This spacious two-story end unit townhome has an open floor plan that blends the kitchen, dining room and living room together seamlessly. Using modern furnishings, we have designed this townhome to ensure our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. Whether it's enjoying a relaxing day by the private pool or preparing a home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, this home was made for your vacationing needs. With two king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a Star Wars themed bedroom and a Minnie Mouse themed bedroom, there is something sure to please everyone. Every aspect of your vacationing needs will be met with this townhome. Though you may never want to leave the home, another perk you receive with your vacation is full access to Storey Lake Resorts Hideaway Club. The Hideaway Club offers our guests, free of charge, access to its large pool, spa, two water slides, lazy river, children's splash pad, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a fitness center with machines and free weights. One of the best reasons to choose our home? Location, Location, Location! Those who are coming to the area to visit Walt Disney World, Storey Lake is just a five minute straight shot down Osceola Parkway to Walt Disney World Property. No traffic, no tolls, and no I-4! Why Choose Us? - Our property managers have been in the vacation rental industry for a combined 25 plus years. We understand the wants and needs of our guests and are driven to provide all our guests with a memorable experience. Your overall satisfaction is our top priority. - We live in Storey Lake Resort! Being on site allows us to respond within minutes of you messaging us. Even though we do all in our power to ensure you have a trouble-free stay, things do happen. If something does go wrong, we can correct it quickly. We find the solution and get it remedied as soon as possible. - Each property is inspected two separate times. When the clean is completed, our cleaning vendor owners inspect their team's work. Then our property managers inspect and stage the property personally. We do not outsource this important step to vendors or staff. - When you arrive, you will find a Committed to Clean Sheet in the kitchen dated and signed by our cleaning vendor inspector. We treat each home prior to your arrival with a sanitizing spray that kills 99.9% of all viruses including COVID-19. We are committed to providing every guest with a professionally cleaned and sanitized home. - All our towels and linens are washed in our private laundry facility. We do not outsource this crucial part of your stay. We use industry leading Ecolab products to wash and sanitize all towels and linens. We also change all duvet covers in between each stay. - Your safety and privacy are important to us. All our properties use smart locks that only allow access to you during your reservation time. For anyone to access the property during your reservation it must be approved by you, the guest. All our homes also have Ring doorbell cameras near the front door of the home. There are no other cameras on property. - Unlike most hosts or management companies, we don't ask you to “Clean” when you depart. No stripping beds, no starting laundry, no doing dishes, and no emptying refrigerators and freezers! We handle all of this for you. All we ask is that you place your trash out for the valet to pick-up, turn off all lights and TV's and lock the patio and front doors. That's it, simple and easy. Remember, even though you are departing you are still on vacation. Storey Lake Resort Storey Lake Resort is a gated vacation rental community with over 1,200 units. All the units in the resort are vacation rentals and are all individually owned and operated. The resort amenities are managed by the communities HOA and have no other affiliations with the owners of the units. - Every reservation comes with free access to The Hideaway Club - Gated community - 24-hour security - Resort broke ground in 2017, so properties are newer builds Storey Lake Resort has a 10 pm quiet time and we ask our guests to adhere to this policy. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Noncompliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of rental agreement with no refund provided. Storey Lake Resort does not allow boats, RVs, or trailers to be parked or stored on the resort property at any time. If they find guests to have a boat, RV, or trailer, they will tow it at the cost of the owner. THE HIDEAWAY CLUB - The Hideaway Club is Storey Lakes Resorts million dollar amenity center - The Hideaway Club is open daily from 9 am to 9 pm year round - What you will find at The Hideaway Club: Heated Pool Two Water Slides Lazy River Kids Splash Pad Spa Bar and Grill Ice Cream Shop Mini-Golf (Fee applies) Basketball Court Volleyball Court Fitness Center Hammocks Pier Kayak Rentals (Fee Applies) - The Hideaway Club is operated by Storey Lake Resorts HOA - Offers free golf cart shuttle service to and from the club - The Hideaway Club does not provide luggage storage or towels - The Hideaway Club does not have a business center NOTE: The Hideaway Club only admits guests staying at Storey Lake resort. However, currently it is the resorts only amenity center and services over 1,000 vacation rental units. This means it can get very busy and crowded at times. Parking is also at a minimum, so we recommend using the free golf cart shuttles or walking to The Hideaway Club when possible. ** A second amenity center is scheduled to open at the end of 2022** OTHER RESORT AMENITIES - The Terraces section of the resort (condo area) has an additional pool area - The Cove South section of the resort (new section behind Target) has an additional pool area, playground and small walled soccer field - The townhome section of The Cove has a playground - Throughout the resort are a number of small lakes and bridges where guests can fish - Sidewalks throughout for daily running, jogging or walking EASY ACCESS TO ALL THE AREA ATTRACTIONS Walt Disney World Resort property is a short five-eight minute drive straight down Osceola Parkway – NO TRAFFIC Universal Studios is 20–25-minute drive SeaWorld is a 10–15-minute drive Old Town and Fun Spot are a five minute drive Orlando Convention Center is 15-20 minutes Two Outlet Malls within 15 minutes The Loop – Shopping and Dining District less than five minutes away (Toll Applies) Publix and Walmart two-three minutes away, directly across Osceola Parkway Hundreds of restaurants within 10-15 minutes 25 Minute Ride from Orlando International Airport (Toll Applies) General Property Information - This property has a Maximum Occupancy of 13 guests. This includes infants. We will decline any reservations showing more than the maximum number of guests with infants counting towards the number. Insurance in Florida is difficult to find and keep, so at no time can the number of people at the property exceed this maximum number provided. - Must be 25 years of age to rent this property. Please do not inquire if you are not at least 25 at the time of booking. Our insurance company mandates that the main guest on the reservation be at least 25 years of age or older. We will decline/cancel any reservation that does not meet this criterion. - This unit is a Non-Smoking unit. We allow smoking in the outside areas, such as the back patios, but guest is required to use a proper ashtray and not bowls, cups, or any other utensil from the property's kitchen. Anyone found to have smoked or vaped in the unit or leaves cigarette butts or ashes on outside areas will be charged a $250 fee. - No Pets Allowed Contactless Check-in: Smart Locks Early Check-In – When available, we offer a 2 pm early check-in free of charge. Please check with us 48 hours prior to your arrival date to see if Early Check-In is available. We cannot guarantee early check-in until this time. Late Check-Out – When available we offer a 1 pm late check-out free of charge. Please check with us 48 hours prior to your departure date to see if Late Check-out is available. We cannot guarantee late check-out until this time. NOTE: Our units stay very busy, early check-ins and late check-outs are not normally available. We ask that you please plan accordingly. If you need to arrive early or depart late you may want to book an extra night to ensure you have access to the property for the time you require. The house was clean , comfortable and plenty of space. We enjoyed the house it was a great place to come back to after a busy day at the parks. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our adult daughters. There was plenty or room for everyone to relax after a long day at the theme parks. The house is very clean and had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great! Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our family. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and rooms for everyone in the family. Neighborhood was nice and close to all the Disney destinations we had on our list. Loved the Star Wars room!
