Nestled in Seacrest, this lovely house for $761 per night is a great option for your next trip. After the day at the beach, retreat back to “Après Sea” for some quality family time. This 4-bedroom home is tucked away in the quiet, family oriented Creek Park at Magnolia in Seacrest Beach. Enjoy the 6-seater golf cart that comes along with this rental! The perfect transportation around the quaint beach town. This stunning home features beautiful designer touches and more than enough room to spread out. Apres Sea is located 0.5 miles from its private, deeded access, and is 60 steps away from the community pool! The open-concept living area showcases a generously sized sectional for movie night (or rainy days). The dining area has seating for 8 at the table and another 4 at the kitchen peninsula. But even better? Bring the outside in when you open up the full panel of glass doors to the screened-in porch. A beautiful conversation area is set up on this patio. A great place to make some wonderful vacation memories. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in your group. They won’t miss out on the family fun with this entertainment friendly setup. Open shelving makes finding a mug for your morning coffee super simple. Enjoy options for both drip and Keurig coffeemakers for your caffeine fix. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

This rental was absolutely perfect! So close to the beach, and the golf cart was very easy to shuttle people back and forth. The unit is very clean, updated, and in perfect condition. We will stay in this neighborhood in the future!!

This was our second stay in this rental. Overall, the home is beautiful. There are some maintenance issues that need attending to including a moldy washing machine & cleaning & filter replacement that needs to happen with kitchen appliances. These were the same issues present the year prior & we alerted the company to then as well. The golf cart is a nice addition but needs to be serviced as it was obvious that the previous tenants had been driving on a flat tire. When we alerted management, we were first told that they didn’t service the golf cart. They did eventually send a service truck to fill the tire with air. Once we were home, 3 weeks later, we were notified that the house was missing 6 of the bracelets that are used for proof that you stay in the neighborhood. As we stayed the year before with no need for such bracelets, we did not worry about how many were missing at the time we arrived as they are simply plastic bands. We have now been told that we will be charged $25 for each that we are unable to return. We will not be renting here again. Just be sure to take inventory of everything in the house to be able to prove what is & is not there when you arrive. The rental company sent me a picture of their pre arrival inspection but without a time or date stamp to prove when it was taken. I am not impressed with Benchmark’s handling of the rental. 50 Cent bracelets are not worth losing a customer who alerted you to major maintenance issues to save the homeowners from expensive repairs. Good luck with future rentals. I will not do business with Benchmark again.

The screened in porch was additional conversation space and perfect for watching the rain one evening.we had 7 adults and 5 kids from 2 years old to 17 years old and we had comfortable sleeping spaces and great kitchen spaces. We loved it!!

It lets out at a private beach that you don’t have access. Inconvenient but minor. Benchmark was super responsive and helpful. Follow their advisement as it pertains to booking stuff early. We missed our beach set up credit because we waited til the last minute. Bring additional toilet paper and paper towels. Also if you plan to cook bring your own seasonings, cutting boards and prep materials. That was lacking. My only complaint is that I didn’t book a longer stay. Overall amazing home.

The last thing, the beach access. There was no directions on which beach access to use and where to park the golf cart. We found our designated beach access, but were told in a very hateful way, we could not be on that beach because if was private and had to walk past the flags. It wasn't a problem to walk, but it would have been nice to be told were to walk to. We talked the property owners next door and they told us where to park our golf cart.

The house was so comfortable and beautiful perfect for our family with 4 kids and my in laws, the beach was close and so close to both Seaside and Rosemary beach areas. The house was very clean and just as listed. We would definitely stay again!
