recommend this property enough!

This was a great location! Private beach access, designated parking space, close to grocery, food, retail, etc. The condo appeared exactly as it was pictured online. The owner had plenty of towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella and even some pool toys. There was a hose located by pool to wash yourself/items off. Check in was easy and contactless- which is nice when you are driving and don’t have a set arrival time.
A couple of tips: we kept beach stuff in the back of our car to avoid getting sand all over our unit/not having to wash off everything when we would go to the beach a couple of times per day (5 of us). This beach gets fairly crowded so securing a spot early (before lunch) is ideal. The restaurants were pretty good about moving people through if you went at off peak times. It was relatively easy to drive in either direction on the main boulevard to get to local eats. Several are within walking/biking distance depending on age and mobility of your group. A couple of playgrounds were in the neighborhood which was nice - and they were in the shade!
A couple of minor nuisances but UNRELATED to the condo: public beach access/parking shares the roadway with the condo unit. Several cars would camp out waiting for parking spaces and many beach goers on foot used this access way. Use extreme caution if driving in and out and if on foot, watch for inbound traffic- tight quarters. We had some renters in same building who used pool late into the night (11pm).

What a great place! The view was wonderful. Great sunsets. Gulf breezes along with the sound of the waves. The unit was clean and as advertised. Sarah was very responsive.

Sarah everything was perfect! From the Halloween decorations, early check in and amazing well appointed condo! We had an amazing last minute family getaway and honestly can’t wait to go back!!

We were scheduled to stay in Clearwater beach but the owners sold the property and we had to rebook and that was a huge blessing in disguise! Much quieter beach, very close/walking distance to at least 6-7 restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean and inviting. The balcony offered the perfect view of the gulf. It was nice to have an elevator for my husband who is getting ready for a knee surgery. It was wonderful to be able to bring our two old dogs along, although they weren’t permitted on the beach. The only negative aspect was that we couldn’t stay longer!

The outside of condo building could use some updating and parking is extremely tight, but the actual condo and beach made up for it!

Amazing place!
Aside from the obvious (being steps away from a white sandy clear water beach), this condo had everything we needed, and way more. Little things you wouldn’t think about, utensils etc, so many towels, coolers, umbrellas, a cart… could go on and on. You can walk across the street to several restaurants, ice cream, a small grocery, bars, etc. I think I could literally show up with my swimsuit and a change of clothes and I’d be good for a week. We loved it. Sarah even left our kiddos an Easter basket. Definitely coming back.

Family Vacation
This was one of the best units we have stayed at...the condo was exactly what we were expecting based on the pictures and description of the unit. The location to the beach was fabulous and the large balcony was the perfect place to watch the sunsets. We could walk to many restaurants and shops. The condo was filled with so many things that made us feel at home. We really appreciated the closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards to use on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking meals so easy. Sarah was easy to communicate with and the check in process was so easy. She really has thought of everything that made our family vacation memorable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay!
We loved everything about our trip to Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and having beach chairs, a tent, cart, beach towels - just made it so much easier not having to bring it all from home. The condo was light and airy and the patio and ocean view can’t be beat. The beds were comfy and kitchen well appointed. Sara was very responsive with any questions I had and we absolutely plan on coming back. Restaurants (and ice cream!) within walking distance made it so convenient. We also liked how close the public ramp to the beach was as it was easy to push the beach cart and it never felt too crowded. We drove to Clearwater and hands down would prefer to stay where we did in IRB. It’s really one of the best beach condos we’ve stayed in and helped make our week memorable!

Beautiful unit
This unit was very nice and very functional. I booked not knowing the exact make-up of who would be staying. My family books every year and I needed an additional unit close to them. Ended up being too couples. Worked out perfectly. They have several beach carts and a tent that was essential while we were there. We ended up using the 3rd bedroom to store the beach stuff and luggage, but it would be perfect for a couple of kids. Perfect view! Everything was clean and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Property manager was very responsive. We had one issue with the A/C, compressor went out, she had someone there within the hour after I messaged her. I would definitely recommend and will hopefully stay again at this location.

IRB… escape from snow!
Lovely property with all the amenities of home. VERY comfy beds! Easy access to dining. The host(ess)was totally accessible and left us an awesome Valentines Day basket. It was very thoughtful. We will definitely stay here again.

Lovely, CLEAN, refreshed: a great, quiet week to visit with friends. The beach was our starting point each morning for 2 mile walks, then shopping, museums in St. Pete. Lunch and dinner out -great food nearby. I was the local host so my friends got the best of TampaBay! Thank you!

Perfect Vacation Condo!
We absolutely loved our vacation week at Casablanca! The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk right out to the beach, or walk right out to fantastic restaurants! The condo was the cleanest and most well appointed VRBO we have ever rented. The owner is super friendly and responsive, and the condo is beautifully decorated. Oh, and that balcony overlooking the beach and the pool… Look no further, this is the place to spend your vacay!!

I love this location! Close to the beach and a great view! The condo I stayed in had some new upgrades. It was surface clean. The beds were comfortable. It is however a little pricey. I would stay here again and am hoping they get some recliners. Thanks again Sarah!

This place was ON THE BEACH!!!! Seriously - - steps to the super silky (like sugar) sand of the beach!!! AND if you didn’t want to walk a whole 50 steps..you could see the amazing sunsets from the well-appointed balcony! (Which we did often, when we were too worn out to walk the beach!). The place is exactly as pictured online. - - And I’m not going to kid you - - it’s older construction with low ceilings, some quirks with the lighting and plumbing. …But PEOPLE! IT’S ON THE BEACH! And the price is amazing! We have stayed at a ton of VRBO’s over the last 10 years and we would totally go back to this one (yes, despite the quirks). 1st - we had fantastic communication from Sarah, back and forth.2nd - HELLO! GIFT BASKET! Not once in 10 years has someone left a lovely (and completely useful gift basket!!!). That was fun and made us feel special. 3rd - everything the pre-email told us was true. We checked in without a problem…carried keys for private access…..checked out the recommended restaurants. (OMG!! GO TO KEEGANS!). Oh…and Pinky’s ice cream, and the Chicago Pizza Place (YES, we went there twice!!) Everything they recommended was spot on!! 4th - there are a ton of Publix grocery stores nearby (it’s like a Tom Thumb if you’re from another area) . And yes, it’s an island and it’s slow and traffic is slow - - get over it - you’re on vacation! We went into Clearwater one day and couldn’t get over the over-crowding! Holy cow - avoid Pier 60! NOPE - we went right back to our little condo-side beach and soaked up the waves with MAYBE 70 other people (instead of thousands!).We felt like the condo was super-well appointed. We bought our favorite paper towels and toilet paper (publix) along with coffee, breakfast food….simple stuff…but there was plenty of soap and dishwasher detergent along with garbage bags. Can’t complain about the abundance of glassware, cookware, etc. We didn’t like the sheets on the bed - so we simply changed them. The master bedroom could use a mattress upgrade - but I’ve certainly slept on worse! AND we created our own solution for the lack of drapes in the master bedroom (dude- - hang up your own blanket- problem solved!!!). There were PLENTY of blankets, towels, beach towels - shoot!!…..there were beach chairs and a giant tent-thing that took us 10-seconds to set up!!! Is it home? No. Is it perfect for a week away from everything?? YES! We’ll be back!!!!

The condo itself was dirty and run-down. The pictures paint a false impression that it has been remodeled recently. The cabinet white finishes are pealing up and the hall bathtub/shower is dirty and moldy. The master bath lighting didn't work properly at the vanity. I contacted the property manager and while she was responsive, her solution were battery-operated lights we had to stick on the mirrors. The faucets in the master bath are corroding and the shelves in the closet were coming detached from the walls. I could go on about the overall condition of this condo but this should be giving you a pretty good picture. I researched the Casablanca Condo complex after I made this booking and found this particular condo had recently been sold to a new owner. I suspect the previous owner charged less for this condo because I see others in the complex in similar condition going for less than we paid. Other issues were the furniture was dirty and worn-out as well as the bedding, bed sheets and comforters. Curtains in Master bedroom were not nearly big enough for the window leaving revealing openings. Really expected more out of this rental and while the overall location was good for walking to restaurants and for the beach, it was still way over-priced for the condition deceptively portrayed in the pictures. Maybe our expectations were too high but I have rented much better beach properties at this price point.
