West of Eden West Side West of Eden – West can be rented by itself or together with West of Eden – East. If you’re planning a large group vacation, this is the vacation rental for you. West of Eden – West is just one half of the lovely West of Eden vacation home, and by itself can comfortably accommodate up to 18 of your closest friends and family. Lounging on the beach, taking a dip in the pool, testing your angling skills in the surf, or just enjoying a cool cocktail on the balcony, you and your guests will enjoy all the peace and quiet that West of Eden has to offer! The pool can be heated for cool weather vacations! (additional fees apply) The Beach! You really can’t get any closer to the beach than West of Eden. The kids can jump out of bed and be out on the beach and building sandcastles in minutes. Find a seat on the porch where you can enjoy that first cup of coffee and watch the kids splash and dolphins frolic. A quick morning swim or jog will get you started on your day. The unit has a swimming pool too with plenty of comfy lounge chairs. Beach or pool, you can sunbathe, read a book, or just relax and watch the clouds go by. Less crowded than other Gulf Coast destinations, Perdido Key is a low key, quiet beach experience where you can actually enjoy the sounds of the waves breaking on the sand. There’s plenty of space to spread out and practice social distancing while everyone relaxes or plays. Beach Living Wide open floor plans and bright, fun beach décor make it easy to gather everyone together for family meals, game night or impromptu karaoke contests. Free Wi-Fi throughout the unit makes it easy to keep in touch with the outside world (if you need to) and the kids can play video games and stream their favorite shows anytime. Deep porches on the beachside façade on both the first and second floors extend the entire length of the house and have plenty of seating for everyone. Pretty soon, everyone will be out on the porches, enjoying the refreshing ocean breeze and savoring those colorful Gulf sunsets. Amenities and Details You’ve brought a lot of guests with you, and this place can handle it. The dining table in West easily handle 12 people, and there is additional counter/bar seating in the kitchen to handle the overflow. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker (an essential!), microwave, crock pot, and more. There’s a blender so you can whip up refreshing margaritas, something we feel is almost as essential as coffee here on the beach. With 6 inviting bedrooms, and a combination of kings, twins and doubles, you’ll be able to accommodate your guests’ needs easily. And there are 5 full bathrooms, with several en suite bathrooms. Your guests may fight over the beachside bedrooms with their direct access to the porch and those rocking chairs. Not available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.** About Perdido Key Perdido Key (or Lost Key) is known for its beautiful beaches and backwaters, dining and entertainment options, national parks and historic forts. And Perdido Key is home to the world-famous Flora-Bama honky-tonk with its bushwackers, oysters and live music! And if that’s not enough, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are just minutes away. The Policies Both sides of West of Eden are non-smoking. An adult 25 years or older must reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25, and there are no exceptions to this policy.

We are a group of 6 couples - friends for over 30 years and get together every year for a super bowl weekend. We started staying at this location about 6 years ago and love it. Location is perfect - very close to Florabama. Always a great time!!

We have stayed up and down the gulf coast for years. This was definitely our favorite rental. Great beach access. Not near big condos. Plenty of room for a group of 15. Adjacent neighbors hardly noticeable although there were 15 of them as well.

My family and I absolutely love the house and location. We travel to the area a few times a year and this is by far one of the better places we've rented. Only issue we had was with the TVs in the bedrooms not working, some of the plumbing in the showers were backwards and the warm water was hard to regulate. We also had a small issue with not being able to cool the duplex down, especially at night. Overall, our trip was great and we would rent this property in the future.

Overall the house was clean. The pool was not clean. It had trash and bugs all in it, the jets were not working, they did come out the next day and clean it when I messaged them. The air broke on the first floor the first day. They did send someone that night with a portable unit for the first floor bedroom but kitchen and living room was hot. They came and fixed the air the next day. We wasn’t lucky enough to get good neighbors in the other half of the house. They blared music and smoked weed till after 2:30am every night . Even when we asked if they could turn it down they didn’t. I messaged the company about it with a video and got no response. The pool wasn’t big enough for the people that was in both sides of the house. If they was all in it, there was no way we could have been too. I would have loved for there to have been curtains on front and back door Because every time our neighbors walked out they could see in our windows. The “lock” on the back door was broke. Furniture was nice and linens were clean. It was definitely nice having two refrigerators. The view of the beach and the beach area was beautiful. I probably wouldn’t book it again unless we had enough people to fill up the whole house.

Everyone in my family was impressed by this beautiful house right on the beach. The house was clean and the check in and check out process couldn't have been easier. I had great communication from the hosts about our stay and was given a number to text with any issues. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The house was wonderful, with the beach just outside the back. We were the only ones on the beach most of the time. The pool was cold when we arrived, but the realtors responded quickly to get it heated. The second fridge was not working and it was replaced on our 5th day there, but the other one was adequate. A great week

This property was amazing. It was a group on 7 moms with their 7 senior daughters and it could not have been any more perfect if we tried. The home was beautiful and clean with the most amazing views right on the beach. It was like we had our own private beach with only homes around us and hotels/condos far enough away to avoid any crowds. What a perfect way to spend spring break with our senior girls. It will be something that neither the girls or the moms will ever forget. Thank you for such a spectacular location.

We were a group of 3 families, looking for a quick break from regular routine. This was perfect get away to the white sands beach. Kids enjoyed playing at the beach and also at the pool. We all had good time either staying indoors, playing games or outdoors enjoying beach. And no crowd!!! That was most relaxing part during these times. I only wish that there were additional supplies provided (ex: dish detergent, thrash bags and paper towels). We had paid huge Cleaning fees, yet house rules expected us to place the dishes back in the cabinets and thrash out of house, however no additional supplies to do so! That was a bit disappointing.
