Sehr gute, zentrale Lage im Herzen der Stadt.

Das Apartment ist gut für eine Person oder ein Paar, nicht aber für drei Personen. Das Zusatzbett war eine Katastrophe, nicht brauchbar! Zudem durchdrang der Kellergeruch der Wohnung alle Kleider.

Lo staff è stato gentilissimo. Al nostro arrivo la caldaia non funzionava, e per sopperire al disguido ci hanno offerto il pernottamento in un altro appartamento molto più bello allo stesso prezzo

The apartment was really nice and clean, is really nice to have outside space.

We appreciated the free taxi from the airport to property via Booking.com (available over certain spend) which made for very easy transfer. The key drop off to us was very prompt at a very convenient bar just outside the property from a very friendly rep. Apartment felt very secure even though on groundfloor as access was through three sets of locked doors/gates. It was also very quiet. A good size patio area outside in own courtyard. Very convenient for Bologna centre along covered porticoes. Excellent take away pizza place (Radici) in Via Fondazza. Initial glitch with security deposit easily sorted and it was refunded promptly after our return.

Slightly more comfortable chairs for the table. Bathroom needs a little attention. Apartment quite small but perfect for a couple.

The location of the appartment is fantastic!!! The host is really friendly and helpful. The kitchen is well-equiped. The appartment is cozy, has a comfortable bed and sofa-bed. One of its pluses is also the outside patio.

First impression was a little bit astonishing. At first the corridor and four doors before you get in and then not so inviting hall door and no coat rack. BUT... Bathroom was renovated, clean and everything worked out fine. Bedroom was small, but the bed comfortable and gave us a good sleep. The bed was not specially soft, but it suited us. Kitchen living room combo worked out fine for us. The kitchen cutlery was varied but worked out acceptably. The apartment was really silent - no traffic noise. When you opened the outdoor to the yard, you heard at fist blackbird singing. And the location was excellent. Jus short walk to the Old Town center. Suitable for two persons and perhaps one child too. The quality of Wi-Fi was good enough (download speed 26-28 Mbps Ooklatest.) The apartment is on the ground level, but we felt safe behind many doors.

Too much furniture. We reorganized the living room. Then it worked out fine. Incoming hall would have at least good coat rack.
