We came to celebrate my mother's birthday, who lives in Ohatchee. Great house and great location. This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we use it again if available. Highly recommend this place.

We will definitely be back! The owners were amazingly helpful and so kind! The house was exactly as posted; clean, stocked, roomy, everything you need is available. I took my sick dog and they even brought me a harness to use for him to help him walk better. They went above and way beyond, it was a spectacular experience. The whole family enjoyed our stay.

The house was large enough for us to have us, daughter, all 5 grandkids, and our fur babies. We also had our other daughter, her other, and his parents over. Grilled and firepit. Close to the Falls park and trails. Close enough to the water park. Would recommend and I'm not one who normally does reviews. Attentive hosts who helped make sure we had enough propane for several days grilling and replenished wood for the firepit for our nrxt smore night

This property was so inviting and relaxing ,our neighbors(Host) were very friendly and helpful. Property is close enough to go and do shopping and other activities to not feel overwhelmed with travel.. Great get away for husband and I to explore new places

Our stay at the Byrd house couldn’t have been better! Everything is extremely clean, well decorated and thought out. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, and utensils we needed. There is both a keurig and drip coffee pot. There was salt, pepper, oil, other spices, creamer, etc. There were plenty of towels and lots of space in the bathrooms. The house is more spacious than we expected with two family rooms for hanging out, a dining room that seats 6 and eat in kitchen that seats 4. The surroundings are beautiful but store are extremely close by. There are lots of books and games in the bunk bed room and I saw items for babies/toddlers in the laundry room. Beds were very comfortable. We stay in VRBOs frequently and we are pretty picky. This house exceeded our expectations. Many thanks for a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We were in town for a wedding - hailing from North Carolina, Colorado, Mississippi, and Alabama - and were all so impressed with the property. It was clean, spacious and comfortable for all of us. It is located near great recreation areas, and is in a picturesque setting. Zinta is the perfect hostess, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. We will absolutely book this house again when we have another event in the area!

We stayed at the wonderful Byrd home over Thanksgiving. Even celebrated with extended family Thanksgiving dinner. The home lives big. And the backyard deck had plenty of room for our family to spread out. Even got an awesome picture from the deck bridge. Zinta provides lots of nice touches including wood for the fire pit! We hope to stay again the next time I’m down for the holidays. It’s also close to the falls which my kids love. Jennifer

We booked this home for our family Christmas , gathering our 6 immediate family members from 4 locations from Texas to Georgia . We felt right at home in this lovely place from the minute we pulled into the driveway !! The home was completely and beautifully decorated for Christmas and was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy one another and to host over 30 other family members from the Birmingham / Gadsden area for a baby shower and a Christmas Eve Brunch ! This was a perfect venue for our events and Zinta and family accommodated every special request we made ! We can’t wait to return when we have the opportunity !! We also enjoyed activities in the lovely Gadsden area including the beautiful hiking trails and Christmas lights at Noccalula Falls and some downtown Gadsden stores including Gadsden Variety store , Mommy and me , Alabama Gift Company , The Coffee Bar , and Harp and Clover restaurant !
