Very nice facility but shower products very masculine smell - like old spice and NO lotion products - I may stay at anot

Simple elegance

The small things matter - housekeeping staff was not helpful on the actual floors - wearing blue tooth ear pieces on the phone - weren’t able to hear me ask for conditioner - mine was OUT.

Will return for a short getaway

The staff was excellent. Greeted me upon each entry and exit and provided information on the best places to eat during my stay.

The prices for the snacks were a little elevated. Ten dollars for a candy bar is extreme. The bar had alcoholic beverages for the same price.

We wished they’d cleaned our room at least once during three nights stay as they told us.

It was in good location and facility was new.

They said they’d clean every other day and we waited our third day for cleaning. They didn’t clean our rooms and by the time we called they said the cleaner had left and they couldn’t do anything about it. It was not pleasant experience. We ended up not having rooms cleaned for the while three nights stay Also the shower water pressure was very bad. We asked the maintenance and he came to check but didn’t get any better.

overall, lovely. toilet seat and sink faucet were loose, but worked fine. that is the only negative feedback. we would go back when in the area.

The HVAC and the shower and the complementary water, the clerk who checked me in

the toilet, not having microwave, paying for parking in a city like Columbus, the room was small, it was hard to find a staff member to help me during the day hours, the soap smelled was too strong
